A HUGE thanks to Khronnus from the KingdomHearts3.org forums for recording this trailer from the Square-Enix Character Showcase. He wasn’t able to get all of the trailers, but this is the majority of the Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep trailer:

Okay I’m done now. And I acually have a thoery who the DS is, it is in fact both Terra and Master Xehanort…why you ask, because by wacthing the birth by sllep trailer (KH2FX+) and reading in the scans (which somehow I can’t find) that when DS came out of Master Xehanort in the trailer, everyone thought that it could be his nobody or heartless, and in the scans it says that when Ven saw the figure without his helmet, he was shocked to see him, also there where theroies about Terra being the DS and so on…but nobody ever thought that the DS is a replica like the Riku Replica in Chain of Memories, think about, these new creatures in birth by sleep have the symbol of an ‘M’ and an ‘X’, meaning Master Xehanort has made then like Ansem made the Heartless, so I’m thinking that Master Xehanort made a Terra replica and add a few of his own bits to him, which in turn will become Ansem the Wise’s apprentice…and that’s my theory, any thoughts?

i got a realy col theary in the birth by sleep teaser traler u can c that when ven gets frozen by xnort his eyes r still moving so i think that when ven dies l8r on, he becomes one of the birth by sleep heartless that l8r evolves into a nobody from a strong heart which when sora became a heartless got roxas as a nobody.

Well Riku there may be no high quality alternative for the video but I learned on a website that you could go to the web address and at the end of the address type in &fmt=18 and the video will have a better picture which in fact works.
Also, The person who put that up said something about the trailers being up and I think he said all three were there and that he would try to upload a better version later or something but yeah…
Not that it really matters that much because the video doesn’t show that much importance anyways other than just a little gameplay and such there’s still a lot more we don’t have and that wasn’t even the entire thing.

EspioChaos, if you mean those new blue enemies from the picture scans that have been around for lord knows how long on many KH sites, they aren’t heartless nor nobodies. TN has confirmed this in an interview and he even stated it as well in his own words. The new enemy doesn’t even have a name yet (which lots of us have been waiting for just about a good half a year to figure out by now). Although I do like TonicShadow’s idea of MX (Master Xehanort) creating the new enemy. Kind of an unoriginal twist, but c’est possible (it is possible) as the french call it.

The other version of this video has much better sound. And SLIGHTLY better video quality. I am working getting off my camcorder. It need firewire and I don’t have firewire. So I used my regualr camara to record it on my TV. That’s why the sound is bollocks. *sigh* If you want the original email me and I will send it to you once it is off. something seems different about Ven than from Roxas if you ask me. He reminds me a lot of myself as a kid, being all warm and more outgoing than his counterpart Roxas, or at least that’s the feeling I got from this new trailer. He seems a little more naive than dare I say even Sora, but it could just be me making a weird rant about nothing, still his character in that trailer makes me wonder: if he truly is connected to roxas, shouldn’t he behave the same way as him or did this supposed witch magic MX did on him change everything about him? I guess that’s what this game will explain though won’t it? lol

just because you didn’t see all the interviews doesn’t mean you have a right to go and demean another person’s opinion k? I have read from various interviews with the producers of Square Enix and they even claimed without a doubt as well that Ven’s character is way different than what Roxas is being more like Sora. And an fyi (going back to you’re little high pedastel) there’s a subbed version of this on youtube. Just type KH BBS footage. I also said he is more of Roxas counterpart because of the similarities in appearance man. Regardless of him being Sora’s nobody, the fact of the matter is, there has been evidence in interviews of him having a connection to roxas, look it up.

I told Josh/Vivi this and I’ll tell you this. There is a vid on youtube that has this footage and its subbed too. just type kh bbs footage and you should get it being the first video at the top. I’ve seen it like three or four times and its nuts at how terra just jumps and hits the ground rapidly lol.

I didn’t insult you when you made your comments and I didn’t even say anything bad about you either little man. Obviously you guys haven’t seen bambi then if that’s case or you guys just don’t know how to respect a person’s opinion. There has been lord knows how many interviews about 358/2 days and KH BBS, if you guys were following these games closely, you’d know about that. Also KH3obsessedXIII fyi, people who say so and so thinks he or she knows everything but don’t often are people who don’t know much or know little at all about what they are talking about. That or people like you are jealous because of how much that person knows about a specific thing. In case you guys forgot, TN basically even stated in an inteview he wants people (fans) to just come up with predictions themselves to build up suspense before the actual releases. The way I look at it, I along with other people on this site and others are just saying what’s on their mind as an opinion. For all I know I could be wrong okay you guys? If you guys don’t agree with me fine, I won’t bite your heads off if you have a different opinion. Just please, if you got nothing nice to say then get off this site and find yourself a hobby.

