Kingdom Hearts 3
The future of the Kingdom Hearts series is, as we are all aware, still unclear.
However, knowing both Square-Enix and Disney, the huge popularity of the PlayStation 2 games Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 would tend to indicate that series is not to end with Kingdom Hearts 2.
It is for this reason that we have created this Web site; a site we hope will be able to bring readers news and rumours about the series, aiming particular focus on the future of the series. Thusly, we have named our site “Kingdom Hearts 3″, in anticipation of the next Kingdom Hearts title being named Kingdom Hearts 3.

LOOK AT MY IMPORTANT KINGDOM HEARTS THEORY BELOW.
THIS THEORY IS SUPPORTED BY THE ANSEM REPORTS AND THE SECRET ANSEM REPORTS SHOWN IN BOTH GAMES.
Ansem is the Brown haired dude with the yellow eyes by the way. Ansem is kairis father for kairi is the princess of Radiant Garden. The girl with the blue hair who resembles kairi is in fact kairis mother. The yellow hair guy is Ansem’s other son ROXAS. Roxas is frozen to death. Ansem in trying to save him so he studies the two or three parts that which are the heart(heartless),body(nobody), maybe the mind(chasers). In trying to save his son’s life he creates sora. That is the main connection between sora and roxas. The bald guy is undoubtedly Xehanort but I have a feeling that the doppelganger may be riku. There may be an unknown connnection between Riku and Xehanort. They may be the same person(2% chance). Remeber that the nobodys stand for body. This fits perfectly into my theory. the reason sora’s nobody(body) looks like the yellow haired guy in the secret ending is that Ansem used that body when he created Sora. That is why sora can wield the keyblade. The Yellow haired guy probably isn’t Roxas but that doesn’t matter. His body though is an important part of what created Sora. I have another idea why sora has yellow eyes and brown hair. Ansem neede to use hi heart to help revive his son(aka the yeelow haired guy). Ansem in the clip has brown hair and yellow eyes. NOT A COINCIDENCE that Sora has that same hair and yellow eyes and that his nobody looks EXACTLY the same as the yellow haired noght in the secret ending.

