Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep
The new installement of the Kingdom Hearts series for the PSP, explaining the deep past of Kingdom Hearts, we are introduced by 3 characters, Ven, Terra and Aqua, Ven has a relation with Sora, Ven means air, as Sora means wind, which are the same; Aqua means water, and Kairi means ocean, which leads the same to water; Terra means earth, as Riku has some relation with earth. The major playable character is Terra, seen in the scans. In the game, the world Hollow Bastion or better known as Radiant Garden will explain himself more. Disney characters will make an appereance here as well. The old man is an older version of Xehanort, the game itslef will show the gamers the Real Keyblade Master, as Tetsuya Nomura (Director) well explained on his interview.
Trailer Descryption:
Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly onscreen. One reads “Deep Past” and the other “Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate.”
We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name “Ven” is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.
The scene change various times before stopping at an iamge of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called “Master Xehanort” by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen chandes.
Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. “Olympus Colliseum” is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.
The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secretn Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forceably get the man’s helmet off, but his face is concealed.
King Mickey is shown summoning kis keyblde, and then the scene changes very quicly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocen. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me… friend.

Ok please don’t anyone shout at me about this ok, this is only my own theory about the whole heartless and nobody theory. I came up with this theory after reading everyone’s comments and Nomura’s interviews, ok here it is, the heartless does exist ten years in the but no-one knows about them as they live beyond the door of darkness, at this point in time we know that master Xehanort and his apprentice has gone missing but why has he gone missing? Is he thinking/trying to open Kingdom Hearts?
This last sentence must be true as we see him summing Kingdom Hearts but we do not know what happened next but he must of succeed opening it as the heatless are beyond the door, but something must of happened as we do not hear anything more about him or his apprentice. This we will find out in the game if it ever comes out. Once the heatless came into being and taking hearts from people and worlds the Nobodies came to exist. Everything that has happened in Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 is the result of the events which has occurred ten years before and during the 10 years the heatless have become stronger and more came into being.
Also what is Maleficent’s connection? She was there 10 years before Kingdom hearts 1 and during Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 she has always been able to control the heartless. Was the events which took place 10 years ago gave her the knowledge and understanding of the heatless and that is why she helped Sora to fight the Nobodies? Who knows, I just thought I should throw this in to the conversation

all this talk of ansem reports made me go back and read them, and i saw this interesting tidbit in Ansem’s report from KH1:
We talked for countless hours but one story in particular caught my interest, that of a key called the “keyblade”. The keyblade is said to hold phenomenal power.
One legend says its wielder saved the world, while another says he wrought chaos and ruin upon it. I must know what this keyblade is. A key opens doors. It must be connected to the door that I have opened.

I was reading the ansmen reports and it says that it is three things that makes a living creature a heart with if the creature donesnt have it is a heartless,a body which if the creature donest have one becomes a nobody and a SOUL! what happens with the soul find out in kh3? maybe thats the new creature we face

sora final form: when i said ansem reports i meant the ones by xehanort. i am not an idiot so dont treat me like one. and for the record all of the secret ansem reports were written by the real ansem it was just the ansem reports from the first game that were written by xehanort.

first of all to settle things right in order not to have a misunderstanding…ansem only wrote one report(ansems report 0) then his apprentice xehanort took his name and his ideas about his research and wrote the other 12. and also heartless existed cause yen sid said that if a single heart exists that has darkness inside it then heartless will continue to exist too… and about the part when xehanort left diz is shown at the end of kingdom hearts 2 when dis is trying to prevent kingdom hearts of being complete and talk for a last time with xemnas(xehanort)

Optimus: as far as i kno (and im wrong sometimes) ansem didnt create heartless but he did find them and learn to make more he says in the ansem reports from kh1 that he found a door where the heartless would gather

there have been 2 trailers that were showing birth by sleep… 1:gathering and 2:birth by sleep
in gathering the 3 knights find 3 keyblades(way to the dawn,sora’s keyblade and mikeys keyblade) the question is… the keyblades they found and took at the wasteland dissapeared in their fight with master xenahort and they were holding their own keyblades….what happened? and another question… king mikey had as a keyblade that was given to him by master yen cid the star seeker… in kingdom hearts he finds in the realm of darkness the golden keyblade the one that terra or ven i dont remember pics at the wasteland…how come the golden keyblade was in the realm of darkness?and what keyblade mikey had before founding the golden one?(maybe he had starseeker but anyway)…

Xebrem Birth by Sleep is the name of the second secret movie and the name of the PSP game. As to your theory, Sora is already alive in Birth by Sleep. It only happens ten years before Sora receives the keyblade, not fourteen. Plus Sora wasn’t suppose to receive the keyblade in the first place, Riku was. So there you go.

I have just seen the secret trailer, hoping it would help me answer some questions… but it didn’t now I am more confuzed than ever!!! but the name Birth By Sleep means somthing and what I think it means is when one hero dies (Ven) another is born or comes to light (Sora). also dose anyone know what happend to Aqua after that battle with M. Xehanort?

Terra has the blood of Xehanort since like one of you guys said his eyes turn yellow when seeing Kingdom Hearts. Also Terra is like the past of Riku
meaning that, remember Riku’s heart created or reborn Xehanort (no heartX)also meaning that he’s related to Xehanort and Terra. Meaning Terra is related to Xehenort right?

Wrong -SORA-, Heartless came to be because Xehanort created them as shown in the Ansem Reports from Kingdom Hearts 1. That one reason you know heartless and nobodies didn’t exist back then. The other way is because Nomura said so in an interview.

I think too that M. Xehanort is human, but I think that somehow, even though I have never seen the secret trailer where Terra’s eyes change colour, that M. Xehanort sort of Posses/takes control of Terra, making his eyes turn Yellow and making him the new Xehanort

Master Xehanort is not a nobody because nobodies didn’t exist in the time of BBS. Xehanort’s name also forms “another” (which most people tend to forget about) and Nomura said that both translations are important. However I believe that Master Xehanort is a human.

hey aezuth: u mean that master xenahort is human right? i’ve been thinking… the name “xenahort” itself if u put the letters in the correct order it makes”no heartX”…so if someone has no heart he is a nobody right? u can prove that master xenahort is a nobody by seeing the sceen when he uncovers kingdom hearts by sending his round maded keyblade to the sky(in the secret trailer)….still the part why terra’s eyes are getting yellow is a mystery….maybe he has a connection to xenahort’s “family” because only their eyes change colour when they see kingdom hearts….

Hrmm, just browsing and the whole thing was just bugging me enough that I thought I’d sign up to join in the conversation and try and work this out. I read a few pages back, and noticed there hasn’t been any linking of the third enemy to the Xehanort Issue.
The first Idea that came to my mind is that Master Xehanort is the original, and the double he makes of himself is one of these (chasers?). And because chasers aren’t necessarily the same as Heartless or Nobodies, maybe they can have Heartless or nobodies of their own? So you have the original Human, Master Xehanort, who gives rise to the chaser Xehanort, who is split into Xemnas and Xehanort’s heartless. However, this theory is left with a huge hole when I take into account the end of the trailer where Terra’s eye’s change color and lead me to be more inclined to believe something more like Tazimus’ theory, which seems more solid.
Just thought I’d just offer this forward as a new possible perspective, hope this sparks further discussion, and I’d like to know what other people come up with. I’ll be around.
