I’d like to know what YOU think!
So I was looking through some of the comments in the updates today. Some a bit.. negative.. So once again, I apologize for the lack of updates for this site. I’ll be doing my best to be bring you updates in a more timely manner from now on! Regarding this, I’ve tried to get in touch with the Administrator for a few things I’d like to do, but we’ll see on that.
So in the meantime, I want to know what YOU, the readers, think about things! Namely, things you would like the site to have, things you’d like to see in updates, questions about the Kingdom Hearts series, etc! Now, I do not mean the forums (kingdomhearts3.org), but the main site (kingdomhearts3.net). So let’s make a sort of event out of this, shall we? Leave your thoughts and concerns in the comment box for this update. All this week, I’ll take the time to answer your questions! Stay tuned for more updates soon!

I really like the site just the way it is. Also if it’s not too much to ask, that if it’s this site can inform Nomura can read our comments and give the people of what they are asking for and also be friends with him. It would be cool. I also have a question xVentus, in your own opiniyon, what do you think the right order is to be in the Kingdom Hearts series? I did my theory and I’m not sure if it’s right though…… And so as Vincent Rav…. What do you think? And also are Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix and Final Mix+ are the same or different?…

I can take time to answer those two at this very moment actually, Gerry.
Question 1. Unfortunately, I do not know of any website that would let you talk to Nomura himself. The chances of that even existing are extremely slim. But, I can’t rule out the possibility of Square Enix reading on certain websites to see what fans want, so keep your fingers crossed! ^^
Question 2. Watch the flow of the story. Birth by Sleep was ten years before KH1. Around the time Sora gave his heart up to save Kairi, Roxas was born. This starts the very beginning of 358/2 Days, although that story has parts that take place during and after Chain of Memories.
After this, KH2 begins and is followed by KH: Coded. Coded is to be followed by KH:3D, and 3D is to be followed by KH3.
Timeline/Order of Games:
1. Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep
2. Kingdom Hearts (halfway through, 358/2 Days begins)
3. Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (358/2 Days is still going on)
4. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (story continues to its finish, after Sora is asleep and Roxas is captured by Riku)
5. Kingdom Hearts 2
6. Kingdom Hearts Coded
7. Kingdom Hearts 3D
8. Kingdom Hearts 3
Question 3. I have searched, but there is no Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, but there IS a Kingdom Hearts Final Mix+. Essentially, I suppose it doesn’t matter WHICH name you call it, as they are used to speak about the same game (KH2FM+). Remember that Final Mix versions of these games are only the original game with extra features added to them. Therefore, I have not included them in the timeline, because they are not new parts of the story. This includes remakes like Re:Coded and Re:Chain of Memories.

I think this site is ok if they update more it has real potential. I check this site constantly and also go to khinsider just cause it updates more like on the new 3D pictures and gameplay( just a little) but still at least u guys have updated. oh ya and Gerry go to kingdomhearts.wikia.com for any info u want it has everything u want to no character wise and other stuff.

I think the site is fine the way it is. I just have one question xVentus. I know that kingdom hearts 3d is gonna be available for the nintendo 3ds, but would it also work on a normal nintendo ds? I need to know so i can figure out if i need to get a nintendo 3ds or not.

I would assume you would need a 3DS actually, due to it being a 3Ds game. Much like how if you were to buy a DSi game that would only work on the DSi.
KH:3D is supposed to have the option to turn the 3D capability on and off, but whether or not this would effect what system it’ll run on, I have no idea, sadly. So I’m just assuming 3DS at this moment.

Thanks xVentus! So it means I really do need the Coded. But we all know that the Coded is on Japanese version and on a Japanese phone. And also since it’s not avaliable in the DS…. Why can’t the Japanese make it there and also the in the PSP with better graphics? I saw some pictures that Coded is on the PSP…. Also keyblade3, I also go to wikia.com to research about Terra Aqua and Ventus… They have the full information about the characters… It’s cool!

xVentus, I watched a video of the KH 2 Final Mix+. And I saw Sora goin in to a black portal in Disney Castle. And that portal leads to the Keyblade grave yard. And Sora, Donald and Goofy, saw Terra’s Armour waiting for something. And thus Terra’s armour became alive and started talking to Sora. And Sora became afraid on what he was saying Terra’s armour wanted to fight him. So does that include in the story line too or not.

