Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws – there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story – “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles – “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World – “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

Hello and this is what i heared.
There is a site where they talk about that Square is tightning the bounds with Nintendo [sorry for my bad english]
A Final Fantasy and a Dragon Quest are made for the Nintendo Wii, and since Kingdom Hearts is for youth and the PS3 is so increadibly exspensive the rumours are that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be brought out for the Nintedo Wii also becaus of the controler you can have a intenser gameplay with the keyblade(s)
I don’t know if it’s true.. i surly hope so.. becaus i really can’t buy a Playstation 3.. but i do can afford a Nintendo Wii..
And i really really REALLY love Square games (specially Kingdom Hearts) so i’ll do anything to get my hands on them as soon as it’s released in Holland!

I am secconding alexandria’s statment. Kingdom hearts 3 WILL be for the WII.
Notably i like this, honestly the PS3 is nothing special and i OWN a WII.

I personally disagree if KH3 came out on the WII it wont be nearly what you were expecting. For those of you who have a WII(I myself have one), gameplay well most definitely be like Zelda. The WII isn’t much of a step up in graphics compared to its Game cube and thats whats Square Enix is all about and its phenomenal plot and story lines for its rpg’s. A PS2 can probably push out better graphics than a WII. In all honesty if KH3 came out on the WII you will be most disappointed.Its not worth it, it will be almost like a downgrade and no one wants that.

it should probaly come out on PS2 because it would be better. K here is what i heard the armored figures are keyblade makers. There were 4 but one turned evil,and that is somehow connected to xenhorts memorys. Stay with me. At the end of KH2 the bottle probaly says that they (sora,riku,andkairi) need to find the knights and that you will get to be riku,sora,kairi,and king mickey. Somehow it all began with birth by sleep. these are rumors so i hope this helped. (these rumors sound resanable)

yo i have A new theory for the game
What If there is the 4 chasers (armoured figuresin the beginning and they created Kingdom hearts as a way to link all of the worlds and the hearts in them. Kingdom hearts was a peaceful idea, but it contained unlimited power becasue of the strength of all the hearts in them. THe 4 chasers each followed thier own paths in thier world known as the cross roads. One chaser , Xehanort, became greedy and wanted the power of Kingdom hearts for himself. He (the black and red figure in one of the new pics) and his acomplice (insert random name. I”l use 344 for now) plotted to try to steal it. THe chasers had a great batle over it. In the end the other three were unable to defeat Xehanort so they did the next best thing. They banded tgeather and used their keyblades to open kingonm herats and steal his memory. But with such a large amount of memory it was impossible to simply erase it. So they scattered it into fragments and gave one person in each world a pice of his memory. Lost and confused, Xehanort was stripped of his chaser powers and his keyblade. He awoke in Hollow bastion, where Ansem the Wise took him in.
THe memories remained dormant the whole time, safely kept out of his grasp. THe one factor that the chasers forgot was Xehanort’s acomplise 334(please come up with a better name). He waited in the shadows hoping that Xehanort would be able to decover his memories. When He was defeated (at the end of Kh2) he sought the help of Malificient to regain the memories. He knew of how she was able to summon all of her supporters during the events of Kh. He asked her to do it again to help him recollect the memories. He promised her the throne in disney castle as the queen of all worlds. She recalls her group of followers and a few new people for the task. They recovered on of the memories in the heart of MAlificent.(of of the memories must of went to her).
This casued a chain reaction across the worlds. All of the memories that were locked in peoples hearts were begining to stir. THey brought on unpredictable behaivorin those people.
King Mickey caought wind of this and sent Sora and Co. a letter asking for thier help in retaining the memoris in order to restore the balance of the worlds. THey set out to the worlds newly reconnected by the chain reaction of the memories. the memories could be retained from the peoples hearts through the use of the keyblades, or would be released if heartless stole that heeart.
THe chasers, seeing the danger in Xehanort beiing reconstructed by his memories tried to stop both parties. THey treid whenever they could to prevent them from retaining a memory.
In a sense a war started out over who would be the first one to gather the memories. Sora, Mickey and Co. to gather them and lock them away, or 344(name please!!) and Malificent’s party to respawn Xehanort. With the chaser’s caught in the middle trying to stop both sides.
What do you think. I had a previous theory before, but with some of the new updates I rethought it out to include them. Please comment with questions and critisisms. I am curios to see what other people think about it. Onca again I need a name for 334 or the old man standing bedide the black and red armoured figure in one of the new pics.

OK do any of you guys not get this, if its birth by sleep, then by birth they mean being reborn, like sora did when he SLEPT and regained all his memories aka being reborn, i mean this game could have nothing to do with sora, but it better, and i own a ps3, and its graphics are amazing, i think they should release kigndom hearts 3 for ps3. and ofcourse its side story(like chain of memories) for psp, and then you should be able to mix around stuff, that would be cool! wii qould be fun tho, but with shitty graphics, it would be cool to use the wiimote as a keyblade!

Um, ok. I agree I wouldn’t like to have the game come on the Wii, but personally, I think we’re going to have to face it. Chances are, the graphics shown in The Legend of Zelda are the best we’re going to get on the Wii. However, this is no where near the the quality of that of anything made by Square Enix. Not to mention, it would probably be set up similar to Zelda if it was on the Wii. I love my Zelda, but the actual interaction part just includes me twisting my wrist back and forth, not to hard. It’s going to have to come out on either the PS3 or the PS2, alot of money for the PS3, but…oh well… I’m probably going to get one sooner or later. They will hopefully drop in price by the time something worhtwhile has come out on it. The PS3 hasn’t been a huge seller, they should drop their prices at some point (I really hope so, I love this game.)

Obviously PS3. The creators are now focusing on the PS3 so Wii people are going to be disappointed. Seeing the graphics on Wii so far, I don’t at all personally.
If they were to have a side story on the game before three for PSP or PS2, I’m so gonna buy it.
And the game itself won’t be call “kingdom hearts 3/ III” So the developers say.

i have a theroy that the chasers are some kind of race like the nobodies and the heartless because in KH2 Roxas drew a symbol that unlocked the floor and he got into the lab and if you pause just after he draws the picture you see a crown down the bottem and above it to the side there is the heartless symbol then next to it there is the nobodies and the first story of kingdom hearts is about how the heartless tries to take over kindom hearts and in KH2 it was the nobodies so in the third one the “chasers” will try to take over kingdom hearts.

Well after watching the latest trailer features in the KH2: Final Mix + it shows us the four people, including a battle.
It also shows us their faces. One is blue haired, another brown haired man, and then someone that looks extremely like Roxas. Many have said it is Roxas growned up, though it hasn’t been confirmed i think.
Then there is the old guy that is wearing a similiar outfit to Ansem.
Sora, Kairi, and Riku do not show up in the trailer. Mickey does at the end holding what looks like a Spell type-keylbade instead of the usual Kingdom Keyblade.
So yeah, check out the latest trailer for more stuff on KH3. It is also said that they’ll be giving a more direct response this summer about the Kingdom Hearts series plans. At least I heard.
On the Wii part, that’d make sense but at the same time might prove to be difficult considering things. Zelda worked with it, but KH and the Final Fantasy series might have to be revised to consider the Wii controls so they may just stick to the PS3 as Square-Enix is still producing Final Fantasy XIII and FF Versus XIII for it.
The graphics must be considered as well. Though they may just release it for both consoles if they were smart.

