Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep

The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.

Trailer Descryption:

Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”

We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.

The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.

Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.

The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.

King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

o and lastly yes we all already kno about the xehanort no heart/ another thing but nobody knows what it means yet… as far as i kno it could have nothing to do with his name at all. because if you think about a lot of the names didnt ONLY add an x to their names:

i think that bleig, dilin, ienzo, and eleus are meant to be the original names for xigbar xaldin vexen and lexaeus.

some only add an a along with x but some are really different:

how did vexen come out of any of those??? lol (i might be completely off on the name/character association lol but i think those names go together)

but in regards to Keyblade Knight Terra’s question: i think that this is a possibility based on tazimus prime’s in depth discription on the heart controlling the physical characteristics of the body. although there is no proof that any of these theories are true i think that maybe there are still remnants of ven’s heart inside of sora. so when it came time to choose a new keyblade wielder it was kind of his job as a previous wielder to help sora along his path.

along with that, i haven’t actually played any of the final mix versions. but from what i hear during the fight with terra he says something about sora not being the one he chose (not exact but just something that i remember being said) that would give proof of it not being his voice. as for aqua there just hasnt been enough information to really prove or disprove her involvment in the dive into the heart intro. so ven seems to be the logical choice so far, but aqua is still a possibility or we could just be completely off and it could have just been some random voice. lol.

thats just my take on it so itd be nice if i could get a little bit of feedback on if it makes sense or not… thanks

now i would like to bring up the note about how theres a voice in the Dive into Heart thing.

The identity remains unknown as to who or what the voice is so im throwing an idea out that it might be Terra. Or….. Terra,Ven, and Aqua’s master?!

it is possible since no one really brought him up and he could play an important role in the story.

you could comment on it i dont mind if any one says impossible i could think of another idea. Anyone else notice Xeahonrt-X= no heart, another?

BrinkofDawn: He is probably going to be the Xehanort from KH1 and KH2. There not enough evidence yet for me to make a conclusive and in depth theory yet, but that is who I think it is going to turn out to be.

Keyblade Knight Terra: Ok I’m going to get really basic with this. Alright basically my theory states that Sora’s body use to belong to Ven. This is why Roxas looks like Ven. Now I have supplied evidence as to why this is in my theory. Which basically boils down to that Roxas and Ven looks just like each other and that the Heart influences the way the body looks. Now I can’t explain it better then that with out going into details, but that is a very basic (and I mean basic) explanation of theory.

My theory on why Ven and Roxas look alike:

The reason why Roxas and Ven look like because, in a purely physical sense, Sora’s body (and therefore Roxas’) is Ven’s body as well. Now just wait and hear me out. I believe at some point in Ven’s scenario in Birth by Sleep he is going to choose to sacrifice his body and give it Sora in order to save him from dieing. Now my reason for believing this is because of the following reasons:

1) Roxas looks just like Ven (which is the whole point of this theory). Now the reason I bring this up is because out of all the nobodies their are (at least that this can actually apply to which isn’t but two) comparatively Roxas is a drastic change in looks compared to Sora. Now the only other nobody that we know of that this happening to is Namine who was also made from Sora’s body and soul. So because the fact that she was born from Sora’s body and soul (this would explain why she looks like Roxas’ twin sister) means she can’t be used as an example because of that fact. Now we move to the only other Nobody that we can actually compare to and that is Xemnas and Xehanort. Now comparatively Xemnas and Xehanort look basically just like each other. There isn’t much change at all, if any. Which begs the question, why such a change for Sora?

2) Now Nomura said in regards to the connection between Sora and Ven think of how Sora and Roxas are connected. Well Roxas is Sora’s nobody and therefore Sora’s body and soul. That is their connection. So is Nomura saying that Sora’s body and soul belonged to Ven? Now of course this wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened in the Kingdom Hearts series before. By this I mean another persons heart inhabiting another’s body. In fact two incidents happened in the same game. The game I’m talking about of course is Kingdom Hearts 1, and of course the two incidents are the times when Kairi’s heart went into Sora and when Xehanort’s Heartless took over Riku. Now when Kairi’s heart went into Sora there really wasn’t much of a change in Sora. Granted he started to question his sanity and was able to see flashbacks from her past, but not much of change. Now the Riku/Ansem incident is a different story. Now when Riku opened his heart to darkness Xehanort’s Heartless was able to enter his body and as we all know took over his body and used it as his own. Now when Riku’s will and Ansem will coincided in accomplishing the same goal Riku’s body remained unchanged*. However when Riku and Ansem were no longer of like minds Ansem exerted his will over Riku’s body and took complete control. This is when Riku’s body started to look like Xehanort. Now this shows that the body takes on the form of whoever’s will is stronger when two hearts inhabit the same body (For what is a Heartless other then a heart consumed by darkness). Now to support this part of theory when Riku exerted his will over Xehanort’s Heartless his body started to gain it’s form as Riku and Riku was able to hold Xehanort’s Heartless back and allow Kairi, Donald, and Goofy time to escape. When Xehanort realized that Riku’s will was stronger then his he banished Riku’s heart to the other side of the door to darkness while he was still in control. Thus Riku’s body took on the form of Xehanort permanently until Riku’s heart returned. So if Ven were to give up his body to Sora the body would naturally take the form of Sora because Ven’s heart would be absent from the body and wouldn’t have to contend for control over it.

Now when Sora gave up his heart to release Kairi’s he loses his body and soul which of course became Namine and Roxas. Without the presence Sora’s heart (and most of his memories) the body reverted back to its original form which is that of Ven, but with the little fragments of Sora’s memory that remained with the body they shaped Roxas’ personality thus making him different characteristically from Ven.

i think that there were like alot of keyblade weilders but the keyblade war started and alot of them were killed.

That explaians why there were all those keyblades in the ground in the trailer.

and why Sora,Riku and Mickey didnt run into anyone that even heard of one when in a trailer Xibar talks to Zexion about how a whole bunch of keyblade weildes came and fought i highly doubt ppl didnt see or hear about the war that no one on those worlds atleast didnt come into contact into one.

Rember in KH1 in the begining a voice was talking to sora in that dive into heart thing? And remeber riku was orgialnaly the true key bearer but he went to the darkness?

well i think that Terra was goning to give the keyblade to Riku and when Ven said “i hope you don’t need me”(i dont know the exact words)he was reffering to if somthing happned to Riku. So when Riku went to darkness it was Vens job to give the Keyblade to Sora and so Ven went into Soras heart thats why he could talk to him in Dive into heart and give him the keyblade. So when Sora became a heartless it looked simlilar to Ven. Thus explaining Roxas and when Roxas went into Dive into heart the same voice talked to him.
