Release Date
Kingdom Hearts 3 is yet to be a confirmed title by Square-Enix or Disney. It is therefore clear that there is no release date yet for the game. We have simply added this page in anticipation of there being an eventual title, and this will be the page to confirm a Kingdom Hearts 3 release date.

yo i have A theory.
What If there is the 4 chasers (armoured figuresin the beginning and they created Kingdom hearts as a way to link all of the worlds and the hearts in them. Kingdom hearts was a peaceful idea, but it contained unlimited power becasue of the strength of all the hearts in them. THe 4 chasers each followed thier own paths in thier world known as the cross roads. One chaser , Xehanort, became greedy and wanted the power of Kingdom hearts for himself. He (the black and red figure in one of the new pics) and his acomplice (insert random name. I”l use 344 for now) plotted to try to steal it. THe chasers had a great batle over it. In the end the other three were unable to defeat Xehanort so they did the next best thing. They banded tgeather and used their keyblades to open kingonm herats and steal his memory. But with such a large amount of memory it was impossible to simply erase it. So they scattered it into fragments and gave one person in each world a pice of his memory. Lost and confused, Xehanort was stripped of his chaser powers and his keyblade. He awoke in Hollow bastion, where Ansem the Wise took him in.
THe memories remained dormant the whole time, safely kept out of his grasp. THe one factor that the chasers forgot was Xehanort’s acomplise 334(please come up with a better name). He waited in the shadows hoping that Xehanort would be able to decover his memories. When He was defeated (at the end of Kh2) he sought the help of Malificient to regain the memories. He knew of how she was able to summon all of her supporters during the events of Kh. He asked her to do it again to help him recollect the memories. He promised her the throne in disney castle as the queen of all worlds. She recalls her group of followers and a few new people for the task. They recovered on of the memories in the heart of MAlificent.(of of the memories must of went to her).
This casued a chain reaction across the worlds. All of the memories that were locked in peoples hearts were begining to stir. THey brought on unpredictable behaivorin those people.
King Mickey caought wind of this and sent Sora and Co. a letter asking for thier help in retaining the memoris in order to restore the balance of the worlds. THey set out to the worlds newly reconnected by the chain reaction of the memories. the memories could be retained from the peoples hearts through the use of the keyblades, or would be released if heartless stole that heeart.
THe chasers, seeing the danger in Xehanort beiing reconstructed by his memories tried to stop both parties. THey treid whenever they could to prevent them from retaining a memory.
In a sense a war started out over who would be the first one to gather the memories. Sora, Mickey and Co. to gather them and lock them away, or 344(name please!!) and Malificent’s party to respawn Xehanort. With the chaser’s caught in the middle trying to stop both sides.
What do you think. I had a previous theory before, but with some of the new updates I rethought it out to include them. Please comment with questions and critisisms. I am curios to see what other people think about it. Onca again I need a name for 334 or the old man standing bedide the black and red armoured figure in one of the new pics.

this goes to dustin the 4 chasers are actually riku sora mickey and kairi. Now i know that doesnt sound right but i recently took a trip to tokyo 4 a gaming contest. and i played the jap… version of kingdom heartsfm+. and theres a twist the armored figures are the dark side of there hearts. remember at the end of kh2 riku talks to sora about the realm of light being safe now and talking about how they could be the dark…. so thats all i know 4 now ill keep bringing the info. oh ya keep up the work luv the site guys

it must come out in the PS2 or PS3 if it comes out on the wii, then it would be kind of messed up because most people are used to using the PS2 controller and i would much rather not swing the controller around all day. The graphics look so awesome they keep making games better and better i don’t care if it comes out on the PS2 or PS3 because i have both.

The manager of the Gamestop near me said that KH III will come out on PS3 AND the Wii. On the Wii, he said, there will be a Mushroom Kingdom(Mario) level. He doesn’t know when though. There will be something about it in the next issue of GameInformer.

