the three new people are obviously the three knights, and you are rite, they do have armor, and the guy in the pic of him looking up at the blue kingdom hearts is the same guy as the “frozen roxas”. oh and in the top rite corner of the pic of “frozen roxas” you can see a streak of blue hair, so the chick in pic #2 is holding him up, therefore indicating they are on the same side

to begin KH3 isn’t confirmed, neither is there confirmation that KH2:FM+ is coming out internationaly.
these characters are all new characters as stated by Nomoura.
true the frozen character does look exactly like Roxas, but it most porbably isnt.
another bit of info stated by Nomoura can be found in the tidbit interviews that have been translated from the “Another Report” book that stated that Sora and the gang will be around til probably the end of the KH Story.
the only person recognizable in the 5 pictures there that is for sure is King Mickey.

The one in the hair of the one in the top right corner looks like either Saix’s or Axel’s…I cant tell from the angle…I wounder is this has something to do with the others of Organization XIII. After all, Sora was turned back into a human after becomeing a heartless, perhaps they did too.

The creator, Tetsuya Nomura, already stated he’s doing Kingdom Hearts 3. He’s revealing more info about it at the next convention, or what ever the thing is called. If Tetsuya said everybody in the movie were secret characters, then how is Roxas in there? The female in the second pic had to be the female Chaser. She looks like a Female version of Riku. I have no clue who the third guy is, but he has hair like Xemnas. I know the Main Armored Unknown isn’t Sora, but it looks so much like him. This confusion is killing me.

This answered so many of my questions. The creator wasn’t kidding about the Knights being all new characters. The Main Armored Unknown looks a bit like Sora, but when he jumped out his armor, I was wrong. The Female Unknown looked like a Female Version of Riku; in accordance to hair & height. If Everybody in the movie were secret characters, then why was Roxas the third knight? We already know him. The old guy is without a doubt Xehanort. Not only does he weild a New Keyblade, but he has other powers too. The dude in the Red and Black was made from Xehanort kinda like a cloning metamorphisis type thing. The fighting was awesome. If all this took place in the past, then how was King Mickey there unless he somehow traveled to the past to help out, figured Xehanort was too strong and now it’s up to Sora and The Gang.

ok here is what i think. I think that this is taken place in the future because if you think that the old man xehanort then it must be in the future because in kh2 ansem (the real one) said he found a young lab assitant (or something like that) young. since the man is old it has to be in the future. so it can be roxas that was frozen. and another thing you know how the knight that looks like roxas has broken armor, well i think that he is the knight that you fight in kingdom hearts 2 final mix.

Yeah, but how could it be the future if Roxas merged with Sora at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2? Wouldn’t he not exist? I’m not even sure about the setting. There is the claim that it took place in the future, but I have a strong belief that The Chasers are the ones who created the first Keyblades, and if this event happened before the first Keyblade creations, then this should’ve happened before Sora’s adventure. The Bald Man is Xehanort, that I know, but who was the other guy he kinda made a clone of himself with? How’s King Mickey there? This Trailer arouses even more questions.

The pic with the person that looks like Roxas looks kinda like a girl. They look way too scrawny. But if it is a guy, it could be Sora’s dad. Because has anyone noticed Sora’s necklace? It’s a crown symbol. His father might have given it to him.

guys guys the pic of the old man is Xehanort the pic with the knights are the chasers there for this was probaly in the presents bcause remember when king mickey left a note saying something about he notice trouble and he going to see what was going on and he told donald and goofy to look for sora king mickey might have went out to the battle to help out so the “frozen roxas” is a chaser that gave his keyblade to sora cause he looks exactly like roxas and roxas is sora’s nobody so basically he gave his keyblade to sora the girl is a chaser and gave her keyblade to kairi cause they way she acts is sort of how kairi would act cause in KH2 kairi gets a keyblade from riku and if u go to www.kingdomkey.com it tells u the story about the chasers and what they did it says each chaser gave their keyblades to a weilder so the girl gave her keyblade to kairi,the “frozen roxas” gave his to sora,the guy in the very top right corner…don’t call me crazy cause he gave his to riku cause in the video clip at the end(before showing king mickey) it showed him change to some hairy face and if u think of it riku(in both KH and KH2)gives in to the darkness so the knight changing probaly represents riku giving in to the darkness and how the knight acts looks like how riku would act

