And about the dark orb thing, It’s his keyblade.
Check carefully at a video of it wih good grafiques and you will see that he turns his keyblade into that orb.
I think it’s weird.

Varxtis: Actually you are thinking of what Terra says to Sora in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix. When you first go into to the portal to fight him he mistakes Sora for Xehanort and attacks. Then if you return to fight him again he says he has nothing left, but his hatred for Xehanort and to let him carve it into Sora’s heart.

KenowaX: No, I figured that was who you were referring too. I never assumed you meant the bald guy. But still, you think that Xehanort (Ansems apprentice) is Terra? (Please read the rest of comment because you may be right)
Tazimus Prime: Well, thats what I was leading to in my last comment. If I’m right, Ven is the Roxas lookalike and Terra is the other, bigger knight. If that’s the case. . . After the bald guy drops Ven from the cliff and releases the orb of (presumably) darkness into the sky to reveal Kingdom Hearts, We see Terra pull off his helmet and see him starting some sort of transformation (his skin gets darker and his eyes start turning gold). I Think it would be logical that Terra becomes Xehanort, but its a stretch off a 3 min clip lol.
Also, I had one question. . . I could swear that I saw someone quote a comment from KHII FM+ somewhere on this site that says something about someones hatred of Xehanort (Maybe I’m not remembering right) Does anyone know anything about that? or is my imagination running ramped.
The thing that sux, is that Japan may get a release date during this squarefest thing on the 22nd and 23rd. . . but US. . . god, how long did the US have to postpone the release due to the voice actors for KHII. Of coarse. . . I think they were on strike at that time.

I doubt Terra is the Xehanort we know. I’m mean really look at him in the creen shots from Birth by Sleep and compare him to the way Xehanort looks like. They really don’t look alike. Xehanort has much longer hair and it’s silver. Of course you just say the hair grew out over time, but the drastic change in color is a little bit harder. Also Xehanort’s skin is a darker color then Terra’s. So come on and look at the two and compare and really think about it.

I heard that KH Final Mix is being released in North America on 01/01/08 but I thought it was only in Japan. I think it’s just a rumour but does anyone know if it’s true or not?

KenowaX. . . so you’re under the impression that Terra=Xe-hanort? How do you come to that if that is the case? I’m curiouse, cause we saw what xehanort looks like (more similar to xemnas than to heartless ansem) and none of the knights look like that. Althought. . . that one knight at the very end of Birth by sleep (but before the scene with mickey) looked like his eyes were turning golden. His hair also does that center, backward spike, simalar to heartless ansem.

Yes MR.??? (I have to call Xehanort like that since his name should be Terra) did take the name ansem before he turned into a heartless.
And he turned into a heartless during his experiments. But it’s Ansem The Wise’s fault the Heartless exist.