I think that KH3 should come out on both the PS2 and PS3 just to make it fair. I don’t have a PS3 so it would be nice for it to come out out the PS2 and why would they make it for Wii? Playing a game like this you”ll end up poking someone’s eye out slashing the controller everywhere! When I saw the secret video at the end of KH2, I saw something, I don’t know where, that said those 3 people weren’t Sora, Kairi, or Riku. And it also said it was something after the keyblade wars or something like that. I can’t remember. I watched the video on YouTube. Well, whatever. I think it should still have certain charecters if it comes out such as:

OK simple deduction on a few things about kingdom hearts three one yes the chasers are separate from the original cast (i.e sora riku etc) almost all members of the organization were destoyed >>>roxas but there is question about rikus nobady from when he had a heartless also the fact that mickey shows up in the fmv sequence at the chasers battle with the rouge chaser awnsered things though that are confirmed the chasers choose who there keyblades go to thats why mickey sora riku and kiari(newly obtained) are allowed to weild the keybalde but another interesting part is that when you are fighting one of the chasers in final mix he is waiting for xeanort/ansem then when he learns its just sora and the gang he attacks so that means the chasers dont have a good trust value so wether or not they are good or the have there own intentions is unclear but i think with good reason that the sleep comment has somthing to do with xeanort and ansem not riku or sora/roxas so with that also it is confirmed that the chasers all have different paths the chaser that was calling for xeanort is DARKNESS the roxas look alike is LIGHT the blue haired ne is TWILIGHT which i think is either mickeys or kiaris chaser and the old guy/chaser is DAWN so knowing these facts the journey is going to be mostly about finding out how the keyblades came about and why the war is starting (again due to the fact the creator hinted that it was set in the past or the future in his interview)then how is the team going to defeat the main chaser ill refer to as DAWN but a main fact in this epic journey that needs to be discussed is what will happen to the worlds, keyblades, and the characters after the battle is won are all the doors to other worlds going to be shut and the keyblades destroyed??? and what will become of the legendary chasers what i cant figure out is how did DAWN come back into power when the chasers supposedly sealed him away or somthing whatever you think about this is your oppinion but everything i have discussed and claimed to be true is 100% real i am not into boasting rumors without factual evidence but once i get more intel i will try to put the pieces together for all the die hard kh fans out there but tell what you think of this post and i will check up on it to reply thanks for reading

why the hell would it be out on wii? thats the gayest system out there. thay would have to dumb down the graphics or take out stuff because such a basic system couldnt handle what a real game has to offer. here’s an example; that new sonic game is out for ps3 and 360. instead of having that game, the wii had to make an entierly new game because it coundn’t support the same thing

judging how kingdom hearts 2 didnt come out until 4 years after the frist came out, im not expecting this next installment until atleast late 2008, even though the pattern would suggest 2010 (thats a bit too long though)
im predicting a mid-way installment (like CoM) to be released on DS/PSP.
but how i was saying it won’t come out until far into the future, i doubt it will be released on the ps2, which will most likely be dead by then. At that time, they’ll have to see how the ps3’s sales are going (because it’s probably the obvious first choice), but if the sales are low, then they probably will release it on teh othe rplatforms. I doubt it will be releaed for the Wii, because square’s relationship with nintendo is only slowly regenerating to how it was once before, and yet its still stuck with spin-offs and such. 360 may be possible, because of teh ffxiii rumours but really, you never know… but ps3 still has the greatest odds.

Here’s another theory: I believe that the entire movie takes place in the past before KH1, because there were so many keyblades (from the great keyblade war) when in reality there are only 3 or 4. And like i said b4, the old man and Xehanort from KH1 are wearing the EXACT SAME clothes!! so this is why i think the old man and Xehanort are connected somehow.(see below)
When it says “birth by sleep”, I believe it means to explain how Xehanort came to be. sleep: being defeated, and birth: how Xehanort appears on Ansem’s doorstep.
At the end of the video, you see Mickey looking concerned out in the distance. I believe Mickey (and possibly the 3 chasers) stops the old man but doesn’t destroy him completely. Instead, the old man wakes up in Radiant Garden drained of his powers and his memories. (basically, i believe Xehanort and the old man are the same person).
This would explain why Xehanort had extraordinary talents, not to mention they both have white hair (doesn’t mean much). (if you watch the egnigmatic soldier battle and read the translations, you’ll see that this theory is quite possible).

(from ansem report 9) the one who saved the world was mickey, and the one who wrought chaos was the old man, Xehanort.
I believe the old man and the other bad guy in the video were also Chasers (keyblade makers) but the lost to the “darkness” and betrayed the others.
One thing i haven’t thought of yet would be what Mickey’s message to Sora and Co. could have been about. If anyone has any thoughts or replies, feel free to speak out, i’d really appreciate it.

