The Future of Kingdom Hearts
This section has to deal with past information that might affect the next game.
The night Sora received the keyblade it was stated by Nomura that was not suppose to receive it, but that it was suppose to be Riku’s. This is also backed in the game with Jiminy’s Journal. If you were to look under Riku in it it says that Riku is the True Keyblade master. Now this is not to say that Sora would not have recieved, but merely to say that at that time he wasn’t suppose to receive it. The reason why Sora did receive it, stated by Nomura, is because at the time Riku had already given himself over to the darkness. Now your probably asking yourself “what does this have to do with Kingdom Hearts 3 or the new series?” Let me answer that for you. In Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix+ you can battle the tallest knight Terra. Just before the battle he shares some dialog with you.
“Aqua… Ven… Keyblade… who are you? I can feel it… we have met before… it was when… No… it isn’t you… It isn’t you that I have chosen… Why is it not him… Xe… ha… nort… is that you? Xeha… nort… Xehanort!”
Here you learn the name of the other two knights and that Terra chose somebody for something. Now this could possibly mean that Terra chose Riku to originally to receive the Kingdom Key. My guess is that the fact that Riku was suppose to originally receive the keyblade is going to have something to do with Kingdom Hearts 3.
It is also worthy to the Nobody Xigbar. Because from him you learn an interesting fact. Just before the Sora’s boss fight with Xigbar he says to Sora “That out of all the ones before you, you are the weakest.” Now from this dialog we learn that Xigbar has fought other Keyblade Wielders before. This to has been confirmed by Nomura. Now when using the term weakest Xigbar means that Sora is novice when using a Keyblade. We can see this when we fight Terra. But right now this is a kind of moot point. The point of this entire conversation is that we learn that A) there are other keyblade wielders and B) that Xigbar not only fought them but defeated them as well. So the question remains, who were these other keyblade wielders. Now from the secret videos we learn that there are in fact four or five other keyblade wielders. First there are the three Knights Terra, Aqua, and Ven and the Bald Guy and the Dark Knight (the reason I say four is because it is yet unknown if the Dark Knight is a separate entity or just the heartless/nobody form of the Bald Guy). Now Xigbar could be referring to one or more of these wielders. I should also note that in a scene from Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix + we see Aqua’s armor and Keyblade.
Now this section has to deal with the new series.
Now Nomura has stated that the Kingdom Hearts game to come out will be part of a new series. In the Another reports he mentions that there are four missing adventures to the Kingdom Hearts series. Mickey’s time in the Dark Realm seeking: Kingdom Key: Dark Side, Riku’s adventures in between Chain of Memories, Roxas adventure with the Organization, and Xehanort’s Past. Now it was hinted at the next game would be about Xehanort’s past. You can come to reasonable conclusion from the Birth by Sleep video that you will probably be playing with Mickey and that this game is set in the past. Also the case of the videos comes into question here. The first video that you get at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2 shows a section of an Ansem report having to deal with the keyblade. Then shows Terra standing on the dragon that Xehanort road on. He then looks around two reveal Aqua and Ven. He jumps off the dragon and the dragon disappears and they walk to Sora’s, Riku’s, and Mickey’s keyblades and they pick them up. Then they look into the distance to reveal that a fourth figure is approaching. Then the words Master of Keyblades, the Lost Two, Memory of Xehanort, Chasers, and Keyblade War. Then it says “It all began with…Birth by Sleep.” Now this shows that the Birth by Sleep video happened before the first video. I believe that the first video is in fact meant to be a preview for the Kingdom Hearts 3 game. Now the second video depicts the Knights fighting a Bald Man and a Dark Knight both who wield keyblades. I believe this is meant to be a preview for the in the new series. The first game will probably revolve around Xehanort’s past (aka Memories of Xehanort) and the origins of the keyblade. You will probably playing as Mickey in this one. This will some how tie into Kingdom Hearts 3, much like Sub - Zero and Mortal Kombat 4.
This section has to deal with the Lost Two.
Now we were given a interesting piece text that gives a little insight in to who the Lost Two are and about who Terra is. This piece of text is
“Master Xehanort’s Avenger, his name is Terra.”
“Not yet awakened, he is connected to those two.”
Now this is interesting because Terra expresses much hatred for Xehanort after you fight him and in the text before battle if you choose to battle him again. You can reasonably assume that Terra and Xehanort use to be allies and that Xehanort was a good guy. Now someone on here referenced Xehanort to also mean thunder in latin if you rearrange the letters in his name with out the X in it. Now I wouldn’t have used the Power Ranger to connect this, but I have come to find that there is truth in what this person said. By rearranging the letters to form the word thonare, the more common spelling of the word in tonare. Nomura has stated that Xehanort’s becomes Another and No Heart when the X is removed. The point id that we can assume that Xehanort was a good guy a one time, but for whatever reason turned his back on the light and became a bad guy. Now the connection to the Lost Two comes from the second piece of text in which it says that Terra is not awakened and that he is connected to two people. Now the only people we have seen him with are Aqua and Ven. Another interesting piece of information is that you can only fight Terra after you have beat the game. At least ever single guide I have read about the has said that. Anyways, now Aqua and Ven are not present in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + because, are alluded two just before the fight with Terra, and we see Aqua’s armor and keyblade in the Room of Sleep. So is safe to assume that the Lost Two are Aqua and Ven.
This section has to deal with the Keyblade War.
Now Nomura has stated that Keyblade War was a way for him to tell us that there were fights between Keyblade Wielders. Also in the Ansem report in the beginning of the Gathering video it states that the Keyblade saved the world and that it wrought chaos upon the world. So it is safe to assume that these legends refer to the Keyblade War. This war was probably waged across the different worlds. Which is why the walls separating them were put up. We are led to believe that passage was possible between worlds do to Kiari’s grandmother’s story. Now Nomura has stated that this story is for the most part a child’s bedtime story, but he also mentioned that there is a small fraction of history in it. The Keyblade War would also explain the conflicting legends across the worlds about the keyblade it’s self. Now as for the Master of Keyblades.

