Playstation Move
Allow me to make a stretch, if you will.
Sony revealed their new controller, the Playstation Move at the Game Developer Conference not too long ago.
It is similar in function to the remotes the Nintendo Wii, but utilize a 3 Axis Gyroscope and a 3 Axis Accelerometer with higher sensitivity to the Wii controller. The Move controller works in partnership with a camera system (Playstation Eye) and a colored globe that is at the end of the controller. The combination of the MEMS control and the optics system provides a perceived faster response (sub 1 frame of latency) than the Wii motion plus, but with the same feedback and accuracy.

According to SilliconEra, the Square Enix Group is on the list of “developers and publishers that would be supporting their “Move” peripheral. ”
What does that mean for the future of the Kingdom Hearts games? Does this mean that we will have the option to use this new controller and actually swing keyblades and sticks instead of button mashing? Nothing has been announced yet, but the trailer for the controller does plant seeds of hope in me. Check it out:
Again, this is all speculation, but it would be wonderful if it were true.

BBS Director Interview
Olivia at HeartStation has translated the next issue of Famitsu Weekly, which contains an interview with Tetsuya Nomura. He talks about changes in the Western releases of the series and the future of the series.
(From the part about Coded to the overseas version of Birth by Sleep)
– We’re anxious when it comes to the next title in the series.
Nomura: To start with, there is the overseas version of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. The general specifications for it have been settled. We intended to put in a “Critical Mode” in the battle system. The bosses we felt were a little weak have become stronger. We also thought that the attack “Mega Flare” was too strong so there are plans to regulate it as well. The various circumstances of the cutscenes will change too, they will return more to the original plan. They will be adjusted so that way the story is easier to understand and supplementary parts will be added.
– It seems like there are various changes being made. May we be expecting a Final Mix version?
Nomura: As for that, it depends on how much the domestic version changes. However, since we basically want to produce one title a year for the Kingdom Hearts series, I don’t plan on going several years without releasing news.
– In another 2 years it’ll be the 10th anniversary of the series. How about Kingdom Hearts 3?
Nomura: Haha I can’t talk about that, it’s a secret! As I’ve said before, the next release relates to the mystery of the series.
– Do you see the complete series concluding in KH3?
Nomura: Kingdom Hearts has been Sora’s story, but the series is currently expanding, it’s also the story of another person. Right now, you could say “that person is the center of the series”.
– The series is currently expanding!?
Nomura: I can’t say anymore than that. (Laughs)
– Are there any other titles in the works?
Nomura: With everything going on, I can say there is one title being prepared for public announcement; the advertisement department is already discussing it with me. Please look forward to more about it.

I Regret To Inform You
I must take a small break. You probably all hate me because I don’t update much, but I’m telling you now that I won’t be available to update for the rest of the month. I will be back in January when I start classes again.
Peace.
EDIT: Just one more thing I must mention.
As some of you may know, there is an individual who has been copying and pasting the same sentence in the comment box, usually something suicidal. I try to do my best to prune and delete his comments so that you don’t have to look at them. He also uses names that some of you enter when you post a comment. On the post below this one he stole the name “Vexus” and abused his name. I can tell the difference between the actual Vexus and the fraud.
Also, ignore anyone who asks for emails, credit card numbers, age, gender, height, address, country you live in, etc. It’s most likely a scam.