Gerry, you will not need to get the Japanese phone to enjoy Kingdom Hearts Coded. Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded is the remade version of Kingdom Hearts Coded and has been released today on the Nintendo DS system. It will NOT be on PSP, so any graphic you may have seen on that is fake.
The battle against Terra in KH2FM+ is only an extra feature. It is not part of the storyline. Now, if it does become part of the story, they will mention it in a future game, but at this moment, no it is not part of the main story.

Xventus u say roxas was Born in the timeline you made but wasn’t roxas Ven in BBS.
So that means that he just woke up againfrom his sleep, or am i completely wrong?
I also Miss kh1 in the timeline ghehe.

Welcome to the club Darryly! Thanks for coming into this website man!!!!! And oh yeah xVentus , so the Re:Coded is like the full version of the game it self so you won’t have to buy the a Japanese phone after all. Thank you very very much xVentus. Now I know just what I need to complete the game series. What I need is a DS Lite for the 358 days/2 days and also Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded. And for the 3DS is the Kingdom Hearts 3D. Thanks a lot!!!!! At the end of Ventus’ story line his heart fuses with in Sora’s. Thus Sora and Ventus became nearly one soul. When Sora lost his heart to the Darkness Roxas was born. Since Sora’s heart was made up of Ventus and Himself, Roxas took on the appearance of Ventus with the characteristics of Sora. Sounds a little confusing, but does make sense.

Well Darryly, Since Ven is sleeping in the “Chamber OF Walking”(because that’s where his soul is right now) The next game could be the game that all fans and us too have been waiting for all these years of waiting till eternity. Kingdom Hearts 3. The “Chamber Of Walking” is inside of Sora that Ventus is sleeping. He’ll wake up soon and Sora will get his body back. And Ventus will also gat his body too once he is awaken and out of Sora. And Sora will also try to save Terra and Aqua and finish this battle for good. This will be the LAST FINAL BATTLE! Once everyone is saved, they’ll have the final blow. With Sora,Riku,King Mickey,Terra,Aqua and Ventus, and also Roxas,and Xion the 2 nobodies of Sora will help by giving strenght since they also wield keyblades too and be saved from exsistance.

Actually Gerry, the next announced game in the series is Kingdom Hearts 3D. From what I’ve gathered, it will be the Mark of Mastery test for both Sora and Riku, held by Yen Sid. After that game, Kingdom Hearts 3 SHOULD start to make an appearance. However, remember that Nomura has already announced that they would not start work on Kingdom Hearts 3 until Final Fantasy Versus XIII is done, which should be very soon.
Other than that, Nomura has also stated that Kingdom Hearts III will NOT be the last game in the series.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s been leaked that there WILL be a Kingdom Hearts 3. And before everyone starts calling me an idiot/retard/monkey/etc, read what I have to say:
On several sites, including fansites, livejournal, and the official Kingdom Hearts page, the coverart was leaked. I’m not promising anything, or talking bad about it, but the way it sounds to me so far, is that The Keyblade Wars is actually not gonna leave fans satisfied. It might even be a little bit of confusion on the storyline like it was for Birth By Sleep, but there was also a leakage that Aqua will return, because Ven’s heart sleeps inside Sora (which actually explains why Roxas looks like his carbon copy). But don’t expect it anytime soon. 2012 at the soonest, if that, cause Japan has to have all the cool stuff first, lucky punks.