Ok,once and for all, there is no way this can be a story that took place before Kingdom Hearts, at least the game can’t be.
The video might be, though. The third picture on the top looks like he could be Axel before he became a nobody, and the frozen chaser must have something to do with sora or roxas, since the camera focused on his face so tightly.
The game itself can’t be a prequel though, because their are still too many unanswered questions about Kingdom Hearts.
1. Why did King Triton recognize the keyblade as a symbol of chaos?
2. Why did Sora recognize the slide shown to him by Jane’s projector (the castle)?
3. Why was Kairi sent to destiny islands via the meteor shower?
4. Why didn’t we see Cloud and Sephiroth finish their fight?
5. Titan movies like Treasure Planet have not yet been featured.
I’m sorry if this is annoying but does everyone see the basis where I’m coming from?

I can see a prequel happening with this though; they do look like the Nobodies. Plus, who would kill off Axel, such an awesome character, without planning to use some version of him in future games?:p

You have a good point, we never do get see Cloud & Sephiroth finish their fights. It should be Self-Explanatory since Good prevails over Evil. Call me crazy, but I just have this gut feeling that we might visit Cloud’s World and Home from Advent Children and fight Sephiroth alongside him. I’m just guessing, it’d be pretty cool if we could though. I just noticed during the Secret Ending when Roxas was frozen and was being held by the girl, for one micorsecond, his eyes moved. Right before the camera cut away, I swear I saw his eyes move. If everybody thinks the Main Armored Unknown is a younger version of Xehanort, then who is the old guy? And for that matter, who was his “clone”.

Ah yes, never mind. The main armored unknown does remind me of Xehanort, especially where he pulls a Vader and his eyes turn yellow.
And the kids parents are almost non-existent, except when sora’s mom calls him down for dinner and he high-tails it to Traverse Town. Don’t worry, they won’t show up.

Look all ya fools, I dont care what anyone says, that frozen kid is most deffinitely ROXAS. Compare any pic of ROXAS to the pic of the frozen kid and they exactly alike. Besides, if ROXAS wasnt in kh3, it would not be that seeing how he is the best charater .

It’s Impossible though. How can they all be new characters if one of the knights looks EXACTLY like Roxas? It’s not an older version, or a younger version. It’s the same Roxas we saw before Sora’s advernture. We already know who he is, so how can be be a new character? I don’t know who the girl is, but I’d love to know how everybody thinks the Main Armored Unknown is a Younger Xehanort. The Hair, Face,and Bone/Jaw Texture reprsent Xehanort, but then who could the old guy be? He’s wearing Ansem’s clothes, and Ansem is Xehanort’s Heartless. If I recall correctly, if Xehanort was the bad guy, then why was he with the Armored Unknowns who I think are Good. Unless, The Old Guy was Ansem The Wise. But, that machine blew up, but he did say anything could happen. I don’t know, I gotta look more into this.

Wow, everyone’s really set on “they’re all new people”. Understand that lots of things change from beginning to end in the producing of a game. They could’ve decided that KHIII wouldn’t sell as well if there wasn’t a character that would could identify with the last games, who knows? Give people a little hope, lots of us want old characters in the game.
I mean, I hope it’s Roxas, that’d be great. He really was a very well made character–although I still really love Sora. Those two in contrast were both amazingly developed as characters, Square does so well with that, and I think that it’d be hard to pull out three new characters for KHIII when we got so used to everyone else in past games. But I guess you never know. They could pull a Final Fantasy on us and change the whole cast.

If this next game had nothing to do with Sora, Riku, and Kairi, they wouldn’t have added that scene with them reading that letter from the king.

I’m pretty sure that these secret endings take place long before KH1. The reason the keyblade chose Sora in the first place is most likely because he has a lot of the same qualities as the frozen dude, not to mention they look alike and weild the same keyblade (The little frozen guys keyblade is the same one Sora uses). Oh and the reason why Mickey isn’t holding the golden keyblade is simple, he doesn’t have it. Look at the first secret ending and you’ll see his golden keyblade being picked up by one of the knights, Mickey most likely acquires the golden keyblade and becomes it’s owner after this battle.