There have been a whole lot of conflicting reports regarding the future of the Kingdom Hearts series from the creators. I am not saying that anyone is lieing. But noone could possibly have any HARD facts. From the reports I have heard, there will not be a definitive Kingdom Hearts 3. Rather, the series will split apart and expand to the other consoles. With each console beggining a semi-unique story. Wii included. This would make perfect sense, seeing how the original Kingdom Hearts was supposed to be a nintendo title anyway. The fact that there will be KH titles in nintendo’s future has already been confirmed. Now that could be a DS title, however I doubt they would restrict it to the US. And while we are on the subject of the PS3’s, sony has taken major hit, PS3’s are bust, and sony already stated they may concentrate on the development of their PSP, and allow the PS3 to come into it’s own. And the Sora chronicles are complete, and any presently planned KH installments will feature completely new characters, and may be loosely connected to the current KH storyline. I am not a diehard gamer, and I have always preferred nintendo. Zelda looks spectacular on the Wii. I cannot wait to see what they can do with the Kingdom Hearts characters.

I love kingdom hearts 1 and 2 and can’t wait till the third. and sora is the best! sora should be the main character seems as he is for the last 2! and it would be cool if they made kingdom hearts a movie or a program! but kh3 seems so far away like 2 or 3 years or so…. i can’t wait that long if it does come out in 2 or 3 years i will be 17 or 18 and probally out of it. but i don’t want that to happen! The chaser thing is the past, if you go on the internet and type kh2 final mix secret ending you will see an awsome fight, the old man is not Xehanort, it is the guy Xehanort copied, the tall chaser is Xehanort before and the old man and 344 (lol) the fight is for I think a last stand to kill the old man and 344 because they might be evil chasers or something. The old man and 344 hade obtained the power of kh already. Xehanort admired the power and wanted it himself(he even copied the clothes of the old man)The girl chaser has something to do with kairi being one of the seven princeces. The other chaser is roxas (no clue about why).

I might have an idea on when KHII:FM+ might come out for the U.S. I’m pretty sure that it will come out from Mid June to mid July because for KHII to come out for the PS2 was a 3 month deferetional from when it came out in Japan. If it came out in late March, it could come out in late June…

kh2:fm is not only the “special edition” of the original, its also a playstation version of CoM!…so I’m told. You’ll get to hear the voices of the first members of the Org.13 that you encountered in the game, as well as play it. KH2:FM also has an extended version of the trailer for numbah 3.

If anyone can possible scroll down this far to read my message, I believe they’ll probably release something in 2-3 years. Honestly, games these days take so long to create, they’ll have to generate the content for the Wii/PS3/360 platforms, and then adjust to the Next, Next-Generation consuls.
This is why a release date is difficult, last I heard Square and Disney dropped their Sony contract and are expanding into different systems.