Yes there will be a Kingdom Hearts 3 everyone already knew that, However it will not be called the Keyblade wars that was a fake name that people came up with after seeing the kingdom hearts 2 secret ending which was actually for birth by sleep and the cover art you saw was fake it has been around for awhile which is why everyone thought it was called the keyblade wars. Another name I have recently heard it being called is Kingdom Hearts: Reconnect though I have been told this was also a rumor. 2012 is pretty good estimation, however since they have to finish with final fantasy versus XIII before they start working on Kingdom Hearts 3 it could be as late as 2013-2014 depending on how long it takes to make it. I personally cam not wait for the game and really want to know what it is going to actually be about.
I also have a question if anyone is willing to answer. Why does Vanitas from birth by sleep look like Sora? What is their connection?

“Nomura: For Terra, since his appearance after this had already been decided, he was designed to have a younger feeling of that. Ventus would inevitably resemble either Sora or Roxas, though I worried over which, I thought that Vanitas resembling Sora would have a greater impact, so Ventus ended up resembling Roxas. By the way, there’s a reason Vanitas has Sora’s face. Sora supplements the damaged parts of Ventus’ heart, and as a result of Sora’s influence on those damaged parts, Vanitas’ face changed into the same as Sora’s. Therefore if Riku was supplementing the missing parts of Ventus’ heart, Vanitas’ face would likely look like Riku.”

Thanks xVentus that makes sense. I really can not wait till Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out. I have another question, what is Kingdom Hearts 3D going to be about? Is it going to be after the events of Kingdom Hearts 2 or is it another prequel?
Also, how long do you think Nomura will keep making Kingdom Hearts games? Is it going to be like another Final Fantasy series, but with a continuos story line or will he end it after a few more games?

xVentus, Is Kingdom Hearts 3D about now using Sora as a teenager in Kingdom Hearts 2 or will it be still the Kid version? And Electric Dragon, Kingdom Hearts 3D is just like what xVentus told me that the game is about the “Mark Of Mastery” for Sora and Riku. Aqua and Terra face each other in combat. And now the saviers Sora and Riku will also do the same. So from what I understand,they need become keyblade masters in order to fully weild and understand the true meaning of light and darkness in balance. Kingdom Hearts 3D currently has very little information, but from what I’ve managed to find and from the secret ending to Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded, it will be about the a Mark of Mastery test for both Sora and Riku. This doesn’t mean that the two will fight each other, however, as Yen Sid is the one holding this test. Nomura has revealed that the theme of this game is “trust”, so stay tuned to see how this will all play out. Also, despite them being shown in kid forms, this game takes place after Coded, therefore after Kingdom Hearts 2.
Furthermore, I’m not entirely too sure when Nomura will stop making Kingdom Hearts games. For now, it is only known that Kingdom Hearts III should end what can be known as the “Xehanort Chronicles” and whether Nomura continues after that or not is up to him. But if he does, expect to see Sora as the hero until the very end.

The 3 heroes of Birth by Sleep may or may not make an appearance in the upcoming 3D, but I won’t rule it out as a possibility. Afterall, Mickey tells Yen Sid in the secret ending that they finally know where Ven’s heart is, leaving only Terra left to find. So they know where Aqua is, they just need to save her. I wouldn’t be surprised if Aqua makes an appearance in 3D.
As for the difference between XIII and Versus XIII. Well, for starters there are three known titles in that series: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, 360), Final Fantasy Versus XIII (PS3), and Final Fantasy Agito XIII (PSP).
The difference is that even though they all share the same number sequence, they are all very different. You could say they all exist within the same universe, but it’s not clear in what timelines they’re in or even if they’re all on the same world.
What connects them is the strong theme of crystals, but what sets them apart are the struggles and stories themselves.
Further example: Final Fantasy XIII takes place on the world of Pulse, main character is Lightning, and she is a L’cie like all the main characters. L’cie is a term for a human that is chosen by another creature called a Fal’cie to carry out various missions called Focus. Once the focus is completed, however, the L’cie becomes a crystallized form of themselves forever. Now, if a L’cie breaks away from their focus, they become a rampant monster. The focus of Lightning and her crew was to save the world, while another L’cie (Cid Raines) had the focus of helping Lightning’s crew overcome a great obstacle.
SPOILER: Cid broke away from his focus by attacking Lightning and her party, therefore becoming a monster. However, he in turn became something they had to overcome, and accomplished his Focus once they had defeated him, becoming a crystal afterward.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII has very little information. What is known is that the main character, Noctis Lucis Caelum, or just Noctis for short, and that he is the last heir to a city-state that controls the last remaining Crystal. It is also seen that the Stella Nox Fleuret, or just Stella, is from a family that appears to be an enemy to Noctis. According to developers, this game is neither a sequel or a prequel to any other FFXIII title, and is set in a world bearing a very strong resemblance to how our modern day world is (things like sky scrapers and cars are used in this game).