Oh, and if everyone here knows how the mind of a videogame creator or an anime creator works and thinks, the frozen soilder is ROXAS and the creator of KH is lieing and trying to throw everyone off by telling us that every character in the secret video are poeple we have never seen before so that no one will figure out his genus plot for the next KH series.

This might have been said before, but I think that the video has characters we have seen before. In my theory, this takes place after KH2. The evil old man is new, the frozen person is Roxas, because he was never actually killed, right? The soldier with white hair is Riku, and the last soldier could possibly be Sora. The soldiers contacted each other and Mickey. They met up to reclaim the keyblades which they had given up because there was peace. The peace lasted only so long before the old man came in some take over the world plot. So the three came to the keyblades, but unexpectedly the man showed up. One of the soldiers(Sora) simply wanted to get rid of him quick and fast, so ran at him ready to fight. But the soldiers underestimated his powers and they broke out in that epic battle(and in that battle, they were more experienced, and the blue ball is a “traveling” reflega spell). The “shadow” of the man is just that: a shadow, but in the world of KH, things that don’t exist are there(nobodies). Roxas, like Sora, likes to show off, but again underestmated him. The man, with his overwhelming power, froze Roxas, who could not escape from his grasp. Sora and Riku were helpless, as they stood there finally realizing the man’s power not wanting to be frozen like that. The man was finished with his business so he conjured a ball to clear away the clouds. Riku stared at Kingdom Hearts, which the old man realized just like his evil predecesors, that Kingdom Hearts was the ultimate source of power. Sora was not seen in the video since he was knocked back. Mickey was simply late.
And that is my ever so long “theory.” If you would call it that…

I saw the frozen guy’s eyes move. I think that the girl, could be kairi, and the evil man could be the real Ansem (we saw that his “gun” was destroyed, but was he killed). He probably got in the Kingdom Heart’s source, got affected by darkness, and came back as an EVIL person… Also, maybe the guy that shows before the ending, IS Axel, not Riku. A also agree with the one that said Sora was affected by darkness, and King Mickey could be late, OR he didn’t want to get involved, as he could know that the evil old man could be his former friend, (Ansem)…

All of you guys who think that the Final Fantasy characters are holding the keyblades, you are idiots. Half the reason we fall in love with these characters are because of their really original weapons. I mean, can you actually imagine Leon without the gunblade, or Yufi without her giant shuriken?
And there is no way that this takes place before Kingdom Hearts if Mickey is shown at the end (holding a Keyblade introduced in KH2 by the way). Mickey left at the beginning of the first game because the stars were going out, and what do you know, problem solved. Disappeared with Riku then reappeared and knocked the stuffing out of Organization XIII, problem solved. Throws a letter to the trio from Destiny Islands and shows up at the end of an epic battle between the Enigma Soldiers, problem NOT SOLVED! Think before you post…

I said it once and I’ll say it again, we still don’t know why Kairi was sent away, either. This has to answere that question. Plus her grandmother said some things like:
“Everyone fought over the light, and darkness grew in their hearts.”
“That’s why the worlds are still disconnected”
I think Tetsuya at least owes the three main characters that knowledge after being frozen in a tube for 12 months.
Oh, and remember that voice that told sora he would open the door to light. He said he recognized it from somewhere.
Last thing, I promise, all of those beginning scenes that take place on platforms that look like church windows have to mean something too. And my guess is they are all being called by the King to go on a journey to find out, or else that would have wasted the weeks necessary to animate that scene.

Okay. Am I the only one who thinks that the thing following the old guy around looks remarkably like the outfit that Riku wore while he was working for Maleficent? And about the brown haired faux-hawked character being Squall-they wouldn’t have the main character from a totally different series of games being the hero of a new game. It won’t seel. And neither will them dropping the old characters,which would make no sense since they ended KH2 like they did right? They never explained that letter,a dn the looks on their faces just summed up that it was something significant. They have to explain that some time-the next game. The blue haired chick looks a little like a female riku, and about Riku’s eyes being teal, his eyes change colors during the game, going from icy blue, to teal, to fiery green like Axel’s. That brings me to another thing, in the beginning of the secret ending, when They’re focused on the Keyblade crossroad thing and the armored warroirs are walking, am I the only one who thinks that the thing walking through the dust looks like Axel? It’s certainly skinny enough, and if you look closely it appears that he’s carrying Axel’s chakrams

ok in the pictures above it shows threee warriors one is roxas which is frozen and the others r his new freinds which r somebodies cause roxas is a nobody so they fight along side each other looking for SORA which is in destiny island but roxas cant get there so he starts fighting with his freinds against other villains and he ends up getting frozen by a powerful magician that reveils kingdom hearts and king mickey finds them so he gets roxas and sends a letter to sora saying that roxas is looking for him and that he has to go see him!!!

