Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

I really think that the moderators should make people actually have to sign in with their account before they post anything. Then they would be able to ban these kinds of users from their site.

Alright, other than on the KH3 page of this site, I haven’t seen “king of kings” posting too much lately. Hopefully he’s decided to get a life, lol.
Well, we should probably get back on track with BBS.
I’m still not really into the whole Terra being Xehanort thing, though it is possible (of, course, almost anything is ><). Here’s a theory I’ve just come up with, so tell me what you think. In the secret ending of KHII, we see Master Xehanort about to unleash the power of Kingdom Hearts. When DiZ tried to destroy Kingdom Hearts, he said anything could happen, which resulted in him vanishing and Riku being freed from the darkness. If “anything” could also happen when you open Kingdom Hearts, Master Xehanort could have been transported to Radiant Garden, and the travel could also have affected his appearance/age and memory.
This is a very rough theory, so don’t read too much into it. Just please reply with your thoughts. ^^

Seriusly, i take KH:Birth by sleep more seriusly thn KH:358/2 Days!Firstly, birth by sleep preview longer than 358/2 days(which i waited so long!). Secondly, I’m more intrested in things happen BEFORE sora storyline! Thirdly, i presume that the graphic on PSP is way better than NDS(althought i have both of it xD). Im lookin foward on both of this game though! IM HUGE FANS OF KINGDOM HEARTS!!!! YAY!!!!

As I said, I just came up with the theory off the top of my head. Heck, I hardly believe it myself. It was just something to throw out there, y’know?
And I’m pretty sure that when the Enigmatic Souldier (Terra) said that Sora was not the one he had chosen, he meant Riku, not Xehanort. Why would he specifically say that he didn’t choose Sora and then acuse him of being Xehanort if Xehanort was the one he chose…? (sorry, hope that makes sense) So, yeah. Riku was the one Terra originally chose, but when he turned to darkness, the keyblade chose Sora (probably because he had the next strongest heart and was nearby). That’s also the reason why Riku was able to wield the keyblade.

Kiana_Ishido: Well you’re theory is possible. Terra and Ven can’t be Xehanort because Nomura has already said they’re not. That only leaves two candidates, Master Xehanort and the Dark Soldier. Now MX is a highly possible candidate due his resemblance and name. His age is really the only thing holding him back, but then again as you have pointed out that when someone fools around with Kingdom Hearts anything can happen. Now the DS could Xehanort because his identity has yet to be revealed and it seems that, according to the latest interview, is hiding his identity for now.

Yeas, those are my two top candidates as well. Master Xehanort obviosly because of his name and appearance, and the Daek Soldier because of the mystery surrounding him.
Anyway, I really wish they would come out with a release date for this game. Then I would know when to buy a PSP… -.-

Kiana_Ishido: The Japanese release date is this year. So the US release date will probably be early next year and Europe and PAL regions late in next year.

TP: It’s true that most of the Heartless you face are those created in the basement of Hollow Bastion, but some of them are authentic, such as the Shadows and Neo-Shadows. That’s why when Sora lost his heart he became a Shodow instead of something else. And the Nobodies are created when someone turns into a heartles and are not connected in any way to the artificial ones.
Bo the Bo: Er, you’re comment kind of confused me. In BBS, Sora is only 4 years old, so they don’t know each other and can’t be friends yet..
On the other note… yeah, that’s stumping nearly everyone too. Well, accept for their names.

Kiana_Ishido: Actually Xehanort created the first Heartless in Hollow Bastion. It was a shadow. It is very detailed in the Ansem Reports and Nomura has confirmed that since Xehanort created the Heartless during his apprenticeship with Ansem the Wise they don’t exist during BBS. Now the Emblem Heartless are artificial and were created using a machine and not the darkness of peoples hearts. So since Xehanort created the first Heartless as confirmed by both games and Nomura he by extension created the Nobodies. Also you have to have a strong to create a Nobody. One just isn’t born when you become a Heartless.

well xehanort did create the first heartless and yes you make a nobody for just turning into a heartless but not a powerful one

Thank you both (TP and Master Ricky) for clarifying. Master Ricky, I believe the same as well for the reason why Sora became a Shadow. And I do believe that Terra was confused and acused Sora of being Xehanort. Either that , or he thought that Xehanort somehow interfered with the Keyblade’s choice of a wielder, and he attacked Sora in frustration.