At this point, I can only really think that Kairi might possibly have a larger role, due to her being able to wield a Keyblade.
As for new worlds, I’ve heard that 3D is supposed to have all new Disney themed worlds. I would love to see Treasure Planet included.
Personally, I don’t know how Xion could ever come back, but I won’t rule it out as a possibility. Axel on the other hand, I DO believe he will make a comeback. That is because of a scene found in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+, after Axel performs his sacrifice to save Sora. While the remaining Organization members comment on how Axel went and died, Xemnas comments that Axel may have not died, but may have been awakened.

Man, their are so many games of Final Fantasy including the prequals in the DS and Game Boy….. From the PS1 to the PS3 and X-Box and other game consoles. Never ending fight since it’s a famous game in Square Enix they ever have made…… Well I could say that Final Fantasy is really a thrilling game to play with good graphics and story lines and also special effects in scenes and great characters…. Even though I never played this in the PS1 or 2, But I’ve only experience Final Fantasy 13 and in the PS2 which I’m playing right is Derge Of Cereberus. Only Final Fantasy I’m playing right now in the PS2…. But it’s good by the way….

Kh3 probably won’t b after 3d. Because I recall in an interview nomora has cum up with 3 new titles one 3d and last one 3. There is one in the middle. Maybe rescuing t v and a and finally the final boss in that would not b master xeanort but xeanort and separate him into terra and master xeahnort and of corse 3 would be end of the xeahnort saga. I suspect the next series will b sofas father. Sora mentioned his dad in birth by sleep but he did not make an appearance. These r my kh plot THEORIES. I hope they r not rite. Makes it more interesting to not know

Remember, Square Enix is game company, so they have various teams working on different games at different times. Final Fantasy 14 is an online mmo and they had a team working on that when they had another working on Final Fantasy 13, and while that team worked on that game, there was yet another (the team responsible for bringing us the Kingdom Hearts series, btw) working on Final Fantasy Versus 13. Yes, Final Fantasy games are indeed very intriguing and thrilling. I do hope you’ll take the time to play some of the ones that were included in our beloved Kingdom Hearts. ^^

No need to apologize for the criticism. To put it bluntly, there was a team designated to make updates on this site. After a few.. disagreements on other matters (that have nothing to do with this) I left said team and went onto other things. However, after some time, I checked back on here and was shocked to see that the most recent update was back in October! That only really told me the person in charge of the site wasn’t assigning things anymore and the site was suffering as a result. So here I am, updating once again for you all. ^^ Unless the team decides to work on updates again, I’ll be the only one you may see updating, so I hope you’ll stay tuned!

If this is correct, you are spot on. Not about the Sora’s father thing, but about the other game. I won’t say that there WILL be another game before KH3, because information other than that interview has not been released. However, I do remember in the Ultimania interview, he did say that he planned to release two more games before KH3. One, we can assume to be 3D, the other is still a mystery. Unless of course he meant the second as being Re:Coded.

That’s all I want if they don’t anymore after that fine. Aleast finish what you start then not giving us answer like abunch of duches. Personally, I think the Cloud and Sephiroth battle was just a reference to their struggle against each other in Final Fantasy VII. Whether they make a come back or not, I’m not sure. Though I think we’d have a better chance at seeing Squall and Aerith again than we would Cloud and Sephiroth.
And yes, it is highly possible the other Organization members’ heartless may have been roaming around, although, I’m not sure we’ll see much about them other than Axel.
