Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws - there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story - “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles - “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World - “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

he did not give them up he simply made choises that coused him to “no longer belong to the dark relm” <— as told in teh game

n my specuations bout terra is that he is soras father (on a teaser/pre view you se him on destant island and in the water you see to young boys playing in the water, they look like a younger sora and riku. he then says something like “Please don’t depend on me, just erase me…”) n ven OBIUSLY has some relation with roxas. aqua im unshure of tho

well for no one seems to cares comment sora does have a mom like everyone does but shes not shown nor will be and for momichi you dont need to play 358/2 days to find that stuff out its in the cutscenes and in ansem journal riku turned into ansem in the middle of fighting roxas because he had to brign roxas to the mansion in twilight town riku didnt need to turn into ansem to beat him but he failed to finish roxas off when he had the chance and roxas left the organization because he wanted to meet sora and axel and roxas were best friends and both in organization XII together thats why is axel and not anyone else thats messing with roxas in the beggining of kh2 and cloud like in the final fantasy movie probually went back to his world like they said and was still fighting sephiroth they will be older but not in 368/2 days because thats accually b4 and in the middle of kh2 and birth by sleep is a good way to no this stuff to its the middle between kh1 and kh2 showing what happened to 5 organization members and riku and mickey choise along with showign us namine and sora sleeping and getting rid of soras a rumor that is flase if the ending of kh2 in gonna be followed threw with another game but a few years ago in my study of kingdom hearts i found out if kh3 is release on ps2 itll be the last game released on ps2 and that the new kingdom hearts game wont be called kingdom hearts 3 it will be called somethign else

well purple when ansem the wise suicides by following his heart with him defeated riku returned to normal because it was ansem the wise fault he was turned into the fake ansem.
and wigg thats not true it so simple that namine is kairi nobody roxas is soras and riku did turn into a heartless but his nobody was a creation of a member of organization XII member that was defeated in chain of memorys and riku also defeated the nobody but thinking differently for a minute they didnt come out of the game without being captured by the heartless only mickey did that sora turned himself into a heartless by releasing his heart in kh1 to save kairi and the princesses and kiaris heart was taken by the heartless at the very beginning of the game riku yeilded to darkness and turned himself into a heartless kinda

if you go on youtube and type in soras sacravise then youll get the video of sora turning himself into a heartless dont no if i spelled sacravise right but if that doesnt work type in sora unlocks his heart

i’m not sure about the riku being a heartless part, as vexen says the riku he controlled in CoM was a puppet he created, but riku may be a heartless as his keyblade had the heartless symbol without the cross inside of it for a keychain in kingdom hearts 2.

riku gave up his powers so he couldnt be used like he was in II. he hated how he became something other than himself. i want this game! i wish it had roxas, sora, kairi but to see how it was many years before them is friggin sweet

Omg this looks like it will be great. I am a really big fan of KH and i’ve played the 1st two and yeah they were awesome! I can’t wait to see the 3rd one. I have to say the graphics were amazing for the 1st two that came out. But one thing i dont understand is why that sora wont be the main character for this one i mean you can’t just leave him in the dust he has been the main character for the longest time and there isnt need for a ” break”. I think that sora should continue to play the role as main character because after all, he is the one that started all this in the game. I don’t think there can be a kingdom hearts without sora being the main character…… i think more people will complain about this because most favor him and riku…..

ahahaha this is the true story of riku it shall not be questioned or countered without a theory videogamehead i no what your thinking but when maleficent gave riku the power of darkness in never land he turned himself into a heartless when he was fighting sora accually everytime he fought sora heion your correct diz(ansem the wises) death and explosion of his machine turned riku to normal and he didnt lose his powers just most of them he needed to be the fake ansem to have full control of the darkness but without being ansem he just had dark sheild and auroa (the blast of light he uses)kingd your completely wrong and riku turned into ansem to defeat roxas

RIku gave his powers to hide within the darkness as ansem…..he needed to get close to the organization and after he was through, he had no reason to keep them. EVeryone knew who he was anyways and riku never wanted the form in the first place

Oh, please! The only reason that SORA, KAIRI and RIKU won’t star (much) in the next KH game is because that game is KHBBS and in BBS, SORA, KAIRI and RIKU are only 4, 4 and 5 years old, respectively!
Tetsuya Nomura didn’t say that Sora will not appear in KH3, he said that Sora willl not be an important character in BBS.
And that’s a whole differet thing.

