Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain Of Memories - Rated E 10+. Also, Kingdom Hearts E-Card
The ESRB has released the official rating for KH Re:COM. THe game will be rated E10+.
The previous CoM released on the Game Boy Advance was rated E for
Fantasy Violence, Mild Language
Does this mean that the Kingdom Hearts series will be aimed towards an “older” audience?
Whether or not this is true will be determined when the game is released.

well it is Disney and all so whatcha gonna do? also to vinvin, Japan gets 358/2 days in February 2009 so my guess is ranging May to July 2009 (depending on shipping and all which has improved a lot over the past decade in efficiency).

E to E10 ratings isn’t that big of a change really…it’s not like Jak and Daxter going from E with a mute that lots of younger kids would like as well as older to T with Jak cussing XD

good point there. Besides in the end, I found Disney games (or even Disney in general) is not one to go overboard and make a T for Teen thing let alone M for Mature. They’d lose their original credibility Walt Disney created and be turning it into All Drawn Together, but with actual good animation instead of Comedy Central stuff.

anyways, if it was rated anything older than E10+ dont u think they’d shut down this game?
disney is meant for children, we can’t just tkae caracters from them and turn them into raging blood sucking goons or each time sora whacks some1 with a keyblade it smashes their bones

Dudes even in part one it was targted towards older people at some points there is no Disney just ff of kh and its been like that in kh1 com and kh2 and it will be like that in 358-1/2 and copde and especially BBS. on the contearie to what most people think i believe KH was not in tended for younger people but for older people

to …………, that was exactly what I was getting at, but I don’t think they’d shut down the game my good man. As Thanatos98 said, kh is becoming more of an older people’s game (mostly I’ve just seen it recently through the new games of course), not to say there isn’t any younger kids buying it, but the numbers won’t add up to older people who got the money to do so and don’t have (or at least I hope not) to go and beg their parents for extra money to buy this game.

I’d play as all three OblivionRoxas since as I said in another forum, all three remind me of my own siblings and myself in a lot of ways. Plus you’d have anyway to get the gist of the entire story anyhow. Now who’d I want to play as? I’d probably go with Terra cuz I’m obsessed with his power and all.

Honestly I think the fact that its E10 doesnt mean it targets an older audience. KH always seemed like it was between e and t and now they actually have a rank imbetween so thats my opinion

like I said, Disney would lose credibility and last time I checked Eisner way back when in the early nineties and all and Robert Iger wouldn’t let that happen since nowadays money talks a lot more even for a simple T-shirt that probably says “My bro rode on Splash Mountain and all I got was this lousy T-shirt” lol (you just never see too many of these kinds of shirts in this day and age).

more or less he basically cut his contract with the company a year short which is where his “lieutenant” as people made him to be, Robert Iger comes in because he was one of those guys that Eisner trusted during his time there as CEO.

other than that he has been low brow in tv shows that most of the American public don’t watch. Personally I think its a good thing, celebrities are always getting hassled these days over every little thing by media. And the media obviously being like pirahna will rush in on the scene for any thing they could call a story or front page news (the little scoundrels!!!!)

don’t get what you mean by jumped, but I thought there was some possible confirmation of coded going to the psp, either that or at least a really good plausible rumor. Not too sure on the details.

Coded would really have to be changed a lot to be on PSP unless they have some kind of super phones in Japan XD. I’m just hoping for 358/2 to be on PSP or PS2 cause DS isn’t worth the money to downgrade from my other systems…and the screenshots of 358/2 look kinda pixelated on DS.
