Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

i would love to play finalmix because there is loadza different extra battle that you can get and different area you could not go to on the original game =]
and maybe the terra battle was just an extra. =]

I believe with that Theroy, BrinkofDawn. in finalmix+ I think(even though I have never played it) that Terra was a random, out of story character, a bit like Sephiroth in KHII

Yeah I know Yen sid is Disney backwards but that doesn’t mean Walt can’t make an appearance plus It’ll make it a real Disney/Final Fantasy crossover if it’d feature him. I think It’d be awesome. It keeps the true spirit of Disney going for those who appreciate the Disney aspect. I personally like it so….yeah^^
It’s a theory and nothing more. I actually believe Master Xehanort’s apprentice is the actual Xehanort seen in KH2’s flashback and he just took his master’s name since it may have been the only thing he could remember (like he did with Ansem). It’s only a theory that Terra could be Xehanort, not a very strong one, but still a theory some people believe. People can argue that it’s not Terra since he was an optional boss in KH2FM+ but that might have been all he was, optional and totally out of place with the story.

no to walt disney they have Yen Sid which is disney backwards and i dont like the disney story to KH thats why i cant wate to get through those worlds to get to cool ones like hallow baston
also if Terra was/is possed Xeahonrtwouldnt he have the same thing Riku had on when he was possed and Riku’s eyes didnt change when he was possed meaning it cant be Terra

Xebrem: It’s alright^^ I theorized Terra might possibly be Xehanort a couple of pages ago even though Nomura said he was a brand new character. I think that just becuase he’s new doesn’t mean he can become someone else in the story. Just look and the Ven-Roxas thing.
Does anyone agree with the Walt Disney idea? I think it’s awesome^^

well, even I don’t know If Terra is Xehanort, I am only guessing over images of Terra and compared them with images to Xehanort and Xemnas. I don’t what him to be Terra nor do I want to be wrong so don’t moan at me plaese!

im not going to give my opinion on that subject cuz thats one of those things that im really not sure of. at first i thought the apprentice became xehanort but the more i think about it the less i understand about it lol.
so as for right now dont beat up on xebrem for it… yet lol. cuz there are alot of things that we dont know about these people yet
my only question to xebrem is how can u explain the fact that nomura already said that the three characters havent ever been seen in a kingdom hearts game yet if u can give me a reasonable solution itll make me feel a bit better

Keyblade Knight Terra: I think that Terra may be Xehanort/Xemnas because the similarities in the face and hair is too much to be a coinincidence. Terra’s hair looks like Xemnas’/Xehanorts’ but brown and shorter, and I find that to be a big coinincidence. also the face as well. I have only played the original KH2, but I have still seen Xehanort (before battle of a 1000 heartless). his facial characteristics are almost identical to Terra

You know what I think would be really awesome? This may sound a little kidish to some people but the whole foundation of Disney was built from one man’s dreams to make people smile. This also may seem corny too, but I think Walt Disney should make an appearance in BBS or any other KH game.
Yeah I know he’s dead but that’s what voice actors are for and I think it’d be an awesome idea for one of the keyblade wielders Terra, Aqua, and Ven in BBS or Sora in another KH game to meet Walt Disney and be given a moving speech of great wisdom and morals that almost makes you want to cry because it sounds so good. What would be even cooler is if Walt Disney was the original king of Disney Castle and he’s the actual voice guiding Sora in the first KH.

hmm, that still puzzles me that the heartless symbol on ven, aqua and terra….well since we know that there are no heartless in BBS, could the symbol have some meaning behind it ??

just a random theory: nomura has already said that there is no blood relation between ven and sora. he also said that you can think of their relationship as similar to that of sora and roxas.
terra aqua and ven have no blood relation to sora riku and kairi. this has been stated numerous times throughout this message board so not to be mean but can people PLEASE read before they jus ask random questions because im really tired of seeing the same questions over and over again

I’m so upset that Kingdom Hearts 3 (or similar game) won’t be coming out on the PS3 for years! BTW I just bought a PS3 thats why I’m upset.

Dragons2209: I think that Aqua also has a heartless insignia some where, but because there are no screen shots yet we just dont know. and I think it represents the keyblade wielders. Terra/Xehanort just forgot what it meant and used it to label the ‘Emblem heartless’

The heartless are and not in birth by sleep, the enemies that we see Terra, Ven and Aqua fighting are not heartless, as we have been told by Nomura. We get to find out how the heatless becomes into being and who summons them. As for the heartless symbol being on Terra belt and Ven’s zip, this is unknown to why, as we don’t know what the symbol represents, as this is 10years before kingdom hearts 1 and 2, so all we know the symbol could represent the chasers/keyblade wielders and who ever summoned the heatless could either choose to use the symbol that the main charters are wearing or possible the heartless adopted the symbol, we do not know, we would have to wait for more information.