It could be roxas in the video, but i dont really understand how it could happen, considering roxas is permanently binded with sora, and btw the keyblade mickey is holding is the star seeker, i believe. as for the idea of chasers i have no clue what they could be. Maybe chasing hearts for kingdom hearts perhaps. lol here’s a question for all you guys which outer appearance of kingdom hearts do you like better? the one in KH where kingdom hearts is all yellow with some orangy/brown, or do you liek it better in KH 2 when its yellow, purple and black? I personally like the second one better, i think it looks a lot cooler.

the kingdom hearts in KH2 was the same as in KH untill Ansem the wise attacked it with the codeing machine thigy so Kingdom Hearts remains a moon in the shape of a heart, as far as the chasers i hope they are a third race of enemies since KH is all about the holy trinity and what not so…

I think that KH3 should come out for PS2 PS3 and the Wii. That way most people would be happy. I would rather that it come out for Wii or the PS2 becaue the Wii has that cool gameplay because of the remote, and it should come out for playstation 2 because I think that most people that are fans of KH2 and KH1 already have a PS2. I mean it would be tight if it came out for the PS3, PS2 and Wii, but most likely it won’t, but having it come out for just the PS3 would be stupid because from what I have heard not only do more people own a Wii than a PS3 more people would rather it come out for the Wii because of the revoloutinary controller that Nintendo developed. Overall I think that it would make me, and alot of other Kingdoms Hearts fans happy if it came out for Wii, PS3 and PS2

(be prepaired, bad spelling) the whole argument over weather KH3, if its even called that, is coming out for the ps3, the wii, or both, is giving me a headache. personaly, i dont care as much about the graphics as much as the gameplay and story. i own a wii, and the gameplay would most likly be like zelda twilight princess, which i would enjoy playing another game like that. i have played a ps3 and it has amazing graphics, but if square-enix is smart, they will release KH3 for both next-gen systems. Another thing on squares part is that if final mix+ isnt released outside of japan, the world will come to a colamity, nerds will bomb japan, and this will cause a nucliar war which will end the human race as we know it.

I never heard of the video where it shows the masked figures faces but I’ve unlocked the video at the end of the game and my theory for the birth by sleep is that somewhere in a dream sora or another leading character created an evil or had a nightmare making the new type of enemies.

You can find the (new?) video on youtube or just google it. It looks pretty cool but pretty dark. Don’t know if nintendo is this “edgy,” though they did have a few “grown-up” games for the cube, so who knows.

Who else here thinks that Square should make movies going from the original kh-the future. I think KH3 should be on the PS3 Ps2 and PSP. By the way, Dustin’s theory sounds like it could be possible, based off of what we already know, it would make a really good game. Good job!!!

most Likely KH3 WILL be On the PS3, Square (back in the day[around 1996 or 97]) Had a squable with Nintendo and Had restricted nintendo its rights for marketing square games on its consule for a set amount of time. of course, square enix does allow nintendo to release remakes of its older titles(FF 1&2, FF 3 GBA, FF 3 DS etc). and if Square finds a good marketing opportunity theywould allow nintendo to produce some albeit few of its game (crystal chonicles, FFXI: severent wings, children of mana etc..even Kingdom hearts for the gamecube) sorry to burst that bubble on The WII(I admit I want one too…its pretty fun) users but KH3 will first premiere on the PS3 (god I hope its ps2)….but Later after that who knows.

A friend of mine said that KH3 might take place in the past and following up to the creation of Orgaization XIII. It kind of explains why Mickey has the keyblade from Yensid (Mickey’s teacher)and must have received the Kingdom Key at some point in the game.
Something came across my mind when watching the trailer that the chasers might be the members of Orgaization XIII because when the last chaser takes off his helmet, his face kind of put the picture of Saix in my head but with black and shorter hair and it looks like he is going to do something big when Kingdom Heart appears and his eyes turn yellow like how when Saix gains power from Kingdom Heart’s moonlight. The Roxas look-alike being here adds to this guess.
Also as sidenotes, the Roxas look-alike seems to have survive the attack because his eyes are still moving and the thing that is with the bald guy (which I’m pretty sure is Xehanort)is wearing an outfit with some similar features to Riku’s dark outfit.
And as a question, is anybody sure that the blue hair person is a girl because if it is a guy, it could be Zexion.

i think that the 5 figures are the actual chasers because in kh2s special they say the lost 2 the bald guy turned the black one evil(like what maleficent did to riku). they each might control a spell.The old guy with blizzard the girl w/ thunder and probably the black w/ wind (like the organization). I think the star seeker was mickeys real blade but he found the dark realms stopping it from reaching kairi stopping these future events but id did not work. The two pieces of xehanort got back together because namine told roxas “you won dissapear, you’ll be whole” but he got older probably again dealing with the lost 2. And the bald guy being xehanort thought he was supposed to be the keyblade master starting the war. Then again the chasers could be people born by sleep.

Here is a reply to the very first post…
1) The armored figures are Sora, Riku and Roxas.
2) IN the beginning of the trailer as with the middle two figures split…Sora splitting into Roxas…and And that caped dude splitting into an axel type character.
3) Caped Man (Xemnas) summoned kingdom hearts using Sora’s heart(the strongest heart in the game)
4) Sora thus turns back into a heartless hence the darkening skin and yellow eyes

I think that “Birth by Sleep” could mean Dreams or thoughts and the sand land could be where all the the dreams end up cuz dreaming has been an important aspect in the first two games E.G. Sora’s dreams of the Keyblade and of heartless and Roxas’s dreams of Sora’s Memories and in the secret ending to KH2 (not final mix) the first knight stood still untill he split and became whole so I reckon that could be a dream taking form and that maybe all the keyblades created are dreams.
In the Final Mix (KH2) ending: mickey is holdin the StarSeeker Keyblade which you get from Master Yen Sid. I think it is set before KH1 yet after KH2 cuz Mickey has that keyblade and I think he has only just learn’t about keyblade and the heartless and stuff BUT a knight looks like Roxas which makes me think that Roxas didnt “die” or w/e but was sent to Dream sand land as he was a keybearer.

I think that it could be multi platform. Hav it on PS3 and Wii
OR (i just thought of this) There could be like a huge multi story multi platform thing where you get one part of the story on like the Wii then you get another part on PS3 and so on.
KH2 left us with two story lines to tie up
1. Sora, Riku and possibly Kairis new mission from the king (the message in the bottle)
and
2. The knights and Ansem/xehenort keyblade war
I just hope there isnt another repeat of KH: CoM with the cards (ARG!)

Why does every one want it t o come out for the wii? Yes the wii is a great console but it would suck. It would be like Zelda and besides the main story has been on the playstation so long that it just wouldn’t be right to change now. I think it should come out for both PS2 and PS3.

I have heard a huge rumor where the KH3 will almost positively come out in playststion 3. this is different because in #3 there is the best graphics and i have also talked to workers in any gamestore (gamestop, eb-games) you may ask and you will most likely hear that it is comming out in PS3

Aren’t square enix games usually ps2 games it would probably be better on the PS3 or Ps2 because they wouldn’t just go and put it on the wii, plus its going to have awesome graphics which kind of give a hint that it wont be on the wii but if they could it would be awesome if they made a PS3, PS2, and wii version so everyone gets a chance to play the game i can’t wait till it comes out in the us.

DUDE!!!! I can’t wait till the next installment of KH comes out, but the trailer was pretty confusing. The one thing I noticed was that one of the four figuers, which I am guessing that they are the Chasers, was Roxas. So here is my guess. I think that the red and black person is Riku’s Nobody, cause Riku was once controlled by Ansem and he was a Heartless at that time. So he had to become a Nobody. The Old man is either Ansem or Xehananort. I also think that what they are fighting for is power of all the keyblades. Now listen to me, if someone had the power of all the keyblades then they unlock anything, even Kingdom Hearts. So I think that the chasers and the other 2 dudes have to be fighting over the deepest depths of kingdom Hearts, which has to grant the greatest power over all hearts! That’s is just my idea.

