Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

Heart Superior: her wielding a kingdom key is not unexpected. just because it is sora’s first keyblade does not mean that it is his. keyblades shape and power depend on the keychain that is placed on the end of them. it can also be argued that the kingdom key is just the first keyblade that a wielder is givin. it was sora’s and roxas’s. we do not yet kno the reasoning behind her having the kingdom key and therefore cant really make an assumption of her being connected to sora just yet. it IS interesting but unexpected is not a word that i would use just yet

VII - In KH, at the same time Sora became a Heartless, Roxas was born and entered the Organization. So if that’s the case, at that point in time at Castle Oblivion, Sora used a Keyblade while at the same time, Roxas would have been using a Keyblade. Was this Sora’s keyblade? Within the Organization, I think we particularly saw Roxas using a Keyblade. And similar to Roxas, Sora served as another Keyblade Master conveniently gathering hearts. So why was the Organization defeated?
The Keyblade that Roxas used and the Keyblade that Sora once lost in Castle Oblivion are the same thing. Furthermore, these two both used the Keyblade at the same time. This can be explained by the relationship between Roxas and Sora. Thus, they both can wield two Keyblades, which, in fact, has an important meaning. This is also related to Xehanort’s memories, but this point can’t be touched on just yet.
Furthermore, from the time that the two were both using the Keyblade at the same time, the Organization itself was using Sora for their ultimate goal. Soon enough, each of the Organization’s expectations differed. By changing Sora’s and Roxas’ movements, eventually they became unable to use Sora for their true meaning. As a result, Sora became an obstacle to the movements of the Organization itself and he had to be defeated. But even if Sora were to be defeated, you could say there are other things to think about in making that sacrifice.
See Nomura states that it is important that they are wielding the same keyblade at the same time. Now Nomura states that this is because Roxas is Sora’s nobody. However the fact that Xion is wielding it at the same time Roxas and Sora would be is unusual. So there you go. It is important that she is wielding the Kingdom Key.

well there is a reson y xion can use the keyblade wile sora was ther but for roxas….i dont no….
i believe when riku entered the organization, sora went into sleepng mode, meaning the keyblade wasnt in use…so xion could use it
but roxas is still there wile xion is there in the organization, so thats even harder to explain….unless xion was only able to use the keyblade AFTER roxas was knocked out or something and was mind erased…but i dont think its possible since they should know the weapon the organization member wields before letting them into the place…but then again she was a special person….
iunno…im starting to confuse myself….
i just want this game so i dont confuse myself even more T.T

Xion, in silence and with a severe face, points the Kingdom Key toward Roxas.
roxas only uses a keyblade….and xion is pointing THE kingdom keyblade at roxas….so they can use the kingdom keyblade at the same time…..but then theres also a chance roxas can use a different keyblade like sora…remember the beginning of kh2 wen roxas fights axel?roxas holds oblivion and …something i forgot it….maybe it was something oath.

…………:You totally missed the point. The fact that she is wielding the Kingdom Key the same time as Roxas is what is interesting. Nomura said that Roxas and Sora could wield the Kingdom Key at the same time because of there connection and because Sora has the ability to wield two keyblades. However Xion is wielding the kingdom key is interesting because A) It’s Sora’s keyblade B) Only Roxas and Sora should be able to use it C) It shows a connection to Sora.

well, what connection to Sora could she have? she can’t be another Nobody of Sora’s, ’cause he tecknicly already has two- Roxas and Namine’, but Namine’ is shared with Kairi- so can Kairi have another Nobody, just like Sora? remember, Kairi can weild a keyblade…

Xebrem: Her ability to wield the keyblade probably comes from her connection to it. As she is a PoH she has an innate connection to the keyblade.

just making statements ther……but anywho, i thought the way to obtain a keyblade is to be chosen….and then put on a keychain to change the keyblades look….

