Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws - there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story - “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles - “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World - “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

I wonder if the game will take you to the place Kairi was when Axel took here away. It was like the main land of Destiny Islands. That could be where the super secret video is, not likely, but cool. They should put final fantasy 7 in the new game. you could fight the weapons:
Ultimate
Ruby
Emerald
You could get some cool magic, from the materia, or maybe get a summon of a weapon. Or an actual weapon for Donald(don’t ask why Donald, just seems cool)

Nal, You are a genious. but think about it, when Namine is still in the Organization’s hand, He might have asked her to put his memories back. But Xehanort died, at the second game, which means that the other chaser is but another character and not xehanort. They might have the same clothes but their face is different. And look at the color of the old guys’ skin. It is whiter than xehanort. That is why I am telling you, PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS… Miss any details and you mess your whole theory up… and when you get the game, your mouth will be wide open… but peace guys… just saying out loud, doesn’t mean to offend. We are gamers after all… and we should help each other out…

Charlie… you cannot save the ending of the game, and it is just that at the ending. If you load the game, it will only start to the last saved location you have. But other than that, either you restart it or leave the game alone. As much as I would see it, I think you just started playing it like and right now, you want to see the ending but you can’t. I recommend you to play the game in proud mode and just complete all the worlds, other than that, you are done and ready to watch the secret ending. Don’t worry about the status, as I said before, it will only stay like that.

I think when Ansem found Xehanort he had already lost his memories somehow, could be Castle Oblivion, or Namine. Then namine started to put his memories back. Which leads us to the kh2 fm secret video, which is located at the home of the keyblades

never got it while playing? In order to complete sora, they need Sora’s memory from Roxas. He don’t need Roxas’s strenght, because they are different characters. Sora could learn differently than Roxas. What is only the same thing from them is their memory, which Roxas is not supposed to have. Like they said “Some thing are not suppose to exist” but they are.

I have played the game 4 times both beginner(1) and proud mode(3)… if anyone would want to know that… I would pay attention to details closely because that would help, but big imagination that connects with the game helps too… especially if it would make sense… just keep an eye out of any new trailers or news of the third sequel…

what if they had a limit combo that has roxas in it? he IS part of sora and they have limits for pretty much everybody. and why dont they have treasure planet in any kh? ITS disney. like maybe they run into jim or some space pirates the same way they did with monstro/captain hooks ship in kh?

One more thing about the chasers. The old guy and Xehanort might be the two chasers. Xehanort’s memories were to warn the good guys of great evil ahead and get them ready at the same time for what is coming. Xehanort might have been defeated by the other evil chaser so he might have forgotten his past after but time by time, he regains those memories and change himself to evil so the good guys could get stronger after they defeated him. And this would put them together and work as a team to defeat this new evil. We might not know, the old guy might have had the same amount of villains at his side too. But please, don’t mistake those knights as chasers, they are but teenagers set to be warriors to help or aid Sora and friends out. After all, everyone could hold a keyblade in their hand as to believing their ownself. well, I think that is all for now.

You are right about the short armored knight, by the looks of it, it is roxas. But how did he become one of the knights or chasers? Actually the old man is the chaser as I think it is. Come to think of it, he summoned a heart shape moon on the sky just like in KH2. And he can control all the keyblade all he wants. He is not to be looked as Xehanort or Xemnas. And those other 2 knights, they don’t much resemble anyone from the earlier games. The tall Knight’s eye changed from blue to yellow, and no one can do that except if he is another form of seperated body from another guy. Not that I am saying that he is a nobody, all I could think of is there might not be only 2 seperations of body which is the heart and the shell but there is more. And the shadow apprentice, he is but mysterious, but doesn’t seem to connect to riku. Maybe it is whats controlling riku from kingdom hearts 1, because remember, he just appeared on the old man’s side which is he must have been fuse with him, just like Riku. Back to the third lady knight, same hair color as riku’s but is not riku. Who could this girl be?
If you ask of why roxas is with them, ask the producer. Anyway, on my theory, after fusing back with sora again, I think it is only the memory that Sora needed, so Roxas might have been asked by the two knights to become one with them since he is strong enough.
Birth by sleep. Intriguing fragment of sentence, or should I say riddle. All of this are riddles to each events that are going to happen in the next game. Xehanort’s memories? It should mean that those knights know xehanort’s past memories. That is why they have to stop the old guy which might be the chaser. Xehanort could be under that old guy in his past life. The old guy might have sent him to be seen that great danger awaits than what he will bring on the first games.
I sure hope that most of my thoery will be right. As for which consoles should it be, how about the game should be in both consoles. It would be better to see the differences. Since I have PS3, I wouldn’t mind if it is on PS3 or PS2 but I won’t buy the game on Wii. I’ve heard much about it, but it is up to you to decide because I am sticking with my console. About the name, we should stop calling it KH3, because the producer didn’t say any title about it except that he would not repeat the name as Kingdom heart. Let’s call it KEYBLADE WARS.