I know the complete truth a bout the KH3 storyline. Here is how it goes(THIS IS ALL THEORY BASED ON THE FIRST TWO GAMES THE REMIXS AND CHAIN OF MEMORIES)
1. Those three characters are not at all Sora, RIku, or Kairi.

3. Mickey is a faggot. Don’t pay any attention to him being at the end of the clip. He was just added on for Disney advertising purposes. By the way he is carrying the second keyblade that you get from Kingdom hearts 2.
4. The Original and true statement about chasers is that their are FOUR of them. Each went down a different road. (HENCE THE CROSSROAD IN SECRET MOVIE of KH2). Two went to light , One went to twilight, one went to complete darkness.

I think that in the Final Mix+ secret movie, the armored figure who gets frozen is Sora. It sure looks a hell of a lot like Sora, at any rate. The other two I have but mild speculation about. The blue-haired guy is something like Riku. Maybe a Nobody or something. The other dude looks like a cross between Leon and Auron. The bad dude, you may ask? I have specualtion on him, as well. Did you happen to notice his clothing? Think back to what Ansem (Heartless) wore in the first KH. Seeing some similarities now? Wait, there’s more! Going back to the two armored figures I have little to go by on, they do look like what I imagine Donald and Goofy would look like in a human form. Mayhap the bad dude, in an effort to weaken them, turned them into humans. And changed their eyes. And removed their goofiness. That seems like an odd road to victory to me. I mean, damn, half the time the plans screw up is because Donald and Goofy were doing something stupid. I have more solid fact to go on for my Sora hypothesis than the either two, but they seem logical enough to me. The bad dude’s Keyblade-wielding compadre could be a new form of Hearltess, because I can’t think of anything else besides an apprentice. King Mickey’s being there may be an indicator that I’m correct, but, due to his being alive back in Timeless River, he may be immortal, or at least, really really really really long-lived. That’s one rodent that’s gonna be hard to exterminate! I’ll remind you, this is all merely my specualtion. It is in no way to be taken as fact. First off the 3 warriors: 1 of them has to be Roxas, the tallest one resembles Sora all grown up, and as for the girl……i havent a clue.
Secondly, the old man. If you take a look at him and a pic of Ansem aka Xehanort from KH1, you’ll see that they’re both wearing the EXACT same clothing!! What this means, i have no theory on that yet. But i’ll keep everyone updated on what i find out. But think the old man and Xehanort are connected with the message “birth by sleep”.

I don’t really have any theories on who those people are but…
Assuming KH3 is going to be out 2011/2012-ish. I really don’t think KH3 is going to be on PS2, you really have to think of the gap between KH1 and KH2. Frankly, I don’t know how many game companies are going to release such a major player of a game on a console that’s going to be pretty outdated.
I think Wii and PS3 are the two major possibilities.
I’ve seen some people saying it’s going to be like Zelda, but the fact of the matter is that Twilight Princess was basically made for the Gamecube with few graphical updates for the Wii. Twilight Princess simply didn’t take advantage of the Wii’s graphical capabilities.
In addition, Disney and Nintendo are pretty much companies with the same target market. I think Disney even created a department solely for the creation of Wii games. Disney supplies a majority of the content for KH games and if Disney really pushes Square Enix to release it on the Wii, I don’t think they could really refuse.
The Wii is also cheaper.
On the other hand, Square might just follow along in their current tradition and release it on the PS3. Square is certainly a company that pushes graphical limitations. The trailer looked like something that belonged more on the PS3 though, being darker and more mature.

You are right about the short armored knight, by the looks of it, it is roxas. But how did he become one of the knights or chasers? Actually the old man is the chaser as I think it is. Come to think of it, he summoned a heart shape moon on the sky just like in KH2. And he can control all the keyblade all he wants. He is not to be looked as Xehanort or Xemnas. And those other 2 knights, they don’t much resemble anyone from the earlier games. The tall Knight’s eye changed from blue to yellow, and no one can do that except if he is another form of seperated body from another guy. Not that I am saying that he is a nobody, all I could think of is there might not be only 2 seperations of body which is the heart and the shell but there is more. And the shadow apprentice, he is but mysterious, but doesn’t seem to connect to riku. Maybe it is whats controlling riku from kingdom hearts 1, because remember, he just appeared on the old man’s side which is he must have been fuse with him, just like Riku. Back to the third lady knight, same hair color as riku’s but is not riku. Who could this girl be?
If you ask of why roxas is with them, ask the producer. Anyway, on my theory, after fusing back with sora again, I think it is only the memory that Sora needed, so Roxas might have been asked by the two knights to become one with them since he is strong enough.
Birth by sleep. Intriguing fragment of sentence, or should I say riddle. All of this are riddles to each events that are going to happen in the next game. Xehanort’s memories? It should mean that those knights know xehanort’s past memories. That is why they have to stop the old guy which might be the chaser. Xehanort could be under that old guy in his past life. The old guy might have sent him to be seen that great danger awaits than what he will bring on the first games.
I sure hope that most of my thoery will be right. As for which consoles should it be, how about the game should be in both consoles. It would be better to see the differences. Since I have PS3, I wouldn’t mind if it is on PS3 or PS2 but I won’t buy the game on Wii. I’ve heard much about it, but it is up to you to decide because I am sticking with my console. About the name, we should stop calling it KH3, because the producer didn’t say any title about it except that he would not repeat the name as Kingdom heart. Let’s call it KEYBLADE WARS.

One more thing about the chasers. The old guy and Xehanort might be the two chasers. Xehanort’s memories were to warn the good guys of great evil ahead and get them ready at the same time for what is coming. Xehanort might have been defeated by the other evil chaser so he might have forgotten his past after but time by time, he regains those memories and change himself to evil so the good guys could get stronger after they defeated him. And this would put them together and work as a team to defeat this new evil. We might not know, the old guy might have had the same amount of villains at his side too. But please, don’t mistake those knights as chasers, they are but teenagers set to be warriors to help or aid Sora and friends out. After all, everyone could hold a keyblade in their hand as to believing their ownself. well, I think that is all for now.

I have played the game 4 times both beginner(1) and proud mode(3)… if anyone would want to know that… I would pay attention to details closely because that would help, but big imagination that connects with the game helps too… especially if it would make sense… just keep an eye out of any new trailers or news of the third sequel…

Charlie… you cannot save the ending of the game, and it is just that at the ending. If you load the game, it will only start to the last saved location you have. But other than that, either you restart it or leave the game alone. As much as I would see it, I think you just started playing it like and right now, you want to see the ending but you can’t. I recommend you to play the game in proud mode and just complete all the worlds, other than that, you are done and ready to watch the secret ending. Don’t worry about the status, as I said before, it will only stay like that.