well tireofwaitng the sponsor said that since roxas was a nobody and the two other guys had nobodies they found roxas and let him go somehow (he didnt tell me how) but roxas gets out and the other two guys are keybearers tooo and then they find sora’s, riku’s,and the third one is unkown but i think its either kairi or mickey. and the sponsor was in the sponsor website in the sqare enix website.

you have to understand the skeptisism though. normally, designers won’t release a word of the story until some sort of box art or in game scenes are released. We didn’t here squat about Kingdom Hearts 2 beforehand.

The guy in the image on the top left. The one that took his helmet off at the end of the trailer is Ansem the wise. Because in the full version in quotes there was “I must know what this keyblade is.” and in brackets (Ansems report 8&9). another one is Xehanort’s memmory and dosen’t it occur that he was Ansem’s apprentice for as long it can be known.Plus the dark brown haired tall guy’ eyes started to change into the ones ansem has. Also King Micky and Ansem are freinds as long as it can be remembered. Those are evidences that he is Ansme the wise.

Look, here are some possible ways Sora could have been tempted into darkness: For power, for Kairi (possibly to save her or because someone has taken her hostage and threatened to kill her unless Sora gives up his heart to darkness. I don’t know, what ever you can think of)or simply tricked into following darkness. I would probably go with the Kairi explanation. Remeber this is still all speculation.

*cough* yeah, how the freak is that thing that’s following the old guy a heartless? It has a keyblade. Seriously, just look closely at the video. I know it loos like the thing jus appeared beside the guy after he multiplied but still Heartless don’t have keblades and that thing did. That thing looks like Riku, and it’s even wearing what looks like a modified version of the darkness outfit that he wore through kh1 and kh chain of memories. They have the same body build, and that thing on its face could very well just be a mask. And even if that guy with the brown faux-hawk was ansem the wise. It wouldn’t make sense, because if you all keep saying that Xehanort started it all, then Xehanort was still young when ansem the wise was old, meaning that That is either not Ansem the wise or Ansem the wise created a time machine, so that his old blond ORANGE eyed self could live with the young Xehanort. Xehanort wouldn’t have even been a toddler yet when Ansem the wise was that young. And what about the thing walking through the dust at the end of the first released version of the secret ending? That thing has the body build of axel, yand if you look closely at it’s hair it look kinda spiky, it also looks like it could be holding chakrams, because a frontal view of the chakrams would in fact make them look like lumpy daggers, which they do.

Ahh it does say somewhere in Kingdom Hearts 1 (I can’t remember where) that Riku was the TRUE keyblade bearer and that in at the start it shows Darkside with the huge black orb and Riku gets swallowed up by darkness along with Sora. Thats why after Sora has the Keyblade because Riku chose darkness. Thas also why Riku could take the Keyblade off Sora in Hollow Bastion.

And hey, i did clearly state that this is all speculation and probably not true. Besides, all of my theories were recently crushed when Nomura finally revealed who the chasers were, and stated that Ven is not Roxas (sigh). But that doesn’t mean that Roxas ins’t going to be in the next series though. Nomura did say something about the connection between Sora and Roxas is a big factor in the next game. Well I dont know about you guys…but like I’ve sed somewhere before, the bald guy cannot be xehanort. Xehanort is long gone. First of all xehanort has darker skin, and the old man is more sadistic. So he’s not Xehanort, just cause his wearing the same outfit. I mean he couldhave some affiliations with Xehanort, and may even come form a certain organization type thing. As for the dark clone warrior, I believe that its the old man’s shadow guarian. If you guys remeber form the first game, Xehanort or “Ansem” as he was known as, had a heartless shadow that he calls on for aid. Seeing that this guy came from something Xehanort also came from, both may have that certain ability of summoning a shadow type creature to guard them. Same concept, the shadow heartless creature protect’s its master.
