Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

I don’t understand why Master Xehanort is an old guy in birth by sleep where as in kh1 and kh2(which take place like 10 years later) he is much younger!!!

I heard something about lost memories and also that Xehanort of kh1 and kh2 looks like Terra!
Since Birth By Sleep is in the past what if Terra loses his memories and only remebers the name ”Master Xehanort” and then uses thst as his new name and becomes the evil person we all know and love!!!

Nomura said in an interview that BBS is going to be dramatic and less comic than the other games and he said that something bad is gonna happen so I think that Ven is going to die and Terra is going to turn evil to avenge him!!!

about saix and the other things i have nevr heard i dont think they are true cause they dont match.

your theory about Terra becoming the new Xehanort makes a lot of sense. Its mentioned in KH2’s Secret Ansem Reports that Ansem brought Xehanort back from near death, and that he had lost his memory. And they do look alike!

yes they look alike and yes ven has 2 do something with why roxas looks so alike but still we cant say that terra is xehanort since we still havent seen othr character of the game who knows maeby we are right or we are wrong.
i would like that all those theories were right cause i know that every1 has given them big thoughts but there are easy ways that we can b wrong

kingdomoncp, Nomura has already stated in an interview a long time ago that the three knights (Terra, Aqua, and Ven) are completely new characters, and therefore, Ven cannot be Roxas. Howver, he did say that each were connected to the original characters.
I can’t believe that Terra and Xehanort from KH1&KH2 are the same person. For one, Terra appears in KH2:FM+ as the secret boss The Enigmatic Soldier, still wearing his armor, which happens about 11 years after BBS. I’m pretty sure Master Xehanort will stay Xehanort (or his Dark Aprentice doppleganger guy will take the name and live on as Xehanort). If Master Xehanort does stay Xehanort, then I can’t explain the age difference.

the thought that terra loses his memories and becomes xehanort does make a lot of sense. just like ven and sora are connected, terra is also connected to riku. this would explain why xehanort takes over riku’s body in kingdom hearts and riku later takes xehanort’s form in kh2. riku and terra both use the power of darkness as their weapon, and that same darkness may have taken over terra and caused him to lose his memory.
anyway, that’s just a theory.
i’m beginning to wonder if ansem the wise and his six apprentices will also make an appearance in this game.

terra is not rikus nobody. birth by sleep takes place 10 years before kh. so how the hell can terra be rikus nobody if riku hasn’t even gotten off of destiny islands yet.
and 2 in order for riku to have a nobody he would’ve been a heartless first. which he wasn’t. he was just controlled by the heartless of xehanort.
3 aqua is not kairis nobody.
4 ven isn’t soras nobody…roxas is. ven isn’t roxas he just looks like him.
well actually roxas looks like ven because ven was the original person to look like that. birth by sleep will probally reveal why roxas and ven look alike.

well the theorie of terra being the xehanort we know has been used a lot everywhere its makes a lot of sense but we dont know if xehanort is a keyblader or his the darksoldier
you know there are a lot of characters not shown yet there are many possibilities.
as for ven and roxas looking alike maeby “erase me” has 2 do with something 2 why they look alike (roxas and ven)

I love the games, played KH1 & 2 both almost 100% completed (NO I’m not a NOLIFER, I have a life, but I think Actoin-RPG are easy but fun)Got a PSP, PS3 no DS(who ever would like to have that?_?)so no worry’s for me only the time I must wait before the game comes out in other nations than Japan !!!OMG!!! (probably end 2009 til begin 2010 stil to long for such good a game) all those tehories could be correct but dont tell to much, the game is less fun when you already know the story

i have just a theory about the age difference. What if once master xehanhort became evil/ heartless, the power of darkness preserved his body? thus affecting his age and appearance, because i thought he was supposed to be a great keyblade master before his fall from grace. or…. the title, Birth By Sleep, sora slept for a whole year and when he woke up he remember nothing that happened in com, but regained his original memories, what if that happened to terra? Terra died, but in the sleep xehanhort was born, hence… Birth by sleep.
ps if any1 said this already i didnt see it so I am very sorry if I stole your idea.

I can almost assure you that BBS won’t be coming out until at least 2010, maybe the very end of 2009, but that’s really stretching it. Maybe it’ll be even later than that. It takes a really long time for a game to leave Japan, and the game comes out there this summer.

keyblade wars is what it was believed that it was called but its confirm its bbs
well Matt its set 10 years before kh1 its a game about other keybladers in training so they still dont wield the key but their being trained for that

In the first trailer of bbs the secret ending one,Terra’s eyes turn yellow- the same as the old man, maybe terra really is the xehanort/xemnas of kh1 and 2. just a suggestion but i think the color change of his eyes is significant, check out the trailer again.