But Xehanort died, at the second game, which means that the other chaser is but another character and not xehanort. They might have the same clothes but their face is different. And look at the color of the old guys’ skin. It is whiter than xehanort. nope… check the trailer before you assume that it is sora, riku and kairi… cuz by the looks of it… it is way too far for those two knights to resemble riku and Kairi… now as I said before… it does show that the short one is Roxas… look at the hair style and the color of the hair… only one person have that and that is ROXAS… for the one walking with the old guy… it is infact a chaser’s live shadow armor… but we have to assume that the two chaser is Xehanort and the old guy… they both have the same clothes but they have different characteristics in them…
What I am also saying is, Square-enix introduces a bunch of new characters but they won’t use the old characters to be the armored knight because it will only confuse you when you get the game… and it will get the game boring… just think about it… meeting new character in the game will make the game awesome… It wouldn’t connect to the story line if suddenly the old characters change… and it wouldn’t make sense either…

As much as you can say it anithero… the silver haired you are talking about is not the same as the one on FF versus XIII. The Protagonist in FF v XIII is a dude but he is awesome… but the silver haired in here is a girl… meaning the two are completely new just like anybody else…
They are introduced as a new character in the series… just like SORA, RIKU, KAIRI was introduced in the SQUARESOFT/SQUARE-ENIX and to the whole world… As a matter of fact… They are not going to use the protagonist from any other FF series or square-enix games as the main characters because those characters are it’s own logo in it’s own game… it wouldn’t be right to use them in another game as another playable character…

Who says that these guys are the main characters first of all? The video could be a set-up for the actual game involving supporting characters. There may be more of the armored guys for all any of us know (look at the secret optional boss in FM+). yes charlie… because it is an RPG game just like some FF series which you can only save the game before the last boss fight… where you can only complete other mission… but FFX and up have an exception… because you can use the data from the previous saved game that you have finished…
On the other hand… I have confident that they too are main characters… You don’t have to get a hold of the character to make them a main character… but you can call them whatever you want… Protagonist, allies, extras, etc…
And for the appearance of the characters and the trailer… The story is a fiction… but why would they make a feminine type of dude??? that is a question you might get answered once the game comes out… but I wouldn’t think that it is a dude… creativity just goes that way, got problem with art… go to the ones that make them… and they will know what to fix in the game… My final answer is it is a girl… not dude…GIRL…
As far as for those three knight… yes I am concerned that there might be more of them at the later game… but I already said earlier… the villain will have numerous of allies in their side… meaning those three knights will have allies too… but it won’t only be Sora and friends but hidden knights as well… Many surprises will come up… as soon as the real trailer comes out for the the third game…

now im american i think this is how it goes. bear with me> as ive gone throught these rumors iv put my own thery into play. the old man isnt xenort. hes just a new enemy. witch is why the 4 chasers made the key blades in the first place. now i read that 2 of them went to light one to dark and one to twilight(pergatory). in the beginning of the mix ending u see one chasers hold back the other and he leads the attack. i think thats xenort, who goes down the twilight path. after the war with the old man they all split up. but when they see that one chaser become evil they lock away there leaders thought aka xenort. now after xenort wakes up at ansums feet he is dazed and confuzed and struggles to retrive his memeries. remeber how i said twilight was like pergatory? well thats were xenort first goes to get his memories. now heartless or in purgatory. waiting to be judge by the key blade. that is why xenort studies them. now micky says he studies heartless to rule the worlds. hes not. the only reason he trys to destory every one in his way is because he knows they will lock his memories forever.the reason i think this is because it says any one with darkness in there heart will be consumed by the heartless. if so why wasnt xenort. he had greed to control the world witch is pretty dark. now why didnt the heartless consume him especaly when he was so close to them. the note at the end of kh2 is micky saying the the old man is back. he was “reborn from his sleep” witch the chasers put him in. now micky wants sora and freinds to awken xenorts memoories and then have xenort bring back the chasres to defeat the old man once and for all.
this is all theory. but it should not be taken lightly

Honestly, I disagree with it being a whole new game. No doubt they’ll tie in sora’s tale. I doubt they would leave KHII with that ending, and give out a game like this, with the whole keyblade war and whatnot.
And as for ps2 release blah blah blah, I’m guessing ps2 AND ps3. Just like twilight princess; wouldn’t that be the best bet? More money for square anyway.
But yah, that’s just me.
I think I would die from sadness if they totally ditched sora and the gang. ouch. my heart XD

Here’s another theory: I believe that the entire movie takes place in the past before KH1, because there were so many keyblades (from the great keyblade war) when in reality there are only 3 or 4. And like i said b4, the old man and Xehanort from KH1 are wearing the EXACT SAME clothes!! so this is why i think the old man and Xehanort are connected somehow.(see below)
When it says “birth by sleep”, I believe it means to explain how Xehanort came to be. sleep: being defeated, and birth: how Xehanort appears on Ansem’s doorstep.
At the end of the video, you see Mickey looking concerned out in the distance. I believe Mickey (and possibly the 3 chasers) stops the old man but doesn’t destroy him completely. Instead, the old man wakes up in Radiant Garden drained of his powers and his memories. (basically, i believe Xehanort and the old man are the same person).
This would explain why Xehanort had extraordinary talents, not to mention they both have white hair (doesn’t mean much). (if you watch the egnigmatic soldier battle and read the translations, you’ll see that this theory is quite possible).

(from ansem report 9) the one who saved the world was mickey, and the one who wrought chaos was the old man, Xehanort.
One thing i haven’t thought of yet would be what Mickey’s message to Sora and Co. could have been about. If anyone has any thoughts or replies, feel free to speak out, i’d really appreciate it.

My theory is that kairi is the real ansem’s daughter. Her mother is the blue haired lady holding the keyblade in the secret ending. kairi is the key to kingdom hearts. I didn’t read all of the post above this one, but i did checkout alot of the youtube posts. I don’t think the 3 knights are Riku Kiari and Sora. None of the hair matches, although the frozenknight LOOKS like Roxas, he can’t be it would conflict with the story – unless they split again.
i think the trailer at the end of KH2 mentioned 2 people being lost or something. this makes me think that something happens to Riku and Kairi.
it might also be a prequil, explaining why Mickey has a keyblade before the first KH even begins – check the ansem reports in KH. the fake ansem mentions him having a keyblade. I’ve also heard that the last knight – the one with the glowing eyes – might be xheonort. i think he is at least half dark, like riku, because his eyes change color.
The blue haired knight is a girl, and because it won’t be out for another 2-3 years(just my guess) it will probablybe for the PS3 – if it hasn’t dropedin price by then Sony will have gone out of business, or droped it entirely.

Here’s another theory: I believe that the entire movie takes place in the past before KH1, because there were so many keyblades (from the great keyblade war) when in reality there are only 3 or 4. And like i said b4, the old man and Xehanort from KH1 are wearing the EXACT SAME clothes!! so this is why i think the old man and Xehanort are connected somehow.(see below)
When it says “birth by sleep”, I believe it means to explain how Xehanort came to be. sleep: being defeated, and birth: how Xehanort appears on Ansem’s doorstep.
At the end of the video, you see Mickey looking concerned out in the distance. I believe Mickey (and possibly the 3 chasers) stops the old man but doesn’t destroy him completely. Instead, the old man wakes up in Radiant Garden drained of his powers and his memories. (basically, i believe Xehanort and the old man are the same person).
This would explain why Xehanort had extraordinary talents, not to mention they both have white hair (doesn’t mean much). (if you watch the egnigmatic soldier battle and read the translations, you’ll see that this theory is quite possible).

(from ansem report 9) the one who saved the world was mickey, and the one who wrought chaos was the old man, Xehanort.
One thing i haven’t thought of yet would be what Mickey’s message to Sora and Co. could have been about. If anyone has any thoughts or replies, feel free to speak out, i’d really appreciate it.

I’m assuming that the “chasers”
we hear about are going to be the new “heartless”. I also assume that the three people (you should watch the extended video of the KH2 secret ending final mix) are either chasers them selves or the last standing “duel wielders” (duel key blade weilders). If you watch the video it shows a man (who is apparently the shawdowy figure from before)who is wearing the same thing as Xehanort’s hertless wore in KH1, so he may very well be Xehanort’s master or some such. There is a being weilding Riku’s keyblade which brings me to the assumption that the events in KH3 are showcasing what WILL accure and not what has. Being that in Chain on memories and KH1, Sora stood in a grassy plain that resembled the crossway and the keyblade gravyard, maybe the keyblade war WILL happen. I also think game play will be very different. I think we will not only have reaction commands and co-op commands but also more buttons to press instead of just X for attact and triangle for react, I actually hope that there will be button operations and combinations to cast magic and such.