well good theory. its partly true but nomura said they were new characters so kairis grandma isn’t aqua. and as for the keyblades your right that the keyblade did go to sora but if you remember at the beginning of kh, it says the keyblade chooses its own master. so it could mean that he was supposed to get it, but it goes to sora because it CHOSE sora

This is just a thought, but bear with me; Terra mentions that Sora is some kind of thief or something of that nature when he is confronted in final mix 2, he states that Sora is not the one that is supposed to end up with his keyblade, now what if Riku was supposed to be the one that was to end up with Terra’s keyblade (Kingdom Key) and that in a scene in the first Kingdom Hearts could explain why. In the begining of Kingdom Hearts 1, when it is night time and things have begun to get out of hand (heartless appearing, etc.) Riku stands on the edge of their “hangout” (palm tree on the edge of bridge I believe) Sora runs to him but is blocked by a shroud of darkness and is somewhat engulfed by it with riku, afterwards Riku disappears, and Sora is the only one that remains, but with a small prize: The Kingdom Key, its possible that this could explain how Sora somehow “stole” or ended up with a Keyblade (maybe he was never destined to get a keyblade at all) and then Riku is taken over by the darkness (Xenanort) and is given the Keyblade of Darkness to use, this theory is proven even more later on in the game when Riku can take the Keyblade from Sora with ease, where others have failed. Another thing to speculate from this is why Xenanort seems to be always with Riku, since Darkness(Xenanort) is embedded into Riku’s heart he is able to use the Keyblade of Darkness and is always being stalked by Xenanort (in the Gameboy version+first KH). Now this is a pure theory but it is good food for thought for the game and one thing that I also seem to notice is Aqua, Kairi speaks of how her grandma always telling her stories of the worlds and how they used to be connected, and then that something occured (maybe the keyblade wars, which would prove that it happened in the past), maybe Aqua is Kairi’s Grandmother and that is why Kairi can use a Keyblade (also didnt Kairi come to the island from another “world”), to backtrack a bit, Riku (when he is in Xenanort’s form in KH2) is actually the one that gave Kairi the keyblade which makes the thought even more profound that he is the “True” keyblade wielder.

I just want to know out of all your theories will
sora be the mane character of kh3 plese tell me

Tazi: “But I would like to remind you that Terra did pick up Sora’s keyblade” I said that Terra was linked to Riku, and according too you Riku is the true master, and would have received this Keyblade had he not gone into the darkness, so it was passed onto Sora which would be the reason Terra is weilding the Keyblade that Sora will come to weild himself
And the connection, i dont know was just a wild guess, but since the Creator said that there was a connection then i could be proven right
But like i said theres no way i can back up my theory so its just a wild guess

Some people say that Birth by Sleep came first. This is indeed FALSE. If it came first then in the Gathering it would look like a mountainous region and the blue heart would be there. Unless you are suggesting that they were nice enough to clean there mess(not). Plus, you see Mickey at the same place in Birth by sleep. So if it did come first then the heart would not be there and the keyblades would also be there.

and the whole passing down keyblades i dont really believe. i think they did pass it down but when riku went into darkness it got mixed up. plus you have to remember that the keyblade CHOOSES ITS OWN MASTER! thats why it went back to sora when it was supposed to stay with riku. it chose sora.