Hey ppl. This is my theory but i am not sure of it. I got it by playing kh 1 and 2 and final mix(it in japenese and i dont understand a thing!) again and again.
Years before Sora’s adventure, there was a great war. In a place between worlds, there were those known as “Chasers”, those who had manifested great power and chanelled it through weapons they experly crafted known as the Keyblades. There were four Chasers.
The Chasers all had to power to create, save, destroy and lock world’s hearts. Their keyblade gave them enough power to unlock the energy of a worlds physical heart and be able to move from world to world.
The Chasers began to follow their own ambitions. In the place between worlds, where all of their keyblades laid to rest, the four seperated. Two followed the path of light, bringing life to the worlds, following the paths of Light and Twilight. The other two, they grew unhappy and decided that those who did not respect them should perish. They followed the path of Darkness. They began to bring destruction to worlds, destroying them.
One of the two Dark Chasers realized the faults in his ways and decided to back out. Much as Riku did, this Chaser follows the path of Dawn back to the Crossroads where he is forgiven for his ways. The final Chaser, the one they called Xehanort, would not give up, would not give in. The war began, it is unknown for how long this terrible time lasted. It has been recorded though and the Chasers are much like gods.
The war was either between great armies or just between the four Chasers, either way, the Dark Chaser, the Dark Keyblade Master known as Xehanort fought against the others in a great Keyblade war.
Xehanort was defeated, and with that, he lost something dear: his memory. Cast away he was born again by sleep. Waking up in the world of Radiant Garden, almost dead, a great Saint known as Ansem found him and offered his assistance. He promised to help him and when he realized the man’s memory was gone, he offered to help restore it.
The Chasers each had the ability to spread their power to a disciple or their spirits lived on through a bloodline or chosen ones. Passing their power on to make sure to Order of the Worlds was kept safe.
One Keyblade went to the King of all the Worlds: Mickey.
When Xehanort began to believe he was in fact Ansem, his fascination with the Keyblades grew. Unknowning even to himself who he was.
When the Heartless were born and began to create chaos, Riku was chosen to weild the next Keyblade, to save the people from destruction while Mickey was in the World of Darkness. But, Riku’s heart was tainted by his willingness to let darkness overcome him and the Keyblade was passed on to Sora.
After being selected first and later overcome by Xehanort, Xehanort was able to harvest his power to reclaim his Dark Keyblade and thus, Riku was able to have his own.
The final Keyblade was unnecessary until later, when the goodness and innocence of Kairi was able to bring hope to the other Keyblade Weilders and she too was chosen.
Roxas only had ones because he is an element of Sora.
After their adventures had ended, Mickey sends a troubling letter to Sora, Kairi and Riku. A letter that reveals Xehanort’s next plot. That he has perhaps remembered his true self. A plot to destroy the other Chasers, a plot to be the one and only Keyblade Master.
A great beast is sent to the Crossroads between worlds but is slain by one of the Chasers. The others appear from their selected paths and reclaim their Keyblades, as though they haven’t been touched in a long time. They look to the road of Darkness and the shady figure of Xehanort moves forward. Through his time within Riku, he is essentially “reborn” and while Riku tries to remove him, he is never gone. With enough power he returns to the Crossroads and a great war is about to begin once again. One that will decide the fate of the Chasers and all of those who hold a Keyblade…

I agree with the theory on post number 139 as well as the theory on post #6, they both tell basicaly the same thing are logical; so far I don’t see a problem or hole in it. Now, I read the theory on post #6 and I have to say this after a minute or two of thinking: The strange black and red figure helping the old man seemed to have come from him. If the old man truly is Xehanort, then I have a hunch of what that thing is. This thing isn’t a human, it’s Xehanort’s “guardian” or something similar to the black fiqure always floating around that helped “Ansem” (Xehanort’s heartless) in KH1 for the final battles. What do you think?

So Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix is only out in Japan. That sucks. My dad used to be in the Navy. He’s retired, but he’s been to Japan cuz he travled alot in the Navy. If he was still in the Navy I could send him to Japan and buy it! Although it would be in Japanese. Never mind that idea. Anyways….that would REALLY suck if when it comes out in the U.S that it’s on PS3! I want it to be on PS2 like KH and KH2! I would be sooo pissed if it comes out on the PS3. I don’t have one and I never will. Unless I save my money. That will be impossible for me. Besides, it will take too long. I’ll just have to live with the fact that there is a 80% chance it WILL be on PS3. Waahhh! =’(! If it comes out for PS3 I will take a risk. I will bargen my parents to buy it for my brother and I, then buy the game. I will tell them I will do more house work( and yes I mean chores)HEY! Ooo, well whenever the game comes out. I’m still getting it even if it comes out on another system. It was just last year on X-mas that I finally got a ps2 and I really do hope it comes out for it. (I prefer if it come out for ps2 and ps3 because then the fans would be happy and the profit would most likely to increase.)
Because even if the game comes out on ps3 not everyone has the money for. I know because I’m poor and I’m still in school. It’s not easy when your parents don’t speak English and think rock music and video games are nothing. But if so I’m still going to want the game. Of course once it does come out, in what a few years? I’ll still have to wail until the prices go way down for me.
Either way, I’ll be waiting calmly for it and keeping an eye out for it.