Master Ricky: I’m really only disagree with you on one point and that is on the creation of nobodies. A Nobody is only created when someone with a strong heart is turned into a Nobody. That is what Yen Sid told Sora and Nomura has confirmed that a Nobody is a rare occurance. For evidence I present an exert for Another Report:
VIII - When the Heartless are defeated, what becomes of the stolen hearts? Also, when members of Organization XIII and other Nobodies are defeated, do they return to their original form?
When Heartless are defeated, essentially the owner’s hearts are rejoined with their once extinguished body, whichever world it may be on. As for the whereabouts of hearts in KHII that turn up, this time they remarkably went to the Organization. However, in the rare case that the body changed into a Nobody and there is no container for the heart, it resorts to a state of suspension.
As far as Terra attacking Sora, that was just a mistake because it should have been Riku and not Sora with the keyblade. Terra thought, that since Riku wasn’t there, that Sora was Xehanort. Which is what I said before.
Now what are you trying to get at with the rest of your comment? Because all your saying that Sora turned into a shadow because he has a little bit of darkness in his heart and we’ll find out the connection between Ven and Sora in BBS. Which is kind obvious and well known stuff. The only people that don’t have darkness in their hearts are the Princesses of Heart: Alice, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Kairi, & Snow White. So what am I suppose to disagree with you on, other then the Nobody creation thing?

Master Ricky: Well Xehanort created the heartless nine years prior to KH1. So out of those nine years have Heartless running around taking hearts and destroying worlds. You can cause a good bit of damage in nine years worth of time. You don’t think that a good bit of strong heart individuals going to get swallowed by heartless. It takes an exceptionally strong heart to make a human nobody and we know of 15 human nobodies, which is the rarest of the rare. So that should give you an implication as to how much destruction the heartless have caused.

Master Ricky & RickSk8er505: So you two are going to ignore the fact that NOMURA, the CREATOR of the Kingdom Hearts series, and say that he is wrong in saying that Nobodies are a rare occurrence and only occur when a strong hearted individual is turned into a heartless? Because if you want to take that route you’re going to be forever branded as being wrong. Also it is stated in the game, KH2, by Yen Sid that those with strong hearts that become heartless become nobodies. It is further stated in the Secret Ansem Reports about the person having to have a strong heart to become a heartless. So I mean if Nomura, the game and Ansem the Wise state that you already have to have a strong heart then I think you need a strong heart.

Okay, now let’s try to settle a few things.
Creation of Nobodies: Originally I thought that Nobodies were created whenever a heartless was created and Org. Members were created when a person with a strong heart was turned into a heartless. However, if interviews with Tetsuya Nomura, the creator of it all, says that they’re ONLY created from an individual with a strong heart, then I’m going to have to agree with that.
Amount of Destruction caused by Heartless: Okay, this should be obvious. A LOT. Most of the Princesses of Hearts’ worlds were destroyed, all of the summons’, Pinnochio’s, Destiny Islands, and most likely a whole lot of other ones that are implied by Mickey’s worry of how many stars were going out.

Master Ricky: Well the majority of the summon’s worlds were destroyed, and the maojority of the princesses’ worlds too. The only ones that weren’t were Wonderland, Agrabah and Neverland. However you have to remember Pinocchio’s world was also destroyed. The only thing left from it was Monstro. Several worlds were destroyed that we don’t even know about. And like Kiana_Ishido has stated Nobodies are only created from people with strong hearts.

by strong hearted they are rare ocasion only people like our heroes of the games that had strong heart could make nobodies like the org. members

Nomura said in the RARE case that a body changes into a NOBODY. Not a human nobody, but a nobody in general. You can’t get more crystal clear then that.

if i remember correctly, hearts stored in heartless do not return to their bodies, they go on to accumulate in a large mass, i.e. Kingdom Hearts. and nobodies, as stated by Xemnas, simply return to the void of nothingness.