well actually he found the room of awakening at castle oblivion. he did nt create it but he did create the room of sleep
on 19 Jul 2007 at 2:30 pm 81. Josh77spazz
Cool, thanks tazimus. those questions were bothering. anyways yea, there is a Room of Awakening. if you watch the translated version of “The New Headquarters” you find out that Xemnas’s original plan was to use Castle Oblivion for the Room of Awakening. this was around the time when Marluxia just joined the Orginization. it has something really wierd about it tho. he says and confirms that xemnas was probly around the time of keyblade wars. not in that exact way though. he says:
“How many years ago was it? People with blades of keys started to appear and fought great battles. When they were gone a man who had lost his memories appeared. Xemnas…no. Xehanort was taken in by ansem around that time, was he not?”
and then they talk more about him. this is the actual thing that Xigbar said. or it migt have been axel i dont know, he had a hood on.

Enigmatic Deity: As I have said before. The only way to get a keyblade is for you to have the qualified heart. Nomura stated this in an interview. You dan’t have to go to a special room or station or whatever you want to call it. Where you are getting this station of awakening, I don’t know. Nomura has also said that there is a room of awakening and yes he called it a room.
on 19 Jul 2007 at 7:15 am 78. Tazimus Prime
Josh77spazz: First, who said King Mickey couldn’t wield keyblades before he went to the realm of darkness. The is that he that he could. If someone has the qualiffied heart they can wield a keyblade. The begining of the new game in the new series will probably be King MIckey getting done training at Yen Sid’s. So that would mean it happened before he went to the realm of darkness. Second, Xigbar was one of Ansem’s students. He first met the keyblade wielders while he was still learning under Ansem the Wise. So, no, Xigbar isn’t one of the keyblade knights.
Beanie: First, where are you getting this connection between Ven and Aqua from. I honestly heard people say the same thing and I don’t see it. All she did was catch his body to it from shardering on the ground and looked worried when she was seeing if he was ok. After seeing he was still alive she cast reflect on Terra. I mean are you people saying there is a Sora and Kairi connection. Secondly, Nomura has stated that there is a connection between Sora and co. and the knights. So your idea of there being a connection isn’t wrong. Now if Ven is suppose to be for Sora, maybe, you can make a strong case for it. But I would like to remind you that Terra did pick up Sora’s keyblade, not Riku’s. So it seems the connection have changed.

hey thanks for having my back Taz.

maybe the room of awakening is another name for the station of awakening
who knows, the old man had a keyblade and so far the character he matches most is xehanort, so maybe when xemnas wanted a keyblade as well, but it would be possible if the only way it would enter the station/room of awakening, these theories are not provem, and i know T Prime is gonna tell me its not true, which i dont hate, but anyways, the thing that puzzles me most is, who was the voice that was speaking to Sora, the day he had the dream about the keyblade
on 18 Jul 2007 at 10:22 pm 75. Josh77spazz
beanie:there is a chance that xehanort and the bald person are connected but nomura said that these were completely new characters
on 18 Jul 2007 at 9:56 pm 74. Beanie
Personally i have a few “Theroum” on the whole matter
One of them is that the war of the blades is set in the past (I think we can gather that anyways) But that the present and the past, are some how linked together.
Sora, Riku And Kairi will all meet their predacessor’s (The people who pass the keyblades onto them) and i personally believe that “Ven” is ment to be Sora, as From the video we see that “Ven” and “Aqua” Have a sort of connection shall we say, which in the previous games only Sora and Kairi share (And the fact that Riku is True master, which would make him the leader) From this i believe that “Terra” in order to win, has tapped into the dark power within him, same as which it seems the “Bald Guy” has done (Possibly shown with the change in the eye colour?) We also see the explanation of Riku doing this in KH2, tapping into the power in order to seal vitory over Roxas.
I believe the reason theres a link is that Xehanort has somehow found a way back there, in order too (Or already has) Recover his memories, and potential power that the “Bald guy” Show’s he has, this could possibly be an answer for Xehanort lossing his memories and also the power to weild the keyblade.
Short story, Theres a link between the past and the Future, Xehanort rediscovers his memories Xehanort = The bald guy, Terra = Riku
Ven = Sora, Aqua = Kairi
I know this Theory is out there, And i no there is NO WAY to prove anything that i said, but its a possibility right?
Besides All the “Proven” Theories that are out there as based on two 3 min and 2 min video’s and some streatched words from the game creator, so in order to “Prove” a fact from something like that is kinda off.
on 18 Jul 2007 at 7:17 pm 73. Josh77spazz
my last questions. since master yen sid gave sora star seeker and also told him he was connected to everything, does that relate to sora be connected to the 3 armored people?
then you see mickey with star seeker at the end of “Birth by Sleep” that would mean that that happened after or before he got stuck in the realm of darkness. right?
and it make sense to me if it was after since he couldn’t use a keyblade until the end of the first kingdom hearts.
so is it possible that ansem the wise told him of xehanorts memory(if he had any memory at all or even if ansem restored it)and then went to look for any possible information leading to the fight and possibly finding those 3 armored people?
now about the fight
since xigbar fought more than one keyblade wielder, could he be the armored figure with dark armor in birth by sleep in his original body before he became a nobody? cuz as a nobody he wouldnt be able to wield a keyblade unlike roxas. as you said somewhere else you said that roxas was made of remnants of soras heartless. which gave him th ability to wield a keyblade(two). but as xigbar did not turn back to normal which ment he could not wield one at all. unless he was refering after that when he fought(if true)ven and aqua. he could have been the one to put the armor in kh2:fm.
and since it would be xibar as a normal person, wouldn’t that be considered a new character? either that or was he the hooded figure in the gathering?
please answer

