Release Date
Kingdom Hearts 3 is yet to be a confirmed title by Square-Enix or Disney. It is therefore clear that there is no release date yet for the game. We have simply added this page in anticipation of there being an eventual title, and this will be the page to confirm a Kingdom Hearts 3 release date.

Okay. Here is the news on Kingdom Hearts 3.
The trailers are all real. For this stupid fan site, Kingdom Hearts 3 AND Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days are official titles now. Also birth by sleep IS kingdom hearts 3 for anyone not sure. It is scheduled to be released somewhere in late 2009 or early 2010 so hold your horses. I have been the entire game on the hardest difficulty twice and at the end of the game there was a trailer for kh3, just like in kh1, there was a trailer for kh2 if you beat everything.
For anyone who read “Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days” and are thinking, “What the hell is that?” it is a game based off the time inbetween when Sora was put to sleep in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for GameBoy Advance and when he is awakened in Kingdom Hearts 2.
Also there is a rumor going around that Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is going to be released for the PS2. I would say probably yes to that because they made Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters (a PSP game) for the PS2, so probably yes.

DUDES, i have been w8ing for KH3 for ages ive already completed KH2 and the first one twice i really want to know when the heck it is coming out and that i’ve heard rumours that KH3 wiil belong to square enix and that it is out next year.
KH3 hurry up and get a release date.

anyway king of kings thats what i have been trying to say. so thank you =) like i said before over and over again the creator didn’t say it would be for ps3. i read what he said during an interview i might have overlooked it but i doubt he said it would be for ps3. I think i rember him saying that it would be on a new generation system but i didn’t see “it would be on ps3″ who made that up anyway. But hey i might have overlooked it if someone thinks they know if it is coming out for ps3 for sure show me the porff don’t just say “i know becasue my friend told me” or “everyone is saying it” show me the proff from interviews with the creator.

umm.. i know this was posted a bit back.. but I disagree with you terra, i think that Sora is stronger. How does summoning the keyblade count as a fluke Sora has been able to do that since KH1, remember when Squall(Leon) had it and then it poofed into sora’s hands, i doubt that’s a fluke. Although Roxas was caught off guard and then defeated still Roxas is a part of Sora, so Sora must have strength like that hidden away somewhere.. Just my thoughts. Birth by sleep also sounds like an interesting game i’m gonna look into that. I thought KH3 would have been released sooner since it was so highly anticipated but i suppose not oh well.

it looks like sora is having a break but no…all the games that are coming out are all before kingdom hearts 2…..358/2 day for ds -this game is gonna take place while sora fell asleep and the game will tell everything about roxas…if you didnt know…sora’s victory over ooxas was a fluke…if sora’s keyblade never came back…roxas would destroyed him…vottom line…roxas is stronger..think about it…coded-is like a remake for kingdom hearts 1..not sure but its worth playing right…im not sure wats it gonna be out for…Birth by sleep(im dying to play it)for psp-this game takes place when sora and riku are 5 yrs old….so this game will tell about the 3 orginal keyblade weilders…

im not sure of the exact date but from what i know is that kingdom hearts 3 comes out in 2012 in america.

i am no noob i have just read intros from other pages and did research.
on the rumors page if you look carefully it states that the box art has not been confirmed at this point. as i said earlier the art work that is spreading over the net is most likely fakes. done by people that have nothing better to do.
tetsuya also states that he is giving sora a break from adventuring. only he knows what is happening so there is no point saying that it is for the wii or the ps3.
here are the confirmed plots so far. Sora and his friends do not play a part in the 3 side stories. the box art not confirmed. the release date not confirmed.

khlover you are right nothing we can do about that. ignoring them is the best option. there is still plenty to write about like in birth by sleep the main enemy is the unbirths. but in kh3 it is still unknown what the enemies are. by the way you talk about the cover for kingdom hearts on the wii that unfortunatly is fake. the cover known as the keyblade war is also a fake it is just art work done by another person obviously. sorry to point that out. the cover of kh3 has not been revealed at this point. sorry to shoot you down in flames like that.
remember they have not revealed any secrets of the third game at this point. so we just have to be patient. heck they may never release the game for all we know.