my only other piece of advice would be to search Khvids.net maybe? or I guess if there is any other Kh sites you can think of they might have it. The one on Kh2.co.uk worked for a little bit, but it hasn’t worked as of recently. if all that fails, maybe google it? I’m just guessing of course, this vid is only a couple of days old I think so I haven’t done a lot of searching for it. I hope that helps a little bit?

there are a few things you got to realize. 1st off, I didn’t criticize you and Josh/Vivi about what you said. Josh/Vivi provoked my opinion in that he was like saying that Ven was something entirely different of Roxas. The fact was that In my view I considered Roxas to be a lot more like that of Ven as a counterpart because of in some ways appearance, but also because SE stated there was a connection. From the way I looked at it, he was stating that I wasn’t right. Besides, I couldn’t have possibly infringed on your guys’ opinions because I never stated you were all dead wrong and I was using SE’s words from their interviews and what they stated. I also stated ‘for all I know I could be wrong k?’ that means I am acknowledging that I will not say you guys are wrong bout your opinions. I’m not trying to be a jerk either, but the thing is you guys attacked me and you shouldn’t be surprised what people do when provoked. In fact to prove that I was not demeaning your opinion as well as Josh/Vivi’s I am officially ending this convo. It’s gotten way out of hand and people don’t need to listen to this for hours upon hours.

There’s usually a person watching to make sure no one records this stuff so it’s hilarious that this leaked. They replay these trailers all day long on a tv screen, this is only one of the 4 trailers

I also noticed that too that the symbol is light in colour. Could be the symbol for the Keyblade Masters, I could be totally just guessing that, could be just the symbol for the realm of light, I dunno. At this point it’s anybody’s guess.

I can’t remember which source I am getting this from, but I know one guy was personally saying (I know for sure he has some connection to SE, not sure how) that since BBS will be the last to come out, chances are it’ll be early next year to mid next year in Japan so like maybe from May through August or early September in North America. I’m guessing at this point of course and chances are other sources could say something different.

Terra sided with Maleficient according to previous sources didn’t he? Maybe thats got something to do with it.
Those two swordfighting boys were definetly riku and sora, and seeing this game takes place (was it 10?) years before KH1, that makes perfect sense, seeing Xehanort hasn’t lost his memory and gone to help Ansem the Wise (or something like that wasn’t it? I haven’t actually got the games).
But hell, this means they’re making progress on it. I really can’t wait for this game.

That might be true soralover though what you said is quite pointless seeing as people already see that in the video. Tetsuga Nomura has explained in the past that most questions asked will be answered in the game including the one “What is the connection between Ven and Roxas”. I guess you’ll just have to wait for the game to find just what that is………….

I like Master Form the best since I find it creates the most damage to enemies and it makes playing the games a lot easier. It’s too bad it takes a lot of energy to do it though. Figures that some of the most powerful moves have a catch to them.

To Kingdom Key Warrior (formally kingdom key 2),
there has been speculation over KH3 coming out, but there is no date set. Some of us have guessed it would be another two years from now, some say 2012 (dear lord I hope not!!) and others simly are simply guessing between 2008-2010. Who knows? TN hasn’t even finished KH Birth by Sleep yet let alone even distributed KH 358/2 Days or Coded yet throughout Japan nor the world. That guy has to all that yet and more before he could even consider a Kingom Hearts 3 game. (makes you wonder how that guy gets to sleep without a raging headache over these titles and all that work he has on his plate)

who knows right? This game could go down many different paths. Terra could be Xehanort. I dunno I am certainly no rocket scientist. Xehanort could have some other connection to Terra (I’m thinking Terra was once an apprentice of Xehanort just because of the fact that they meet each other right off the bat before the final battle and the fact he knows his name as well.) Although I do agree with you on this though. Miguel’s theory is a little off in my view.

I don’t think the idea that Terra could be Xehanort is totally out of the blue. We don’t know anything about Xehanort’s past, because he’s supposedly didn’t have any memories when Ansem found him.
I don’t believe Terra was ever Xehanort’s apprentice, but clearly he has to have some sort of connection with him.
No theory can really be wrong here until we get some real official confirmation.

personally I have my doubts here that either of them are real because TN and SE said that they are not even close to having finished KH BBS so that being the case I also doubt that they even have a cover for the game as well. That kinda thing happens say in post production, which hasn’t happened yet. There quite a few bbs cover images a while back last year and those turned out to be fake.