Story of KH:CoM:
The story of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories takes place directly after the ending of the first installment, Kingdom Hearts. We find Sora, his two friends Donald Duck and Goofy, as well as Jiminy Cricket, walking down a seemingly never-ending path, when suddenly a mysterious man dressed in a black hooded trenchcoat tells Sora, “Ahead lies something you need. But to claim it, you must lose something dear.” As they continue down the path, Sora and his companions find a massive fortress called Castle Oblivion. When they enter, they find the mysterious figure.
When Sora and his companions attempt to engage the figure, they find that their abilities seem to have no effect.[2] The figure then explains that at the moment our heroes entered the castle they forgot every ability they had previously known. This figure continues by creating a deck of cards made from Sora and his friends’ memories, and tells them that everything they encounter in this castle will be based on their memories. But the higher they go, the more memories they will lose in the process.
Meanwhile, floors below, Riku has somehow managed to return from the World of Darkness and fights his own inner demons as he battles upward from the basement levels of Castle Oblivion. But neither he nor Sora are aware that they are being targeted by a mysterious group called the Organization. As Riku ascends Castle Oblivion, he, like Sora, encounters various members of the Organization. One particular encounter with an Organization member known as Vexen served simply as an analysis of Riku’s combat data, which Vexen used to make a replica of Riku. Unlike the real Riku, this replica chose to embrace the Darkness and proclaimed himself the stronger of the two because he was able to wield the full power of the Darkness, while the real Riku did all that he could to suppress it within himself. The Riku Replica crosses blades with the real Riku on a couple of different occasions. After losing to Riku in both encounters, Vexen decides to find a different use for him…
As Sora ascends through the castle, he battles Larxene, a member of the Organization. After battling her, he remembers the name of a former friend of his that he forgot: Naminé. He learns that she is being held in the castle, and continues to ascend the castle, clashing with the Riku Replica who now believes himself to be the real Riku. After witnessing the death of Vexen, another Organization member, Sora learns from Naminé herself that the hooded figure he met earlier is named Marluxia, and is in fact manipulating both of them into being his servants. He also learned that everything he remembered about Naminé was fake, planted in his memory by her. Naminé was never on the islands, but the only thing Sora can remember is her. Marluxia hoped to enslave Sora with these false memories and use the Keyblade’s power to overthrow the Organization, but Naminé was able to admit the truth to Sora due to the intervention of Axel, an Organization member who served as a double-agent. Forming an alliance with the Riku Replica—who turns on the Organization when he finds out that he is a fake and that the memories he had were also created by Naminé—they fought to the top of the castle and defeated Marluxia. Sora then bid farewell to the Riku Replica, who left to find the truth to his existence. After sealing the Keyhole on the top floor of Castle Oblivion, Naminé then put Sora & company into an unnatural sleep inside a cluster of pod-like machines to help them regain the memories they lost in the castle, even though they would forget about the events that transpired in the castle.
Meanwhile, as Sora was fighting his way through the castle, Riku began destroying dark beings he met in the depths of the castle in an attempt to rid himself of the darkness. “Ansem”, who took over Riku’s body in the previous game, attempted to gain control of Riku again, but was continually thwarted with the intervention of King Mickey. On the way, Riku battles another Organization member named Lexaeus. Riku then used his dark abilities and noticed that Marluxia had been killed. He was confronted by Zexion, a manipulative Organization member, but embraced his darkness and overcame him. Arriving in Twilight Town, Riku learned that the “Ansem” who had goaded him earlier was in fact DiZ, an enigmatic man who seemed interested in Riku. DiZ sent Riku to speak with Naminé, but a new foe blocked his way: the Riku Replica, who now sought to justify his existence by finding out which of the two Riku’s was the strongest. After eliminating the replica in a fierce battle, Riku learned from Naminé that what remained of the “real” Ansem lived in the bowels of his heart. Riku chose to face him, and after affirming this with DiZ, the odd man loosed “Ansem” from Riku’s heart for him to battle. After successfully defeating “Ansem”, Riku learned that as long as he had darkness at his command, “Ansem” would reside within him. He set out on a quest to keep his darkness but remain his own master, with King Mickey as his companion. Riku learns that while his darkness is a significant part of his heart, he may still use it, as well as his light, to fight for good alongside his friends.

That has to be the most interesting theory I have read as of yet. It’s wrong, but interesting. First of all Xehanort, created Roxas name as seen in a preview for KH2: FM+ on www.kh2.co.uk and the fact that Roxas and Ansem were seen in previously in KH2 shows that it is wrong. For as has been reported quite extensively, the Knights are completely new characters. Good theory, the most original I’ve seen, but it’s wrong. Sorry.

do you think it is legitimate.
on 02 Apr 2007 at 11:31 pm 204. Ted
so the ansem you battle in kh 1 is xehanort
well then where does Xehnems come from
and if this is ture then the battle took place in the past
and then roxas, roxas’s mother, ansem, and Xehanort are chasers but what about kairi she is the duaghter of ansem isn’t she

As for Ted, listen up. Ansem the Wise was the brainiac ruler of Radiant Garden. He was a great researcher, and is credited with the Ansem Reports in KH1 (Even though he only wrote the first one). Xehanort suddenly showed up on Ansem’s doorstep one day, without his memories. Xehanort quickly became Ansem’s top student. When Ansem began the experiments on the heart, he performed one experiment on Xehanort. Xehanort seemed to have superhuman abilities that Ansem could only guess at. After King Mickey warned Ansem about the dangers of his experiments, he ordered his students to abandon their research on the heart. Xehanort and Ansem’s other students simply continued the research behind Ansem’s back, and eventually banished Ansem from Radiant Garden. Xehanort abandoned his body (as did the other students their own bodies) in the final experiment. Xehanort took the name of Ansem (no idea why) and did many atrocities in Ansem’s name (like banishing Kairi from Radiant Garden and turning Radiant Garden into Hollow Bastion). I hope that answers your questions, Ted.