I think you are incorrect about the idea of reincarnated characters. It is true one of the charatcers look exactley like Roxas, but Roxas is Sora’s spirit, how caan he AND Sora exist at the same time? As for the bald guy…looks nothing like Xehanort. I truely think the he is Xehanort’s master…and maybe the weird being weilding Riku’s keyblade is Xehjanort being that Riku was only able to weild that same keyblade AFTER becoming one with Xehanort’s heart…I do support your theory about birth by sleep, though.

The three Keyblade you see are Riku’s,Sora’s,and Mickey’s.This is a video from before Sora have been chosen to become the Keyblade master.This story tells you all the mystery of the Keyblade.
The area that this clip takes place is Destiny Island.The three Knight holding the Keyblades are Hiro,Ata,and Helio.

Have any of you read the Chrysalids by John Windyam (or whatever his last name is; I can’t be bothered to look through my English books.)
Consider the book’s style: It SEEMED to have taken place in the past because of the olden agricultural ways… But in truth, it was in the future, after an atomic bomb totally killed most of the world.
Could it be that this new game (hopefully tied into the whole KH series) be like the Chrysalids? It’s in the future yet seems like it’s in the past?
And if you haven’t heard about this book, go Google it or borrow it from your local library ;D

i think that when they said birth by sleep. i got the idea that xehanort was the guy in rikus dark uniform and coz he came out of the old guy i think that xehanort can change forms. and when he was defeated he lost his memories through kingdom hearts. So the chasers had no fear so they taught yen sid everything and chose the new keybladers (sora and kairi) and died. well back to xehanort he forgot everything and all his powers transfered to riku thats why he can connect with darkness so easily when ansem was in the picture. He got taken by Ansem where he found out about the hearts and he killed himself to be a nobody. When xemnas found Zexion, Zexion had a secret that his sister or his incarnation was one of the chasers.then the story went as usual. then when xemnas got destroyed and riku couldn’t access the dark anymore getting rid of ansem the heartless. xehanort was born once again getting his memory back and the only one who new about the real xehanort was mickey who warned the new keybladers (sora, riku and kairi) about xehanort and thats about how fari have gotten

so say everything you guys have said, beeing only a rumor maks sence, can someone then tell me how the hell does Roxas fit in that video, cause really, i can be completly wrong, but that has to be Roxas, i could actualy bet on it. Just take another look at that video. So if Roxas is there, to me, that video is the future, Roxas cant exist before Sora dies in KH1. I may be really wrong, but its not Like Square to make a caracter that looks just like Roxas and just put him there, give him another name, and just confuse us all. My gess is Roxas now in some future is the link to Sora, (who is in our present the one we play, and has no idea whats going on), just as Riku was there to keep an eye on Roxas making sure he would find Sora one day, and give him back hes memories, so KH2 could start up. Roxas was part of the Organisation XIII, what makes you think he could not end up beeing one of does 3 armored caracters on that video?? but yeah i can be very wrong…

KH is not a game for kids really, the story is to much for any kid to keep up, or why would we be here trying to figure out any of this, KH is for adults that lived thru all the disney movies, and loves all the FF games. And honestly KH2 has such a dark thing to it compared to KH1? i can imagine 3 beeing a bit choking at times. I wouldn’t be surprised if they made the trailer to lead Kingdom Hearts fans on a completely different trail while they concerntrate on making the real game; which would be much better and make much more sense. This would explain why everyone is confuzzled about the trailer including me. As for the release date, we have more hope of a Playstation 10 being released before it ever comes out. LOL!!!

Okay here is my take on the console situation. I think the next Kingdom Hearts game will be on the PS2/PS3 but also possibly Wii. The reason why I say it will stay with playstation is because that’s where their current fan base is. For them to only release it on Wii would probably lower their gross income from the game. Also I have been wanting to get a Wii since the day it was released, and still I have yet to find one! I suspect by that time though Wii will be more plentiful. As for the PS3 I believe the price will drop a little bit, but not as much as what everyone wants it to be. Remember Sony loses money everytime they sell a console. I think the best they could do is to take part of the Hard Drive out a little bit to maybe a 3-4 GB drive. Which would reduce the price a little bit, but that’s all that they can basically afford to do. Yes $600 is a nice hefty hunk of change, but it’s really cheap for a Blu-Ray Player!

what i think is that since xarnaut goes to get mellicifients help to get his memories back that something might happen that fuses nobodys and heartless together to create mindless which is probably that last symbal that roxas draws on that paper and it would make sense because it would get boring just doing the same stuff over again defeating heartless and nobodys defeating bosses saving kingdome hearts etc… so why not create a new enemy an enemy more powerful than heartless and nobodys the mindless beings who fear the keyblade above nothingelse going from world to world searching for minds to make themselves whole

i’ll agree that maybe not everyone was “reincarnated” (not even sure thats the right word in this case, re-made maybe). i’m thinking the last knight shown, the one with the eye’s changing, is either xemnas, or saix in the past. this being before they became heartless – most likely xemnas as it mentions his lost memories. the Roxas look alike is not the reincarnation of sora, but rather who sora was remade from, that could explain why roxas doesn’t really look like sora. i think the chasers will be neutral if they play an active part in the story. they could all be dead and just be metioned, or not take sides and try to stop everyone. i’m guessing the chasers come from a world similar to were the nobodies come from – useing roxas’ look alike, and the fact that roxas is a nobody to support that.
i don’t think the old man is xemnas’ master, more like subconsios role model – he loses his memories, probably has flashbacks relating to the bald guy and figures hell i might as well be evil like him – also only heartless ansem dress like the old guy.
on a side note, the old guy clearly uses an earth spell to rase the ground, the girl would be a healer because she cast protect, and because they split the dark keyblade wielder can probably use the same spells as the old guy

Actually the armored people were revealed in a Kingdom Hearts special PSM (Playstaion magazine.). The people there are the judges from Final Fantasy 12. This is *not* a rumor.
And as for the console thing, why in the world would it come in wii? Sony and Nintendo are competetors, no way are they going to pass one of their best selling series to Nintendo!

I think that the whole kingdom hearts 3 is just about sora’s dreams. “Birth by Sleep” that could mean that Sora is creating all this in his dreams. Maybe he has some bond with that world and that whole world depends on him. So i belive that Sora is creating all this by his dreams and somehow the darkness inside him is starting to take over. This is my theory. I have gotten many facts by searching the net for hours. First though I would like to say THERE ARE NOT TWO EVIL PEOPLE!!! Xehanort makes a copy of himself, not two diffrent people.

The evil person in the movie, Is what happens when Xemnas (nobody) and Fake Ansem(Heartless) combine.
If you remember they where both “lost” in the darkness. It would be easy if they lived (Which they did) to come back together. In the darkness its like “Sleeping” and when the two combine Its a new person, Or an new person is being born “Birth” again.
I think this is in the future, the tallest knight is Sora, Everyone saying the Kid looks like Roxas, but Roxas is just a copy of Sora with diffrent cloths and blond hair. I think they are Soras kids. Plus if you look the girl with Gray/Silver hair looks shockingly like *hint*hint* Kairi.

All the worlds have fallin into chaos, because they where conected. remember it said in the first one all the worlds where diffrent? and all had to not know about other worlds? Atleast one person on each world knows about it from Sora.
The would fall into chaos Explaining that Sora saved all those places, but brought them Chaos.
If you look, when Sora goes into Darkness form, (like proud form, or wisdom form) his eyes turn Yellow like that and His skin turns black.
Xehanort Is there at the cross-roads of all worlds to try once again to control Kingdom hearts, it even shines directly on that world (he just splits the clouds for you to see it).
They are there to stop him as a last resort. Sora may be turning “Heartless” because of all the rage of failing and All the worlds fell to chaos because of him.