Since KH2 final mix is out i’m ganna order it. Alot of people are saying that KH2FM is coming out in the u.s this fall. I agree with that Aaron guy. You know something funny? And this is off-topic, but I just want to get it over with.
It’s strange how they spend more time trying to save the planet than they do helping troubled kids. I just brought that up because if they would half as much time really helping kids on cliff’s edge (a figure of specch meaning in trouble) as much as they do trying to save the trees, there wouldn’t be so many kids on the streets. You know what I mean?

hey evry1.I just want to talk about two things.
1.) that in kh3 there will be new main characters..but they wont leave out sora and the gang cuz they CANT. sora riku and kairi will be in kh3 but not as the main characters becuz i think the letter the king sent to them was bout the upcoming keyblade war that xenort has been revived from his memories and he is coming back for vengence against the chasers which will cause maybe the destruction of kingdom hearts or the worlds… I say this beacuse i think the person in the secret video of kh2 is walking toward the chasers at the end of kh2 secret ending is xehnort because he was awakened which is birth by sleep and on the movie u can see that the three chasers pick up thier keyblaeds which look like they havent been used in a while, and they stare at xehnort who is walking toward them from the realm of darkness and is back for revenge on them which causes The Great Keyblade War. i think this is wat wil happen according to ansem reports and the kh secret endings and stuff.
AND 2.)i dont work for square enix or disney that i am giving this type info.

i have to disagree with N in comment 5.. they’ll prolly have for ps2, if not ps3 as well, they might sell different quality of it.. or they may feel that KH3 won’t really need the graphics that the PS3 can provide for our gaming experience as the consumers.

ok i think i might have figured out a key point that will change all the theories that we have right now.
first off if u notice at the end of the secret ending of FM+ when the older looking keyblade weilder takes off his helmet his eyes are blue first, then they change orange. now i dont know about u but i think that there is someone else who has those exact same eyes(and no im not talkin about riku), XEHANORT! Another thing i noticed was the older keybladers hair cut, pushed back in the middle and stairght on the sides, and i know someone else who has a haircut almost like that, XEHANORT, only his is longer. so mainly to summarize it i believe that the oldest keyblade weilder in armour is xehanort only younger and after his eyes glow orange i think that he gets dark powers, goes up and stops the blad man and then after he loses his memory because the darkness took him over and then he is found on ansems doorstep and well the rest is history. and when he is talkin to the armour and keyblade in the underground room, i think hes probably talkin to his old armour and keyblade maybe b.
so thats all i got hopefully u agree w/ me and we’ve figured out another piece of the puzzle

got it by playing kh 1 and 2 and final mix(it in japenese and i dont understand a thing!) again and again.
Years before Sora’s adventure, there was a great war. In a place between worlds, there were those known as “Chasers”, those who had manifested great power and chanelled it through weapons they experly crafted known as the Keyblades. There were four Chasers.
The Chasers all had to power to create, save, destroy and lock world’s hearts. Their keyblade gave them enough power to unlock the energy of a worlds physical heart and be able to move from world to world.
The Chasers began to follow their own ambitions. In the place between worlds, where all of their keyblades laid to rest, the four seperated. Two followed the path of light, bringing life to the worlds, following the paths of Light and Twilight. The other two, they grew unhappy and decided that those who did not respect them should perish. They followed the path of Darkness. They began to bring destruction to worlds, destroying them.
One of the two Dark Chasers realized the faults in his ways and decided to back out. Much as Riku did, this Chaser follows the path of Dawn back to the Crossroads where he is forgiven for his ways. The final Chaser, the one they called Xehanort, would not give up, would not give in. The war began, it is unknown for how long this terrible time lasted. It has been recorded though and the Chasers are much like gods.
The war was either between great armies or just between the four Chasers, either way, the Dark Chaser, the Dark Keyblade Master known as Xehanort fought against the others in a great Keyblade war.
Xehanort was defeated, and with that, he lost something dear: his memory. Cast away he was born again by sleep. Waking up in the world of Radiant Garden, almost dead, a great Saint known as Ansem found him and offered his assistance. He promised to help him and when he realized the man’s memory was gone, he offered to help restore it.
The Chasers each had the ability to spread their power to a disciple or their spirits lived on through a bloodline or chosen ones. Passing their power on to make sure to Order of the Worlds was kept safe.
One Keyblade went to the King of all the Worlds: Mickey.
When Xehanort began to believe he was in fact Ansem, his fascination with the Keyblades grew. Unknowning even to himself who he was.
When the Heartless were born and began to create chaos, Riku was chosen to weild the next Keyblade, to save the people from destruction while Mickey was in the World of Darkness. But, Riku’s heart was tainted by his willingness to let darkness overcome him and the Keyblade was passed on to Sora.
After being selected first and later overcome by Xehanort, Xehanort was able to harvest his power to reclaim his Dark Keyblade and thus, Riku was able to have his own.
The final Keyblade was unnecessary until later, when the goodness and innocence of Kairi was able to bring hope to the other Keyblade Weilders and she too was chosen.
Roxas only had ones because he is an element of Sora.
After their adventures had ended, Mickey sends a troubling letter to Sora, Kairi and Riku. A letter that reveals Xehanort’s next plot. That he has perhaps remembered his true self. A plot to destroy the other Chasers, a plot to be the one and only Keyblade Master.
A great beast is sent to the Crossroads between worlds but is slain by one of the Chasers. The others appear from their selected paths and reclaim their Keyblades, as though they haven’t been touched in a long time. They look to the road of Darkness and the shady figure of Xehanort moves forward. Through his time within Riku, he is essentially “reborn” and while Riku tries to remove him, he is never gone. With enough power he returns to the Crossroads and a great war is about to begin once again. One that will decide the fate of the Chasers and all of those who hold a Keyblad…

