Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

lots of games hav a dem ocoming out before the release date….some a couple of months before the release so that kinda tells square enix something e.e
but yes….we all want a demo because half the people can’t afford to fly to tokio and all the other places the demos were shown

Doesn’t matter Square-Enix isn’t obligated to respond to a petition. All it will show is that people are anticipating the game and gives them an ego boost. How many petitions do you think were made to release the Final Mix versions of Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2? A lot trust me. I made one myself and got, when last checked, 23994 signatures. Yet they aren’t going to release those games here in America. They want release the demos here in America until they are getting ready to release the game here in America and they’ll release it at video game conventions like E3.

I am TOTALLY saving my money to get a PSP just for this game! I am relieved that I don’t have to get another system for 385/2 Days cause that’s what I”m most excited for!

keyblades
any1 think their weill be interchangable keyblades in the game? i no people are gunna be like
“obviosly hth would the game not hav a changable keyblade gtfo”
well…..all the demos ive seen hav the same keyblades for the caracters…and i havent been able to glimpse at any new keyblade that terra ven and aqua could use…
but if there are changable keyblades, do u think that there will be a different set of keyblades for each caracter because of their different fighting techniques, or do u thiink they’ll share the same keyblades but the attributes will change according to the fighting style

I don’t think they’ll be changing keyblades in the game. I think the level up system has to do with making the Keyblades stronger as well as your character.

He may get those. The system for BBS is different in which you string together different attacks from your attack menu and is much like CoM in which the attacks are interchangeable.

Did anyone else notice in the Final Mix secret vid (Birth by Sleep) that Terra’s eyes turn yellow when he looks at what can be assumed to be Kingdom Hearts? Or that his hair looks like Saix’s?
THEORY:
The three characters from “Birth by Sleep” (game/video) are future members of Organization XIII. Evidence includes what I’ve already stated, plus the fact that Ven looks more like Roxas than Sora. Aqua, also, looks like an Organization member: Number XIV, Xion from “358/2 Days”.
This would make Ven = Roxas, Aqua = Xion, and Terra = Saix [as previously mentioned].
Things that don’t quite fit:
Xion doesn’t equal [Aqua anagram]+ the letter X (possibility being that Xion is probably pronounced same as the Hebrew word for heaven)
Roxas is Sora’s Nobody (what do the similar appearances mean then? and I don’t want to hear “laziness at Square”)

Yep, already terminated that theory. With extreme prejudice of course. Also Saix is not Terra because of some of the same reasons Xion is not Aqua. Saix is too young to be Terra. Before you say anything it has been established that nobodies do age. Ven has a connection with and is not the same as Roxas as said by Nomura. Also Nobodies didn’t exist during the time of BBS. I’m really not going into detail in this unless you persist with this theory. Suffice to say that it is impossible for Terra to be Saix, Aqua to be Xion and Ven to be Roxas. Sorry its true. Anyways on to the next theory.

somewhere around march 2009…..nomura stated that birth by sleep will release shortly after kingdom hearts 358/2 days (this being the jap release…so like 6 months maybe later from the jap release does it release for north america)

yayOrginizationXIII!!: This game is going to be released in Japan in 2009 so the USA might see it late 2009 or early 2010, depending when it is released in Japan.
………..: It isn’t going to be released a month after 358/2 Days is released. Maybe 4 month after the initial release date of 358/2 Days, but not a month. Look at it this way Coded will be released November 18, 2008 and 358/2 Days is being released in February 2009. That is a good few month between release dates. The reason being they want one game to sale and not be over shadowed by another game in the series. So when Nomura said shortly after he by a business stand point. Which means probably between 4 to 6 month after the release of 358/2 Days.

Well Im an idiot for posting a comment abnout the title on the KH3 section……but like I said I dont think that they doent have any connections what so ever exept for being friends with Sora and Rikku Sora does not mean wind in japanese “Kaze” does so yeah just to clear that up cuz Im japanese…… But what if ven was soras brother??? I mean we knew in KH1 that he has a mom so why not a Brother???

ok look Im a sony worker for the MAG project I know when Im telling you this THERE IS NO PS4!!!!!!! I dont know anything about the KH Birth by sleep thing exept for yes 10 years in the past sora and rikku were about 5 or 6 so it can still be that they KNEW each other.

Ok well like I said I work for the MAG project and I have just heard from my friend about this site and how dumb these people are. he hasnt released any info to me cuz we would get fired for that. But it looks to me like yall know what yall are talking about. and yes we are actually working to fugure out the problem on the PSP 3000 but we haven found any remedies yet. But like I said they posably could have and in the chain of memories sora could have permanatley lost that memory about them.

We’ve covered any and all ‘Who is Xehanort?’ theories and the only other real mysteries are ‘What are Unbirth and how are they created?’, ‘How is Ven connected to Sora and Roxas?’, and ‘What happened to Aqua and how did her armor end up in Radiant Gardens in the Room of Sleep?’

………: They scrapped the deck system for BBS a while back. Now you you an attack wheel and you choose which attacks you wish to perform. That is basically how it goes now.

I think that the Chasers are connected to Sora,Riku, and Kairi. but in what order is not really clear. But if I had to guess I’d say that Ven is connected to Sora. Due to the fact that ven and Roxas look the exact same but are not the same person. And that would leave Terra being like Riku since they both fell to darkness to become stronger. Ecept Riku is the true master of Darkness and terra seems to be only using it. And i guess that would mean that Aqua is like Kairi. the only thing is i wonder what is the connection between Roxas and Ventus. And of Xion’s connection to Riku,Kairi, and Sora. since she looks like kairi in KH1, and that she ran into the chasers a fiew times. along with riku when he still had the blindfold on.