K. I am so frikin confuesed!!! 1st, KH3 should be on a PS type system not WII. I totally agree wit Sammy. In the video @ the end ( u need to read it) it says “There is no such thing as a coincedence in fate.” then the guy with the wierd eyes shows up and they show Kingdom Hearts and it says “All fates have been set” then Mickey (in a new outfit)holding the keyblade that his master person gave him stares @ it and then it says “After a long time each fate….will await the awakening of a new tale..” The people we see in the video must me the new Sora, Roxas, kairi, Riku and Mickey + evil dudes. Alright, I know this has been said often but KH3 should be released for all the three systemes. They would make all KH fans happy and plsu making alot more money as well. And another thing, Dustin… You’re teory makes so much sense I swear you were fired from Square Enix XD. I like reapers theory, but i don’t think any of the original cast – aside from mickey and possibly xemnas – are in the video. the hair of the big knight is nothing like Sora’s, and the only way Roxas could be in it is if Sora got turned into a heartless again – that’s what happens with the dark drive form thing, all his evil comes out temporiarily turning him into a heartless, since his heart is so strong he changes back which is why his eyes turn yellow.

Information on Kingdom Hearts III
Sora has to be the main character of Kingdom Hearts 3. Without Sora, * 1) it’s not Kingdom Hearts, seeing as creator Tetsuya Nomura said himself, “Kingdom Hearts is Sora’s story. * 2) Because the franchise would take serious financial losses, for the upsetting of many, many fans of the series. Unlike Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts is an on-going story and each title does not stand alone. * The 3 armored people in Sunset Horizons are new characters. They are not anyone we’ve seen before, including Sora, Riku, or Kairi. Nomura said so himself. However, they are related to people that were already in the game. This is not to say that they are related by blood. Also, this does not apply to the blurry figure on the horizon in the secret trailer, as far as we know. * The line from Sunset Horizons, “It all began with birth by sleep”, does NOT apply to Roxas’ creation. Yes, in the KHII intro, Roxas comes out of Sora’s sleeping body. However, Roxas was not born then. He was created the exact second Sora turned into a Heartless during Kingdom Hearts I, which was well before Sora went to sleep. * The soul does not turn into a “Souless” when one goes Heartless. The Heart turns into a Heartless, and the body and soul remain behind, making a Nobody. new theory. kingdom hearts was made as a safe to keep xenorts thoughts and memory and strenth locked up. i think this because in kh1 u see two giant shadow things and pods. the pods are the memories and strenth and the shadows r the gardians. i thinck this be cause why would the heart of all world witch is supposed to be light have hartless in it? o yeah, xenort wanted to be taken by the hartless. that way he could use the heartless to recover the strenth and the nobody to get the memories. that explains why his heartless is so hostile and why the nobody is calim and wise. that explains why he was so determined to get kingdom hearts.

THIS THEORY IS SUPPORTED BY THE ANSEM REPORTS AND THE SECRET ANSEM REPORTS SHOWN IN BOTH GAMES.
Ansem is the Brown haired dude with the yellow eyes by the way. Ansem is kairis father for kairi is the princess of Radiant Garden. The girl with the blue hair who resembles kairi is in fact kairis mother. The yellow hair guy is Ansem’s other son ROXAS. Roxas is frozen to death. Ansem in trying to save him so he studies the two or three parts that which are the heart(heartless),body(nobody), maybe the mind(chasers). In trying to save his son’s life he creates sora. That is the main connection between sora and roxas. The bald guy is undoubtedly Xehanort but I have a feeling that the doppelganger may be riku. There may be an unknown connnection between Riku and Xehanort. They may be the same person(2% chance).

What i dont get is how that Old Man has so much power! Its probably more than Ansem and Xemnas’s combined. And maybe this whole game is some of Xehanorts memories. Maybe the old man is his father and the boy next to him is Xehanort or Xemnas himself. Maybe while Xemnas is in the darkness he sees that man and he tells him everything. Knowing this knowledge he and his father probably try to recreate that memory. And while doing his plans all of the worlds population and all the keyblade wielders from the past and presents keyblades are sent to that dessert. For the console argument, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Fans love the KH control style like it is. Just because you shelled out 200 bucks on a Wii and don’t want to pay the 500 for a PS3, doesn’t mean that you need to bias yourself for KH on the Wii. The control style, while good for Zelda, would be ultimately annoying, stupid, and quite possibly too simplistic to justify release on that console. PS2 doesn’t need to have the game for it either. It’s like settling for a ham sandwich when you can have a 50oz steak with fries and potatoes. I would rather have to save up and buy a PS3 and the new Kingdom Hearts than get it on PS2. I mean, why ask for the new game on an old system when Squeenix can make it at least twice as good as it would be. This doesn’t only include graphics, but processing speed, sound, and all the other nifty things that the PS3 has. It doesn’t cost 500 bucks for nothing, folks. It costs that much because it’s the best thing to hit the video gaming world in a while. The Wii kicked the crap out of it in the marketing area, but the PS3 takes the cake as the best system this time around. KH is awhile away. If you work and save, you can afford to get both when it comes out. Not to mention that you’ll be set for the other amazing RPG’s that the Playstation is renowned for.

Tetsuya was interviewed, and I read the translated version, though I forget where. If I remember right, when asked WHEN KH3 takes place, he said it was sort of in the past and sort of in the present. My guess is that Sora is dreaming about the past when a “Keyblade War” took place and that he has this “dream” because he is one of the Keyblade wielders himself.

I believe that Nomura, or whatever his name is, said that no matter how much the figure looks like Roxas, it’s not him. And no, the Roxas-look-alike did not die. If you had an high resolution AVI video, you would see in the close up of the person’s face that his eyes are still moving.

I think that KH3 should come out for ps2 and 3 cuz I dont think they would let nintendo use such a popular game that was just on playstation 2…although it was on gameboy advance (kingdom hearts chain of memories), still. but idk it would be cool to use the wiimote for the fights n stuff lol.

I think you guys need to review the theory that Dustin put for comment #9. I don’t think SquareEnix itself can come up with a better storyline structure than that. Goddamn! There are some good guesses here, but Dustin’s ties all the stuff in the secret ending cinema together, and I think it would really make a good game. I’m going with that one all the way!!!

April 2, 2007 – With Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix + Re: Chain of Memories at last out in Japan, Tetsuya Nomura and crew can now devote all their energy to their next project. And that appears to be another Kingdom Hearts game, or at least another tie-up with Disney. But is it Kingdom Hearts III?
Speaking with Japan’s Gemaga and Dengeki PlayStation publications, Nomura gave a few hints on the new project, which he’s previously hinted would see formal announcement later this year.
Gemaga asked if the characters who appear in the new CG “secret movie” that has been added to Final Mix are from the new title. “They are people who have some relation to the new series,” said the producer. “However the next title won’t just be Kingdom Hearts III. If it were III, we wouldn’t call it a new series.”
Asked if Sora and Riku would make an appearance in the new game, he said with a laugh, “I can’t say.” He also hinted that the new game would have something to do with Xehanort, the main villain of the Kingdom Hearts series.
He was just as direct when Dengeki PlayStation asked for some details on the new title. “First, it’s not Kingdom Hearts III. Of course, because we’re calling it a ‘new’ series, it won’t be KHIII. Also, it’s a series, so it probably won’t be just one title.”
Nomura once again promised an announcement of the new game, whatever it may be, some time this year. In the meanwhile, he suggested that players attempt to unlock the Final Mix secret movie and start imagining.

just saw the kh2 final mix secret video…reaper is on the right track…that old man is Xenahort, notice how the outfit has elements of his heartless(Ansem) and his copy has the same outfit that he gave his last second in command(Riku)…like Sora, he became a heartless, but regained his heart…he was said to be superhuman in the Ansem reports…perhaps he was a keyblade wielder before Sora. The old night…brown hair, blue eyes…Sora. the kid that looks like Roxas…could be him, don’t think nobodies age…or could be Sora’s kid who just happens to bare a resemblance. The girl though…got a strange notion that she’s Riku’s kid, it’d be a fun twist.
As far as it being on the Wii…i like the idea. the gameplay of swinging the wii remote as a keyblade would be bad@$$ and as far as the graphics go…if your expecting KH3 to look like that video…your forgetting what KH2 looked like after we all saw the secret video at the end of KH. If you dont think that the Wii could handle a game that looks like KH2 than you havent played Zelda: the Twilight Princess. Plus with how poorly the PS3 is doing because it costs to damn much they’ll have to put it on the Wii so people can actually play it. I mean the Graphics for the PS3 look amazing, but im not going to drop over $700 for it, i know a lot of people that love PS2 who have yet to buy one and find themselves enjoying the Wii instead.

