Release Date
Kingdom Hearts 3 is yet to be a confirmed title by Square-Enix or Disney. It is therefore clear that there is no release date yet for the game. We have simply added this page in anticipation of there being an eventual title, and this will be the page to confirm a Kingdom Hearts 3 release date.

i’ve been to a hundred sites to see when kingdom hearts 3 comes out and got a hundred release dates. if u know when kingdom hearts 3 is coming out, then wheres the prove?

kingdom hearts 3 should definetly come out for ps2!! go ahead hate on me and put comments saying that it would only come out on the ps3, but i think it should come out on the ps2. kuz first i dont have a ps3 kuz its hecka expensive and second i only have a ps2!! i do have a ds and a psp, and those two games are gonna come out on these two systems (i heard)…but can someone tell me the REAL release date for kh3 and what system that game is going to be made for?? and when those other two games are gonna come out?? email me at… myka96@aol.com … and tell me!!! i am goin crazy!!

okay for everyone who is confused about the KH games, here is me telling everyone once again what is up. there are 3 new KH side games comming out these games are birth by sleep, wich is comenly thought of as KH3 and will take place right after KH2 this is not true, birth by sleep is instead a side game that takes place long in the past but apprently not that far in the past because if you watch the final mix version of the preview it has king miki in it. anyways it revolvs around 3 “keyblade chasers” aprently fighting a war of somesort. the secound game is 358/2 days wich revolevs around roxas and his time in organization 13, or should i say organization 14 “oooooo 14th memeber very treaky, got to wate and see what happens there.” the final side game is kingdom hearts coded aprently it is a cell phone game and you help jimmany find some lost pages in his jurnal. and as for KH3 it is not in production yet. let me reapete: KH3 IS NOT IN PRODUCTION!!! anyone who says they know the realese date is lieing to you dont beleive anyone who says they know the realese date, my guess however to the realese of KH3 is sometime 2010 or 2011. but dont ask me because i dont know and nether does anybody else.

I was told that the release date was fall 2008….but…with games and movies, u have to tell ur audience when something is coming out at LEAST 9 months in advance…so…yeah….

Your right joey he did receive a letter from the king at the end of Kingdom Hearts 2. However that still doesn’t make any of what I said less true. Birth by Sleep is going to be a prequel to Kingdom Hearts 1. 358/2 Days is going to about Roxas’ time with the Organization. Now Coded is going to be the only one of the 3 games that happens after Kingdom Hearts 2. Coded will probably reveal what was in that letter from King Mickey. However each game is going to contain clues as to what Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be about. Also don’t hold your breath for it being released for the PS2. The PS2 is obsolete now that the PS3 has been released. Which means it is probably going to be released on the PS3.

Not to be mean person who wrote the coment under neth of me but thats stupid! Because at the end of kingdom hearts 2 sora recived a letter from mikey. So I guess that means he needs sora’s help. So he at least has got to be one of the main charcters in kingdom hearts 3! P.S. make kingdom hearts 3 come out on playstation2 PLEASE! THANHS!

oh em gee a talking muffin you need to actually look up your information before posting. First the person you’re thinking of isn’t Roxas it is Ven. This has been confirmed by Nomura many, many, many times. Second the game you are thinking of is not Kingdom Hearts 3, but Birth by Sleep. Nomura has already confirmed that Birth by Sleep (and the other 2 new games as well) are not Kingdom Hearts 3. Third, Birth by Sleep will be released only on the PSP. This was confirmed at the Tokyo Game Show ‘07 when the titles were revealed. Fourth, The game takes place ten years in the past and is about the Keyblade War which Nomura confirmed only to be a term used to show that there was fighting between people with keyblades. So don’t expect it to be an actual with hundreds of keyblade wielders.

people need to calm down and click the lil tabs on the side of the page. birth by sleep isnt kingdom hearts 3. its a game for psp just as 352/8 days is one for the DS. kingdom hearts 3 is only coming out for ps3 because it isnt coming out until at at least late 2009. by then no ps2 games will be being made (most likely) and the reason for it not being on 360 and wii is: its a SONY exclusive. the side games are being released because they are side game. the main games will only be released for sony products. in this case…ps3. i dont meant to sound mean. but seriously people just click the little side links, they will tell you all you need to know

For those of you who wanna see sora and the gang in KH3…TOO BAD
Kingdom Hearts 3 probably won’t be released this year…I can’t say for sure but I HIGHLY doubt it…
Also Sora Goofy and Donald will NOT be the main characters…and for those of you that watched the trailer, that was the face of Roxas aka Sora’s Nobody…Someone told me it wasn’t Roxas but only someone that looks like him, but I never trust rumors. So you probably shouldn’t either. As for the systems they should make it for PS2 and PS3 possibly for the xbox 360…Another reason why they might be taking so long is because they might be developing a version for the Wii which would only make sense, sense you do after all fight with a keyblade, and using two keyblades is why there is a nunchuck…but I’m saying it as a possiblity. It will obviously come out on PS3. Anyway just play something else in the mean time to take it off your mind until you can pre-order it from BestBuy or wherever (I like BestBuy cause…they’re the best duh!) and then just wait it out. A long wait = a great game (ex. Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion). So wait it out, the anticipation will kill you, but imagine how much happier and satisfied you’ll be when you finally walk outside and sign for a package and open thinking “I wonder what it could be…” And you see that beautiful, plastic package with the label Kingdom Hearts 3 or whatever the anticipated title is…maybe…Kingdom Hearts III Birth Of Sleep…idk, and you put it in your game system and start playing and you’re overcome with joy and emotion you haven’t felt since you got Halo 3 for the xbox 360 or the opposite of what you felt when you plugged in Final Fantasy VII Cerberus…Anyway, sorry for wasting space but I feel explaining this is necessary. and finally I believe the storyline will be completely different, I think it’s about The beginning of everything in kingdom hearts, somewhere after the Keyblade Wars but before Sora and the gang. So I don’t think that’s Roxas, but some look-a-like. Anyway that’s just my personal opinion.

The world of kingdom hearts is great but if they think that we will just forget about a game like then they are wrong we should do something about this or we are go to play all of those other blood and gore games we should demand the company to make a whole new world of kingdom hearts once again people have lots of emotions on that game and it was very sad to and they better make it for playstaion 2 and 3 for ever one thank you

i heard that kh3 may not come out til 2010!!! it better come out sooner because I’ll be really ticked off if i have to wait that long, exechialy since the only reason i bought a ps3 was to play that game! i also heard that there would be 3 games for ds psp and cell phone about what happened while Sora was asleep. i don’t care about thoughs stupid run-off games!! i want the next big installment of kh, with sora as the main character and of cource Riku and kairi will be in it to.