I don’t think it would make much sense for KH III to be released on the PS2 alone. It is a dying system and is slowly becoming overshadowed by the PS3 and 360. I think that this would be a good landmark game if it was released on the PS3.

The cover and all was awsome, but am I the only one that noticed that it was not for PLAY STATION 2!? Does that mean that it it is only avalable in PS3? Arizona, not to get you mad, but lets face the truth, now that the PS3 is out, the PS2 is a dying console… I’m not trying to get you ticked off, but Kingdom Hearts 3 is gonna have hella good graphics that I just don’t think the PS2 will be able to handle… So Kingdom Hearts 3 will probably only be released for the Playstation 3… Also, that cover has a subtitle, “The Keyblade Wars”, so do you think that it will be like Chain of Memories and set the stage for the true Kingdom Hearts 3? The ending to Kingdom Hearts 2 more than suggested the series was not yet over, but Square Enix has remained especially mum on the future of the series. Series creator Tetsuya Nomura may already have his hands busy with Final Fantasy Versus XIII, but he hasn’t abandoned his Disney collaboration. In fact, it may be spiraling in a new direction.
Eurogamer translated a recent Degenki PlayStation interview, where he discussed what he’s working on next. “First, it’s not Kingdom Hearts III,” said Nomura. “Of course, because we’re calling it a ‘new’ series, it won’t be KHIII. Also, it’s a series, so it probably won’t be just one title.”
Does that mean Kingdom Hearts is over? Probably not. The franchise is pure money to Square Enix, and just because Nomura’s left the creative reigns could mean little. another thing is i would see more money comeing from putting it on ps2 but the game is also availible to play on the ps3 so its a game that can be played on both consules. also they would make more money if the game was on ps2 because the ps3 isnt popular yet and the ps3 didnt have a great opening year. ive read this on multiple sites and it sounds like its going to be on the ps2 also.

The secret trailer begins with views of a barren wasteland, with text scrolling across the screen (quotes from Ansem Reports 8 and 9). Ansem Report 8 talks about Xehanort’s machine that creates Heartless, while 9 has a line that may hold great significance to the trailer. The line reads “The Keyblade is said to hold phenomenal power. One legend says its wielder saved the world, while another says that he wrought chaos and ruin upon it.”
The trailer then brings us to a deserty plain with dark clouds over head. A heavily armored soldier is standing by a great beast that has been slain, which quickly erupts into dust and then nothing. This first soldier has chrome armor with a helmet that has rabbit-like earpieces. He wears a cape and holds a giant keyblade over his shoulder which is of an unfamiliar design.
Three soldiers.
To his right, another armoured figure walks towards him, also dawning a cape. This character has ear-pieces that shoot backwards, rather than up. The tinted eyepiece is the same as the first soldier, the eyes are unseen. This second charater has larger forearm armour and is relatively thinner. He is not carrying a weapon.
To the first soldier’s left is a third character. Much like the first soldier in appearance but there is something about this third soldier that looks feminine. The walk or the figure makes this last character have a female touch. This character is carrying a keyblade as well.
The characters moves towards the keyblades as the structure behind turns to dust.
As the three are close together, the first soldier moves towards three keyblades sticking out of the sand. The first keyblade in the line is Mickey’s Keyblade, then there is The Kingdom Key, followed by Riku’s Road To Dawn Keyblade. When the soldier moves closer to them, the ruin he was standing on vanishes into dust. The soldiers pick up the keyblades, the two with the pointed “ears” weild two blades each, the one with “ears” pointing back picks up the Kingdom Key and is holding another Keyblade.
There is a quick pan outwards and it is revealed that there are hundreds upon hundreds of keyblades sticking out of the ground. There are four pathes carved out, resembling a perpendicular crossroads of sorts.
Suddenly, there is a distant rumble, almost like an explosion. The three look into the distance and through the haze of the heat, an outline can be seen of a figure. Then the following captions show up on screen:

