Release Date
Kingdom Hearts 3 is yet to be a confirmed title by Square-Enix or Disney. It is therefore clear that there is no release date yet for the game. We have simply added this page in anticipation of there being an eventual title, and this will be the page to confirm a Kingdom Hearts 3 release date.

Usn66, Khfan1414, and SoraIsdone are one in the same…They are the same person. This website does let you post links on the forum, I’ve done it before. I don’t believe there is any other way to contact posters on this site other than through the forums so it’s quite strange to see a poster like “Khfan1414″ thank you when hes never posted you his email in the first place. Some poeple say the kh3 game is birth by sleep. Imean like we have been waiting for kh3 for a really long time i mean how long was it since poeple have been talking about it its been like 3 ****ing years but if there really is a kh3 it better be worth the wait

Ok so now i think that kh3 is coming out but i (now im not really sure)think its going to be the last kh game Becuase ive saw that it said(in a video)that it said kh3 the keyblade war have any one see the kh2 secret video where this guy with wierd keyblade and two other guy are in a desert and theres a bunch of keyblades all over the place Im guessing thats where the keyblade war takes place and theres a bunch of keyblade masters either fighting together or fighting one another but i not so sure

Well it’s unclear if kh3 will be during or after the keyblade wars because there may be one every generation of keybearers, cause that is alot of keyblades for one war.

Wow you guys. Jesus KH3 needs to come out. im 18 and KH1 came out when i was in like 4th grade or something. They waste time on side games when their efforts should be in releasing the new game ASAP. I mean how long did it take GT 4 to come out after GT 3. seriously.

But the more time it takes to make the game, the better, since games, that are released too soon suck, becuz the producer have not enough time to make it the best they can do.

Starscream is absolutely right the game developers need to take their time with these things like he said games that are released too soon usually suck An example sonic 06 that game was rushed because the developers wanted it out for the holiday season and look what happened and i don’t hate sonic 06 i just felt it was incomplete,so i say let Square Enix take it’s time with kingdom hearts 3.

Taking their time to perfect the game is great but the thing is they haven’t even started developing the game at all since Kingdom Hearts 2 was released. They aren’t in any hurry because no matter how long they take they know they can count on making just as much or even more on the game as they have in the past. They probably won’t start making a KH3 till after Birth By Sleep is released. So, it has nothing to do with Square-Enix taking their time.

So i was speaking to my friend at Game and he shared some classified information, Microsoft have bought the exclusivity for Kingdom of Hearts 3 this will likely be a timed exclusive for a year. This game has been under embargo, and at TGS it will be unveiled as a x360 exclusive. My friend showed me the release date and confirmation letter release date will be Fall 2010. He also explained that it will come on 2 discs.
Many people expected it to be a ps3 exclusive, but Microsoft have managed to land the big one.
What are your thoughts?

I can proudly announce that Kingdom of Hearts 3 will be coming exclusively to the Xbox 360 and earlier than expected. We’ve received an e-mail from Don Mattrick confirming that Kingdom hearts 3 will be making it’s way to the Microsoft platform in December of 2010. We can expect shipment early November of 2010; I felt that such great news should be shared with our employee’s.

This is such a load of Bull $hit. KH3 Would not be a Xbx360 exclusive, never…If you want to prove it to us, scan the letter and upload it to imageshack.com then give us all a link to see. It will not be called Keyblade Wars either, Birth By Sleep is considered to be the keyblade war that most people mistook it for being KH3. The case that I think your referring to is only fan made box art, it will not be the case for anything.

well the Kingdom Hearts title isn’t owned by Sony who makes PlayStation. The title belongs to Square Enix which has a bunch of xbox 360 titles. So just because kingdom hearts has been loyal to playstation it doesnt mean playstation gets all rights to it. Nintendo has a kingdom heart title too, 358/2 days.
Btw the video at the end of kingdom hearts 2 was NOT a teaser for kingdom hearts 3. if you would pay attention it seid ~Birth By Sleep~ in shiney gold letters in the end if the video. The game birth by sleep is based before kingdom hearts 1.
the timeline is:
Birth by Sleep -> Kingdom Hearts -> Kingdom Hearts: chain of memories -> Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days -> Kingdom Hearts 2 -> Kingdom Hearts 3.
p.s. you can find all 358/2 days and Birth By Sleep cutscenes on youtube. And if try linking all the videos and KH history together you will probably get confused (like when in birth by sleep, Micky uses the Star Seeker)