and, if riku and sora got their keyblade by being chosen, and their keyblade is basically themed on the road they chose (riku chose darkness and dawn,)(sora chose light i think)then wat road did mickey chose besides going to dawnwith riku

o and heart Superior, i read somewhere on youtube from a comment of 358/2 days that xion stole the kingdom key from roxas…..so i dont know if its true cause they said they got that info from the tgs thing…but i clearly find that impossible since the keyblade can return to the owner when its taken

Where Riku got the keyblade is unknown. The keychain on the end is a butterfly and the keyblade itself is flower themed keyblade. Also where are getting this road theme. A keyblade wielder doesn’t chose to walk a dam road. That thing at the end of Chain of Memories was just a use of symbolism and metaphors. There is no path of light, dark, dawn or twilight. That is just a concept created by certain fans who got confused over what happened in CoM.

ohhhh u no wat would be sooo cool?when at the end of the game or something if u finished all three stories of ven terra and aqua, u can unlock multiplayer mode if u connect the psp to the ps3 and use the ps3’s online capability to play online with other people thats online, 3 people per a room and you ca nrun through a team story mode that has more and stronger unbirths or just re-do boss fights that u cn unlock ^^

First I like to point out that Terra is the Riku counter part of the group in BBS. Riku too sought Darkness. Second, ……. Master Xehanort was talking to Terra about the DS when he was talking about correcting his mistake saying that the DS is a monster infused with darkness. Third, Terra seeking darkness isn’t proof that he is Xehanort. This was well known since before any of the trailers were leaked. Xehanort can’t be Terra because NOMURA HAS SAID SO. You can’t go against what the creator has said because he is the creator and writer of the games. So we have to base our theories around what he says.

it’s a little off topic but in kingdom hearts 1 we first see ansem at destiny islands talking to sora by the door.But then we see him with riku in the depths of hallow bastion. What was he doing by sora and riku. In the first KH game you think Malificient is the main bad guy but then Ansem pops out of nowhere and fills that spot. Where has he been that whole time. It looks as if he was waiting for sora or riku.

Terra: the storyline of bbs takes place 10 years before the events of kh1 therefore sora riku and kairi would have been 4 5 and 4 respectively. they are not unbirths
……..: im not sure neone ever argued that there wasnt darkness in terra. i DO think that ven would be a better candidate for a descent darkness terra because of things that terra said in some of the trailers but i never said there were no dark decisions ever made by terra, BUT his eyes do not mean he is evil. the eyes could mean anything

I really don’t understand it either. If Nomura says it then it is true because Nomura is the creator of Kingdom Hearts. There is no higher authority on Kingdom Hearts then Nomura and yet they ignore him when it comes to Terra being Xehanort. If Nomura says something its true and there is no if and/or but about it. It really boggles the mind when someone does it.

KH3 is not in production yet. THe Next games to come out are KH:Birth by Sleep for the PSP which is a prequel to KH1, set 10 years before, and stars Terra, Aqua and Ven. The secret videos set after KH2 and KH2FM are for this game. KH:358/2 Days for the DS is about the year the Roxas spent in Org. XIII and stars of course Roxas. It is a multi-player game and allows you to play as any Org. memeber. It also introduces the mysterious XIVth Member, Xion. KH:Coded which is the only game set after KH2. It about mysterious entry in Jiminy’s Journal which he didn’t write. The king then digitizes the journal and its contents awakening a digital Sora on Destiny Island. You’ll play as this digital Sora as debug the digital world which is filled with bugs. It introduce new mysteries to us and reveal what the King was doing KH1.

ariel/tiger: yd u post the same thing twice? as far as i can remember kh3 hasnt even been put into production yet so its not worth bothering with theories just yet. if you mean birth by sleep then no you will not be able to use sora in the game because it takes place when he is 4. however, you will finally learn the backstories of the three keyblade wielders, terra aqua and ven, in the secret ending of kh2 and finally hear about their connections with sora riku and kairi.

well… no more will be said about that- HS convinced me other wise- so I won’t be going back to that theory unless somthing comes from Nomura proving Terra=Xehanort. so basicly, I’ve given up for good…