Ok there are somethings you have to remember. Somethings shown are just game mechanics. The keychains are only there to help explain you getting different weapons. As for Way to the Dawn, Soul Eater became Way to the Dawn after Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. In “The Gathering” that video is set in the prsent, while “Birth by Sleep” happens in the past. Nomura has said that he put those keyblades there to show that Sora, Riku, and Mickey have a big part to play in Kingdom Hearts 3 and that they wont be left behind.

or i guess the fourth game. I meant Kingdom Hearts 3

All i know is that i can not wait for the third game to come out. I just hope that it is on the Xbox 360 because i cannot afford a PS3.

aj has a good question. how did the kings seal get on the keyblade if the keyblade was made a long time ago? and what about the road to dawn? that was just a keyblade version of souleater. and riku got it after “The Gathering”. and wasn’t soul eater made by maleficent?

i have a question
sora’s keyblade is given to him by the light
i understand that
but why does his keyblade have the kingz seal
i asked dis cuz nobody did

Sma’s Friend: Let’s talk about these so called facts.
Fact 1: The keyblade war happened a long time ago.
Ok the Keyblade War may have happened in the past, but we don’t know how far. What we do know is Xehanort appeared in Radiant Garden after the Keyhblade War. You discover this by watching a video from KH2 FM+.
Fact 2: There were four chasers who forged the keyblade: Ven, Aqua, Terra, and Xehanort. In other words, the bald guy in the secret movie is Xehanort back when he was a Chaser. At the end of Kingdom Hearts 2, the King sent a message to Sora. This message read that some part of Xehanorts soul still lives and has regained his memories and powers of being a Chaser. Basically, the only person who has a chance against him is King Mickey. The ultimate dark versus the ultimate light.
OK first of all we don’t know if the Knights are the Chasers, and there is no evidence to prove that they are. Second, there is no evidence to support that the knights made the keyblades. Thirdly there is slime, if any, proof that the Bald Man is Xehanort. Fourth, no one knows what the messege read. Fifth, there is nothing to suggest that King Mickey is the only one that can fight him.
Fact 3:After the three remaining Chasers and the King defeated Xehanort, he lost his memories and powers.
There is no proof that Xehanort being defeated by any body caused him to lose his memories.
Fact 4: After the Keyblade Wars, the Chasers knew their time was drawing to a close and passed the keyblade onto the only being who’s power equaled there own; King Mickey.
There is nothing to suggest that they passed the keyblade on to King Mickey or that ‘their was drawing to a close’. In fact, Terra’s appearance in KH2 FM contradicts that.
Fact 5: Since then, the keyblade has chosen other masters, such as Riku(who missed his chance because he fell to darkness, so the keyblade took it’s second choice: Sora), Sora, and Kairi.
Now this is the only one that is factual. Keyblades do shose there own masters, but there is more then just the ones that have been shown, Nomura has stated this.
Fact 6: Sora means air; Ven also means air, Kairi means water, so does Aqua, and Riku means earth, so does Terra. Because of this, I believe the threesom have some connection to the Chasers.
Ok you are only partly right here. Sora means sky, Ven, short for Ventus, means wind. Kairi means sea, Auqa means water. Riku means land, Terra means earth.
So in the end most of your facts turned out to be unproven opinions. You only had two true fact. One partal fact. The rest were opinions that you didn’t support with any evidence. So your gonna have to do better then that. Also, out of respect of others, You or Sam shouldn’t be calling people stupid or say that their theories are dumb, or calling us morons. Please respectably reply to theories and tell them where they are wrong and why. Also reapeating a message that someones theory is stupid is a sign of a noob.