I agree with the tasmanianchocobo. Let’s face it, Sony is, at the heart of the issue, a business. It is the first goal of a business to promote their products and generate a profit. I’m not knocking that, that’s just how it is. Seeing how the PS3 has done so far, Sony is probably going to release a bunch of games until PS3’s start selling more. If that doesn’t happen by the time the 3rd KH game comes out, then it’ll probably be only for PS3 so that Sony can use the series’s popularity to sell PS3’s. Sorry, but for PS2 owners (myself included) that’s probably going to be the harsh reality. I don’t claim to know the future, though, and I could be wrong (I hope I am).

It’s not going to be this fall. They’ve been working on Final Fantasy Verses XIII, and still are last I checked. We don’t know if they have even started working on the game of KH3 yet. It will more then likely come out around 2009, maybe late 2008. It will more then likely come out for the PS3. Now KH2: FM+ is very heavily rumored to come out this fall, but Square - Enix hasn’t made an official announcement yet.

I think people are referring to the rumor of KH2:FM+ coming to America his fall when they are talking about KH3 coming out this fall. Now I speculated in an earlier in response to KH3 coming out this fall that 2009 was a more accurate time of KH3 release.

I don’t know when the game is coming out. People say it’s coming out this fall (october). Other people say that it is coming out in 2009. What’s up with that?
I would like someone to answer that plzzz.
on 02 Apr 2007 at 8:46 pm 192. Alanna the superhero
It’s still hard to tell because i still am sort of thinking it has to do with reincarnation. But nobody is sure so let’s just see. It’s that theory that messes me up “Birth by sleep”. I no not of the meaning.

For anyone who is wondering…I say a Tetsuya video thingy on youtube. And when it got to the part where they or we saw the knights it had seven yrs.later. I’m getting the sense that the knights are from the future. And Xehanort(old man)was opening a portal to the past. That’s why sora is involved. But like i said it’s only a theory i found on youtube. it also said these problems are occuring because Sora left something behind at the Organization’s castle. In the video game we’re going to find out what.
P.S. give a personal response in case you disagree or if u saw the video.
on 02 Apr 2007 at 8:43 pm 190. tazmanianchocobo
Actually they are working on multiple Kingdom Hearts projects, after they get done with FFVs. XIII. The next game in the series will probably be something like KH:CoM that bridges the gaps between KH games.
on 02 Apr 2007 at 8:42 pm 189. Rachel
I also cant wait for the new game to come out and i also cant afford a ps3 so i want it on ps2!
on 02 Apr 2007 at 8:40 pm 188. Rachel
At the end of KH2, Sora, Riku and Kairi are reading a letter sent by King Mickey. Mickey was in the video and was kinda looking over the whole battle. i think that maybe the battle happened in the past and the chasers could have maybe “killed” the evil bald guy but now in the present maybe he has woken up (birth by sleep) and wants to take over Kingdom hearts. Mickey knows he has woken up and is informing Sora and gang about what happened in the past and how dangerous the bald guy is.
This is a kinda rough guess of what i think is going on in the videos and what will happen in KH3.
Im not entirely sure what will happen (no one is!) but im just having a wild guess. Please let me know what you think
on 02 Apr 2007 at 7:28 pm 187. Josh
I have been thinking it over and I now believe that the KH3 would be fine on the PS3, IF AND ONLY IF, these conditions are met.
1) If the PS3 survives this year and the next
2) No more bugs in the PS3, gameplay and online play
3) KH3 is released in 2009
By the way, Nomura is not calling the next Kingdom Hearts game “Kingdom Hearts 3″. This makes me think that we won’t see Sora and the gang in this next one. This next game, I believe will go more into the origins of the Keyblade. How it was created, who created it, and who was able to wield it.