It’s probably going to be released for the PS3, I think. Mainly because the graphics they have shown us back in KH2 were pretty spectcular, and I’ve seen what the Wii generates… ANd it’s nothing special. One of the things Square Enix does best is provide all us gamers with kick-ass and really intense graphics everytime a cutscene rolls around, so I really doubt they’re going to just let that main aspect slide away like that. The gameplay will definitely be interesting with the Wii, but for tradition’s sake, I think they’ll stick with the PS3. They’ll most likely release something like CoM for the next handheld console, or a spin-off for the Wii. Or maybe make two versions for both consoles, but I think I’m hoping too much. =P

So this is what I think. When Ansem the Wise put the machine on Kingdom Hearts and exploded all the hearts, no-one actually knows what happened to him after that – we all assumed he was dead. But, what I think, is that he went into the future and was tempted into the darkness – so that guy is actually Ansem the Wise. So, after the end of KH2, King Mickey went into the future, saw the crappy things that were going on, and is now back to the present and has sent Sora, Riku and Kiari a letter saying that he needs their help. Just a theory!

Thanks for posting that interview peppy, I had just read that late last night before I went to bed. It leaves a lot to the imagination that’s for sure. I cant wait to hear the official announcement later this year.
As for my thoughts, I really don’t want it to come out on PS3 , but I cant see why it wouldn’t. PS3 is the future of the playstaion and it makes sense. and yes in this amount of time the 3 will not cost what it does now. And unfortunately I have not seen the secret ending, so I cannot comment there. But it sounds awesome, and I look forward to seeing it soon. I love all the ideas and thoughts posted here, stayed up for hours reading them. I wish I had theories of my own to share, but I don’t have the imagtion it takes LOL . Cant wait to see what everyone thinks now that we know its a new series.

anyway, even though Nomura said it won’t have anything to do with the current KH series, he also said that it will involve Xehonort – the ain villain of the series.
I’m going with the videos being in the past, something from Xehonorts memory. they never explained how mickey got a keyblade, he’s had one since before the first game if you’ve read all the ansem reports.
I’m also going to support the theory that the older knight is ansem the wise, the frozen knights name probably is not Roxas – since the names of the nobodies in Orginazation 13 were formed by scrambling/reversing thier orignal selfs name and adding X to it. Sora could have been born because Ansem the wise was trying to save the frozen guy. also Kairi and the girl knight might be related.
on a side note to whoever said Kairi was the princessof radient garden, she’s probably not. Leon/Squall, and all those other people that used to live there would have recognized her and been all “Your majesty”. She’s just a princess of heart from radient garden

Okay bascially the Wii sucks the graphics are horrible and to convert KH3 to the wii would only cause an extension to the release date because of the the new design of a battle system for the Wiimote and besides have you seen graphics on the PS3 !!!

i’ve read the the next kh game isnt going to be kh3, so it might be an inbetween game like chain of memories. the next game probably explains the kh2fm secret video so im thinking its going to be called war of the keyblades. thats what im going to call it for now.
if war of the keyblades takes place before kh the people in the kh2fm sectret video are probably the people who chose sora as the wielder of the keyblade. if it takes place after kh the people in the kh2fm secret video are probably soras children fighting some old guy. now there are keyblades all over the place and everyone has one so theres a war. i think this will come out on psp.
when kh3 DOES come out it will start in destiny islands with sora, riku, and kairi starting their new journey from the letter mickey sent sora. i believe this will be out on ps3 cause if your starting on destiny islands you would want amazing graffics, right?
and i hope that sora and kairi share a papaou fruit so their destinys are intertwined and they cant lose each other again :p
this is just my theory of the future of kh games. i fell like i’ve just figured everything out, so comment about it please (i want to here what you think).

As for the bald guy…I truely do not believe that he is Xehanort. Yet, maybe you are correct in thinking that it is the future.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE THREE WARRIORS ARE SORA’S KIDS. THAT’S PROPOSTEROUS.
anywho, I have revised my thoughts on the three warriors. Maybe they’re not Chasers but theyn could be the last “duel weilders”. But then again, they are only weilding one keyblade (except for that one who pickeed up two). The bold guy doesn’t even look liie Xehanort…AND ANYWAY, XEHANORT IS ONE OF THE HEART THROBS OF THE GAME AND AS IT IS SQUARE ENIX’S TRADITION TO EXPLOIT THE HEART THROBS OF THEIR GAMES I TRUELY DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL MAKE HIM LOOK SO UGLY AND OLD.
So yeah. Oh, and as for the character that looks like Roxas…maybe…just maybe…
MAYBE THE KEYBLADE WAR DOES TAKE PLACE IN THE PAST, AND NOT IN THE FUTURE. MAYBE THAT IS WAY SORA CAN WEILD THE KEYBLADE BECAUSE HE ONE WAS A KEYBLADE MASTER.
Think about it. I aslo expect some more trajedy in KH3…In KH1 there was no death, KH2 there was a little bit of dying of good characters, I think KH3 might either begin tragically, end tragically, or become tragic in the whole. Did you see the Final mix, the Roxas guy died horrifically. You never know.

Here’s My Thoery Of Kingdom Hearts 3
Long ago, before Sora’s story began, keyblades were more common than in the times depicted in Kingdom Hearts I + II. Though still rare, they were granted to many powerful people. But these people were very shortsighted, and didn’t see how their weapons could tip the scales in their struggles against each other. At this point, the original creators of the Keyblades came together once again, realizing that such a catastrophe as the massacre that would inevitably occur in the wars of these foolish Keyblade wielders. They came to be known as “Chasers”. They guarded the balance of the realms, both the Light and the Dark, for they were equal, and the realms themselves served no motive in actuality.
There was eventually a great Keyblade war between the realms, and so the Chasers stepped in to keep it from happening. This was done successfully, but there was one who opposed this. Not clad in the armor like the rest of them, he stood up against them, feeling that their keeping the balance was not objective, that they should leave the world as it was, and that the balance would keep itself. However, the more he revolted, the more he became emotional, easily influenced by belief, and goals. He no longer had the true ideals of the Chasers in mind. He fought three leaders of the Chasers, who easily overpowered him. They needed to do away with him, so they left him, nearly dead, and devoid of his memories, in Radiant Garden. They would wait for him to choose the right ideals, for he, like all Chasers, had no heart, in order not to be influenced.
But he didn’t choose the right ideals. He studied with Ansem the Wise, and became known as Xehanort. Xehanort became hungry for power, and he found that power in darkness. He then willingly gave up the heart he didn’t have for that power. He may have had no heart, but he was still complete in being. His body and soul were left as a Nobody, to be called Xemnas. The rest of him became a spirit, roaming the lands looking for a suitable body to inhabit. He was not “part” of the physical world, and therefore didn’t “exist”. But soon he found Riku, who was quite suitable for him to inhabit. He called himself Ansem, stealing the name from Ansem the Wise. Ansem was then able to return to the physical world, using Riku as his vessel.
This was only made possible by the fact that when the Chasers removed his memories, they had to implant them in his Keyblade, which would be returned to him once he returned, but that didn’t happen.
Sora dreams of the battle, and of Xehanort’s outrage against the Chasers. The next day, Sora, Riku, and Kairi receive a letter in the bottle from King Mickey, explaining the rise of a force that could spark a new Keyblade War. But things become confusing for Sora when he learns that these are not the forces of Darkness he is fighting, but the forces of Light. What’s worse is, the only way he knows to oppose them is by fighting to represent Darkness. Sora can’t accept working for them, so the Chasers contact him. They tell him that he doesn’t work for Darkness, but simply of his own devices to keep the balance of the Realms intact.
The Chasers then go on to decide that it is possible to remain objective and neutral even with a heart, as opposed to what they once believed. In light of this, Sora is inducted into the Chasers, in order to fight the forces of Light and restore balance to the Realms.