I have a theory:
In the endings of KHI & KHII they show what willl happen in the game. So at the end of KHII Sora gets a letter from King Mickey representing that they haver to go somewhere but we do not know where. Then in the trailer they show the 3 new charaters that we have never seen before & I think it has something to do with the letter King Mickey sent them. The 4 chasers have to be all the leaders of each group. Sora, The one with the orange eyes, King Mickey, & Roxas. Also, Condsireing the fact that Sora destroyed the heartless and the nobody Xeahnort, there could be a nobody Ansem that could be involved in this struggle.

Ok Xehanort started to go by the name Ansem so he could get ahold of the ansem reports well I think Xemnas was a nobody of Xehanort because Xehanort chenged his name to Ansem well Xemnas = Ansem if you are new to the finding the nobody name you take the X out and arrange it so theres a name well anyways Xehanort = No heart which is what all Nobodies have but Nobodies are enemies with the heartless when they both want hearts well Xehanort must be another nobody of somebody known as no heart. Ok KH1 you vs. Heartless Ansem on KH2 you vs Nobody Ansem and find out his name is Xehanort but changed it to Xemnas i think i am getting somewhere Xehanort = no heart (I know i am repeating because i am typing everything i am thinking of so you might find the answer) ok so Xehanort= no heart no heart = Heartless Heartless causes Nobody Nobody = Orginazation 13 = No heart. I think that old guy on the secret ending of the KHFM2 is The No Heart guy because he comes out in clothes heartless Ansem wears on KH1 and I remember this a while back when KH2 first came out and everybody saw the very first secret ending there was 4 Chasers 2 went to the path of light while 2 went to the path of darkness one of the two was Xehanort or No heart well one came out of the path of darkness and went to the path of dawn this one chaser wasnt Xehanort and now that the three chasers reunite the 4th one returns Xehanort. Which causes the Kingdom Hearts version of like D-Day or Judgement Day, The Keyblade War. Earlier somebody said the the three were the parents it may be idk but i heard stuff about those three diffrently. You know how at the end of KH2 Sora and Riku are saying they will be the darkness while Kairi Mickey Donald Goofy and everybody else will be the light well the Chasers are the darkness and Sora and the crew are the light and this brings me to the cross roads You see there is the grassy with sora and theres the dessert one well i know they are two different times the past and future this has been confirmed that the KH3 is in the past so that must mean the true Xehanort must be dead just maybe alive

Kingdom Hearts three most likely will be on the PS2, because that’s the console that it got famous on. Putting it on PS3 might ruin them. Because not many people (opinion) have a PS3. Square-Enix might lose a lot of money just like SONY is losing a lot of money for the PS3. but then again, just my opinion.

At the and KH II Sora, Riku and Kairi all recived a letter from the king so i think they’ll be in the beginning of KH III but i think it’ll change halfway through to Ven, Aero and Aqua.
Hey, here’s a wacky thought, mabye a new enemy appears and they can’t kill it (the bauld guy) so they go into the past to try and stop it. Mabye. to protect their identitiys they change their names and they only look differant because theyv’e gone to the past.

KH3 won’t be released for a long time. Work hasn’t even begun on KH3, since work on Final Fantasy Versus XIII (being produced by the whole Kingdom Hearts team) is still ongoing. Square-Enix will be more interested in completing the next installments in their flagship franchise before moving on to their next series (namely, the spin-off of KH that we are referring to as ‘KH3′). Since a release date for FF Versus XIII (indeed, or any of the FFXIII games) hasn’t been give, KH3 is a long way off.
However, I would recommend that, as soon as FF Versus XIII comes out, you take a good, hard look at it. It will most likely play like a KH game, since the same team is producing it, and will most likely show what future KH installments will look like, since they will definitely be on the PS3. Give it up, the PS2 won’t be around by the time KH3 comes out; it took three years to go from KH to KH2, they still have to FINISH the game they’re working on now, and add another 3+ years before KH3 is released…the PS2 will reside only in a fond place in our memories by that time.

