PlayStation 3 Compatibility Website
As more people have a PlayStation 3 now, I figured this would be more useful now than it was at the time, so I reposted it. The compatibility issue only applies to people with backwards compatible PS3s that don’t include the Emotion Engine.
Also, a few people asked about it anyway.
Sony recently put up a website for people to check the compatibility of PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2 games with PlayStation 3:

Riku Edit: Apparently if you have the latest software update, codes SCES-50968 and SCES-50969 now run without problems. SCES-50967, previously unlisted, has minor issues. SCES-50970 still has major noticeable issues, and apparently SCES-50971 also does now too. Any codes beginning SLUS should work without issues.

okay, so do we have any idea as to how large this “keyblade war” was? was it just the Chasers or was it like a mass army. There were lots of keyblades in that battle.

I’ve been replaying kh2 for some time now and my attention comes to Cloud and sephiroth.
Remember Tatsuya said in a interview that in kh the story of every characters are different. Cloud could be a part of Xehanort for example but he aint.
Cloud did something in the past that he aint proud of. Sephiroth knows about it since he was “created” out of the darkness in cloud’s heart.
I wounder if the answer is in bbs.

no. i’m sorry but i disagree. Cloud and Sephiroth have their own storyline in Final Fantasy. have you heard of it? There are like 15 games. you know, that game. i bet if you looked into Final Fantasy you could get the answer.

Tetsuya explained that the stories of the Final Fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts can differ greatly, and the biggest question is to do with whether Aerith or Tifa actually share Cloud’s light. The other thing is whether Sephiroth is part of Cloud or not.
Also, Aerith couldn’t be existing in Kingdom Hearts if it was based exactly on Final Fantasy VII.
The Final Fantasy games do not relate to each other in storyline unless the number of the game is still in the title. For example, Final Fantasy X-2 is the sequel to Final Fantasy X, while Final Fantasy XI is a completely different game. There are some running themes in Final Fantasy games including the battle system, moogles, chocobos, and pilots named Cid. Some music is used multiple times too, but in different ways.
Final Fantasy VII has the most sequels and prequels as it was the most popular Final Fantasy game including Advent Children, Last Order, Before Crisis, Dirge of Cerberus, DoC Lost Episode, and Crisis Core. It’s believed that there won’t be any new parts to the story except in Kingdom Hearts, but there might be a remake of Final Fantasy VII when Tetsuya completes all his other projects. Since he claimed that, he’s said that he wants to concentrate on Kingdom Hearts after completing Final Fantasy XIII, which means a remake probably won’t be made.

This is a great post and its very creative indeed but if only you people would properly give cubefield a shot. Its a great game. Very addicitve and very entertaining to all age groups.