If you guys do make KH3 you should put in Stich’s World, Cars World, and Ice Age but thoughs are worlds that I think that should be in the new KH3 if you make it well thats all I have right now.

Okay so xion was created by the organization using sora’s memories that namine scattered. Also Roxas isn’t falling for xion he feels a special bond with her because they are essentially both sora. Now my speculations are that ven is roxas. At the beginning of 358/2 days roxas doesn’t remember anything. Now this doesn’t mean that roxas did not exist before this game. True he is sora’s nobody but the organization gave him the name roxas. It was mentioned that Terra is sora’s dad. I’m not sure if that’s true but I believe that it isn’t. Just got to wait and see.

Ok first off the moron who said namine wasn’t kairis nobody its wrong in kh2 she goes back into kairi and she even says that she is and xion isent her nobody if u play kh 358/2 days u find out she’s a puppet made by oraganization XIII and vexen spearheaded the project ok and next riki isent a heartless the keychain symbolizes the darkness off the heart and he didn’t give them up he lost the when the machine blew Up not because he didn’t look like ansem anymore it was because kingdom hearts can’t be eclipsed by darkness like rikus heart was so when the machine blew up and the part of kingdom hearts came in contact with rikus heart it freed him oh and insider they didn’t send roxas to beat riku well they did in a mission but roxas ran away fought xion got mad and went out killing heartless in the world that never was and found riku by the skyscraper keyboades choosen roxas didn’t remeber anything because of the was he was born sora released his and kairis hearts note that he released 2 hearts both strong (which is y I think roxas can duel keyblade without the suit) and right after becomeing a heartless sora got his body back leaving behind roxas also the reason y soras and xenhearts heartless retained their memories and feeling is because they both choose to release their hearts and didn’t have them stolen like normal heartless and kairis heart had no darkness in it so that’s why her body stayed in the relm of light and y namine has no real body

sorry, unless you actually play the game, but just as xion fades, she tells roxas to stop xemnas, he tries to go and confront his former boss but is stopped by heartless, riku shows up and helps him, but then he turns on roxas, and defeats him. DiZ A.K.A, Ansem, puts him in the virtual reality with a false memory, tieing into KH 2
namine did have a body, in CHAIN, how could Larxene throw her aside if Namine had no substance.

Does anyone know when this game will come out? And where do u guys find all this information? I can’t find it. My friends and I love the games but can’t wait till the next one. But we have been talking. Does anyone on this site have a feeling this Is the LAST KH GAME!!!!! Tell me how you guys feel bout it. To be honest I think this could be the last one. I hope KH3’s the last KH game. If they make too many games, they’re just gonna get repetative and boring. And they can’t get a new main character unless it’s a spin off game because TETSUYA NOMURA HAS STATED THAT SORA IS THE MAIN CHARACTER OF THE KINGDOM HEARTS SERIES AND THAT WILL NOT CHANGE.
A series can’t last forever. Final Fantasy has because the stories have nothing to do with eachother. Same with Zelda. Zelda will never get old!!!

Yeah, I hate when things I like comes to an end too Sora fan. It’s depressing lol. I mean, they could make a few more KH games probably, maybe like, KH3 then a side game or two?
But the series will probably last for a long time. KH3 probably won’t be out until like 2012 or 2013, so we have plenty more time to wait on KH lol

Hey riku lol. Uhhh… yeah I’ve been posting pretty regularly for awhile now. That’s mainly because There aren’t a lot of websites I go on to pass time, I mean mainly it’s just youtube and IMDb. But since I know this is here, I check it every now and then.

hey, i was wondering, i read the page of denied rumors, is this site saying that they are denying the false rumor that Sora will not be in KH3 if it comes out? or is it saying that he will actually not be in KH3?

Birth by sleep is a side game centering around the keyblade weilders before Sora. It takes place ten years before KH1.
There is no KH3 as of now

hey i was researching mickey mouse and i came across a article of his star role in kingdom hearts 2 and it included this sentence which may be linked to the next kingdom hearts game READ THIS: Epic Mickey, featuring a darker version of the Disney universe, is scheduled to be released in 2010 for the Wii. idk what this means but this was strait after the part about his dark keyblade