I think they should put in pocahantus world in the game for more adventure and also put in Emperor’s new groove, like in kh2 Atlantica you danced to music! I saw the Fnl mx vid and I read these replys, I thought the person in the heartless looking suite is Riku and the oldguy is Ansem older throughout the years. I think the guy with brown hair is sora with a new dew and the girl with the blue hair is Kairi, if u look into her eyes u can see the reseblence of kairi’s saddness. In World that never was kairi got a keyblade so that could be her.

Um…Yue…The only way a systen to have it’s graphics improved is for it to get a new video card (not the computer ones, specially designed ones). The XBOX 360 is a system just like the PS3, but the PS3 has been used by Square Enix for ages, so why would they change systems for their games? It makes no sense! The Wii would be great for KH3 because of the sword fights you’ll have to get into. IF it’s not for the Wii, I’ll just buy a PS3 AND a Wii. I’m a loyal Nintendo fan and always will be! okay, so heres my theory. its a little weird and i have bad grammer, so sry, but ull have to deal wit it….
ok, so basically i think there are MORE THAN 4 chasers. One of them (insert name here) went evil. he was influinced by ansem the wise, cuz his memories were wiped cuz he rebelled against the chasers. The chasers are there to restore the balance of light and dark. The person you see in the final mix secret ending that looks like roxas IS ROXAS!!! hes the real body, not sora. Roxas got turned into a heartless and got his memory whiped. He was a chaser (i think the movie u see is in the past) Then, sora was made.
Do you ever wonder exactly HOW sora got onto the destiny islands??!!!! in chain of memories he gets fake memories, so they probly gave him fake memries on destiny islands (but i dont know WHO gave him the fake memories)anyway, when sora turned into a heartless, thats when roxas’s memory got whiped. He didnt know what happened, and had no other memories. He then joined organization XIII cuz he THOUGHT he was a nobody. after that, his memories got whiped again, and he ended up in that one town that u start out in kh2. Then, when he fights u when ur sora, and u win, he says “you make a good other” SO. IN CONCLUSION:sora is not the real body. roxas is.
The person u see in the battle IS roxas but i dont know who the other people are. But i do know that the bad chaser is influenced by ansem the wise.
The video u saw at the end of kh2 final mix is in the past. Those people are NOT soras kids. (get that straight)
and i THINK this only happens in like 5 years before u meet sora.

ANYWHO, I think Justine had it right about Sora dreaming about the war, so maybe the Roxas looking guy and the Sora looking guy in the picture I saw are there because Sora’s dreaming about it. I doubt Roxas came before Sora, that just doesn’t make any sense. As for KH3 EVER being on the Wii, get real people. Just because most people have a Wii and not a PS3 doesn’t mean Square is going to say “Oh, let’s down grade the wonderful graphics and place the game on the Wii where we’d have to change the ENTIRE game play to suite the new console”. I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT. Sqaure is not stupid. If anything, they are DEFINITELY not losers and by giving the gaming rights to Nintendo, they’re basically saying “You guys Rock more then we do” and that’s not what they’re going to do. Then again, Roxas is his nobody and the way he comes about is when Sora loses his heart and becomes a heartless (this is what I’ve picked up anyway). Maybe sleep refers to when a heartless is formed and a heart is taken and birth is the creation of a nobody.

For some reason I keep putting a cross roads there in my mind, and I tend to imagine things a lot so I could be being delusional lol. But maybe the sand world is that place in the future, all desolate and sterile, touched by some disaster. In the place of the green grass–symbol of life and peace–there is a field of ancient keyblades that could just be there or they could serve as grave markers.
But…that’s all I have to say. If I got anything confused or if this was already said I’m sorry o.o;; I’m writing this on the spot, lacking any sources or references and without having played either game for a while. I just wanted to throw that out, get it off my shoulders.

In Ansams report in KH2 it says that when a person is captured by darkness there heart becomes a heartless, there body becomes a nobody but he does not know what there soal becomes. I believe that the armoured figures were Soras soal, Rikus soal and Kairis soal. I think the forth figure was Ansams soal.

second villian (dude who come from original)-wears Dark Riku suit from KH1
Big armored fellow- looks like a buff ver. of zack from ff7, brown hair: possible relation to sora, mabye riku again
blue/white hair girl (armor girl)- probably has thing for blonde guy who gets killed (guy who looks like roxas), hair gives idea of a possible relation to; Ansem, Riku, or even ?kairi?(shape)
shorter second armored guy (blonde guy)- looks ALOt like roxas, but probably kant be him because it is a possible preqel and roxas was made when sora turned heartless in KH1, but hey it is anyones guess

RETURN OF ORGANIZATION XIII-Impossible because they are all sleeping with fishies other than roxas, who is back where he belongs.
CHASERS-they are in fact probably NOT the armored figures, because the definition of chasers are people who create metall weapons:like a blcacksmith so ur best bet is we will learn how the KEYS are created
Armoured figures-Nomura has stated that they are infact NEW PEOPLE therefore they arent SORA RIKU OR KAIRI but they might be related or connected. however nomura may be giving a spinoff so who knows?
SLIM OLD UGLY GUY- that is probably xhenhort. as u may know, ansem is the heartless of xhenhort (xhenhort took ansem the wise’s name). xemnas is the nobody. now if u remember ansem had the wierd coat in KH1, and it had to com efrom some where, or in other words- his human past (KH3 is probably in the past). by the way, this dude has wierd eyes, which if u pay attention at the end, the brown haired guy suddenly gets those eyess

You dont need to become a heartless for a nobody to show up, you need to die, in Soras case he killed him self when Kairi was dead, cause it was the only way he could bring her back would be to unlock his heart, and she came back to life.. so Namine was created then.

hold on, i have another theory;
so, let’s say the video was of the past/future i think the in that time, alot of people had keyblades, so everyone was fighting- but that’s not why there were all thoses keyblades in the video. I think the chasers were sent by the bald guy to retrieve all the keyblades and they must not have known he was evil, the fullfilled the tasks. Probaly by haing a war or whatever, so after all the wielders were dead- the bald dude had all the power!! so he was going to take over kingdom hearts- it think =)

i got it; the story has to begin on destiny islands- right
maybe Sora’s dreaming. Maybe the dreams were the same thing we saw in the video. He probaly has to PREVENT this from happening! Besides, it wouldn’t be kingdom hearts without Sora! i wonder if the gummi ship can travel into the future- k so that’s thet “sleep” part….
