Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

Aqua dosn’t have to have an x in her name the 14th member does. Ansem, Braig, Dilan, Even, Aelues, and Ienzo, dosn’t have x’s in there names (I know I misspeled.) But Xemnas, Xigbar, Xaldin, Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion do. also i think if you alredy have an x in your name, you dont need another one like Axel, his name was Alex

voodooabc, Aqua isn’t Organization member XIV (14). Nomura said it, but except that, there weren’t Nobodies 10 at the time of Aqua and Organization XIII is formed out of Nobodies. Plus, Aqua doesn’t have an X in her name.
btcm, What you’re saying is right, Sora, Riku and Kairi are Japanese words for Sky, Earth and Ocean, as Ventis, Terra and Aqua are Latin words for Wind, Earth and Water.

i liked the part about sora,kairi,and riku meaning elements and ven,aqua,and terra meaning 3 more things that are similar to the elements.

Ha Ha Ha Daylight you are so wrong. First off The old man’s name is Master Xehanort and he taught them how to use the keyblade. Terra is related to Sora because in one cutscene Terra and Ven are watching Sora and Riku play and Terra says “be safe Sora”. For your info Terra and Ven were the first people to reach Destiny Islands. The new enemy are the Endless just watch Another Side Another Story and pasue at VII and it will show you in capital letters ENDLESS.Plus its not confusing once you put all the facts together,you’ll see what I mean soon enough.

They are keyblades and sora and riku are in kh birth by sleep but are kids so dont have keyblades yet and cant fight

Humans like all the people we have seen so far, from what i can tell alot of people use to have keyblades… seamed to be comun then lol i know the chasers “Terra, Aqua and Ven” dont carry Keyblades, but they carrie some sort of blade, that looks well enough like a key.

damn this is getting confusing, i like twisted storys, and khs is no simple story i can tell you that, but hoping they dont ruin it eather, taking Sora and Co off the big screen and the game it self, to creat 5 new caracters and put them on psp is a big step, just dont want them to desapoin, one more thing i want, is for this psp game to have just as many worlds as the normal khs have, and make it as big in time wise as normal to.
I hope they give us all the info to, not like KH2 we were missing out in comparacent to kh2 final mix, couse all the videos in FM would make so much sence to us, and into understanding chain of Memos to, since we never had it CoM became a bit weird.

Raxel: Oh where do I begin with you. Firs there is no blood relation between Terra, Aqua, and Ven and Sora, Riku, and Kairi. There are connections between them, but not blood relations. Second Master Xehanort is not their master. Their Master sent them after Master Xehanort and his apprentice, aka the Dark Knight, because their disappearance foreshadows a great disaster. Third you are right about the new enemy being the original enemy however you are probably wrong about what they are called and you are definatly wrong about their relationship to the heartless. I can actually find evidence that supports the original enemy being known as Endless, but I doubt that that is what they are known as. There relation to heartless are not yet known. The Heartless are beings made from hearts that have been swallowed by darkness. So if they were half of the original enemy then that would that Sora and everyone else is the original enemy.

raxel you’re so wrong in so many way’s first off tazimus and i have alredy come to the conclusion of there not being any blood relations to the three characters. beside they are totally new characters we would have heard about them before 2003

Allow me to shed some light.The Three Knights are related to Sora, Riku, and Kairi. The one with the blabk hair is Terra and he is Sora’s older brother. The spiky haired one is Ven and he is Kairi’s brother. The blue haired girl is Aqua and she is Riku’s sister. Master Xehanort is the keyblade master who taught them how to use the keyblade. Then he dissappeared, he is looking for his memories so he can study Sora and his keyblade, to get to Kingdom Hearts. The new enemy is the first enemy before the heartless. Physical attacks don’t work on them. This enemy is fast and is known as the ENDLESS. They are pure beings with hearts. The heartless are half of the Endless,but incomplete. This is all I’m tellin you.

i wouldnt mind it coming out on ps2 eather, personaly… i have a psp, and in any case its all just a build up… i hope these 3 new games are good, psp aint small, its got nice lcd sreen on it, and very colorfull… in any case, knowing Square, xpect them to remake all 3 games and shove them on DvDs for your ps2, or BlueRays for your ps3 at some point.

This game needs to come out on PS2 or PS3. Not PSP. I wanna play it so bad but personally the PSP is too small of a console to play such an awesome game. plus i bet the sale would be alot more if it was on PS2 or PS3.

Actually Nomura has stated that the enemy for Birth by Sleep will not be Heartless or Nobody. Heartless and Nobodies didn’t exist ten years ago according to him. These are the original enemy, according to Nomura.

I just think that old guy is the real Xehanort and the Xehanort in KH2 was his apprentice who somehow lost his memory but remembered only that name and took it as his own (like his Heartless did with Ansem). That just my theory. Does anyone know where I can find the interview with Nomura?

Based on the can, this is my theory. The dude with the Black hair is either Terra, Zack (from Final Fantasy 7), or a young clone (or actual) Xehenort. “Master Xehenort” is actually an older Xehenort who took an older form and is either from a future in which Xehenort did not become a Heartless/Nobody, and Ven is actually Sora’s father, explaining why we see a young Sora and Riku being watched by Terra and Ven’s strong resemblance to Roxas/Sora. Or maybe all of these characters are the new forms that Nomura was talking about besides the Nobodies and Heartless.