Goodness, it’s quite obvious the game will come out on PS3. It’s the next, I mean, now generation gaming. I bought the PS3 JUST to get FFXIII and KH3! I don’t care how much I wasted. kingdom hearts 3 will actually not even be labeled that due to it being a prequel to the other games…and it is has been hinted that it will be on only 1 system and that it will most likely not be on the ps3. i learned this from a comment the creator made on an interview that sounded as if they were changing systems

have you played God of War II? it went onto the ps2 instead of teh ps3, and it got nearly perfect scores everywhere. the graphics were amazing, nearly as good as some of the early ps3 games. and if it went onto the ps3, it might get worse reviews just for that considering:

i agree wif u BUT the point is that by the time kingdom hearts 3 comes out the ps2 will be at lest a year old or so. And the PS2 will be old.
It’s like “conkers Bad Fur Day”, i was relesed like 3 mothes be4 the nintendo 64 was old. But luckly Rare made a remake. (But wasn’t the same). They did the re-make cos not much people played it.
i was lucky enough to buy it ($80), and it was old gen.
so if it did come 2 the PS2 most people wont be able to play it cos it will be out-dated and hard 2 find. so u would spend next - gen price for an old game. If u can’t get it u will resort to Ebay.

I agree wif the prices it’s stupid. but u guys in the U.S or whateva get it for $600 but in AUS we get the damn thing for $1000. So nearly a x2 of the price.
Now the Xbox 360 is going well everywhere EXCEPT Japan. Because They don’t like the games on it. and i Hope That Microsoft get some RPG’s or something that they can adapt 2.
Now the WII, well i got 1 and i love it BUT most of the games 2 come out r gonna be some stupid Mini - Games system. but some games r diffrent.

Sooooo many people have tried to post about that stupid cover. It’s fanart and completely FAKE. For one thing, the side of it says Kingdom Hearts II instead of III - There are plenty of flaws in it, and why would it be “NTSC: U/C” rather than “NTSC-J”?
The Keyblade Wars is also a completely fanmade name, and considering Nomura has already said it won’t be named Kingdom Hearts III, I don’t see that being anywhere close to the name.
I bet it won’t stop people posting about that stupid cover, but it should help.

I was just wondering.. Will there ever be a Kingdom Hearts movie? I think that there should be one, because it would be really cool. I know I would go see it.
But anyways.. My boyfriend got me hooked on Kingdom Hearts. I’ve watched him beat both 1 and 2. Now we can’t wait unil the third one comes out. I hope it’s soon!!
Oh one more thing.. Disney should put a KH ride in at The Magic Kingdom in Orlando. Kind of like the Phillar Magic ride. (It’s 3D) That would be really cool.

hey sora…the developers are already making the game, and the fact that we are posting that we don’t want it on the ps3 won’t make them change. Once the developers have started, they would have to completely remake all their tools for the ps2 instead of the ps3. And they’ve been working on it for a little while now, so there is no way they’re gonna change it just cuz 100 or so people don’t want to buy a ps3. (and this is all assuming its on the ps3.)
Oh and for more proof on the cover art being fake:
1. It’s made with the same style art as Neverwinter Nights 2 which means they probably go the idea from that.
2. The ps3 cases are always shorter than that
3. You can see a clear line above the keyblade picture (which is directly from the trailer by the way) which shows that it was simply pasted on.
4. The game isn’t close to being complete so there is no way that there is an ESRB rating already because they wouldn’t be able to submit the whole game
5. The side of the box is too big from our point of view. We see too much of the side of the box than we should be able to see because of the angle of the front of the box.
6. The game is not called “Kingdom Hearts 3″ because its a prequel.
7. The name “Keyblade Wars” is completely fictitious
8. All the other games have shown the main characters stacked on the front, and the fact that this one doesn’t is proof enough
9. It wouldn’t be NTSC U/C..but NTSC J because it would be first shown in Japan.