I don’t really have any theories on who those people are but…
Assuming KH3 is going to be out 2011/2012-ish. I really don’t think KH3 is going to be on PS2, you really have to think of the gap between KH1 and KH2. Frankly, I don’t know how many game companies are going to release such a major player of a game on a console that’s going to be pretty outdated.
I think Wii and PS3 are the two major possibilities.
I’ve seen some people saying it’s going to be like Zelda, but the fact of the matter is that Twilight Princess was basically made for the Gamecube with few graphical updates for the Wii. Twilight Princess simply didn’t take advantage of the Wii’s graphical capabilities.
In addition, Disney and Nintendo are pretty much companies with the same target market. I think Disney even created a department solely for the creation of Wii games. Disney supplies a majority of the content for KH games and if Disney really pushes Square Enix to release it on the Wii, I don’t think they could really refuse.
The Wii is also cheaper.
On the other hand, Square might just follow along in their current tradition and release it on the PS3. Square is certainly a company that pushes graphical limitations. The trailer looked like something that belonged more on the PS3 though, being darker and more mature.

First off the 3 warriors: 1 of them has to be Roxas, the tallest one resembles Sora all grown up, and as for the girl……i havent a clue.
Secondly, the old man. If you take a look at him and a pic of Ansem aka Xehanort from KH1, you’ll see that they’re both wearing the EXACT same clothing!! What this means, i have no theory on that yet. But i’ll keep everyone updated on what i find out. But think the old man and Xehanort are connected with the message “birth by sleep”.

my brother beat kh2 and when it was finished with the clips it showed a chart with percentages on it. he was wondering how to get out of it to save his progress (we already tried shutting it off we were hoping it would automatically save but it didn’t) someone please tell us what to do

I think that in the Final Mix+ secret movie, the armored figure who gets frozen is Sora. It sure looks a hell of a lot like Sora, at any rate. The other two I have but mild speculation about. The blue-haired guy is something like Riku. Maybe a Nobody or something. The other dude looks like a cross between Leon and Auron. The bad dude, you may ask? I have specualtion on him, as well. Did you happen to notice his clothing? Think back to what Ansem (Heartless) wore in the first KH. Seeing some similarities now? Wait, there’s more! Going back to the two armored figures I have little to go by on, they do look like what I imagine Donald and Goofy would look like in a human form. Mayhap the bad dude, in an effort to weaken them, turned them into humans. And changed their eyes. And removed their goofiness. That seems like an odd road to victory to me. I mean, damn, half the time the plans screw up is because Donald and Goofy were doing something stupid. I have more solid fact to go on for my Sora hypothesis than the either two, but they seem logical enough to me. The bad dude’s Keyblade-wielding compadre could be a new form of Hearltess, because I can’t think of anything else besides an apprentice. King Mickey’s being there may be an indicator that I’m correct, but, due to his being alive back in Timeless River, he may be immortal, or at least, really really really really long-lived. That’s one rodent that’s gonna be hard to exterminate! I’ll remind you, this is all merely my specualtion. It is in no way to be taken as fact. Although I really hope it is fact, because then I’ll have been right!

both of these games require MASSIVE amounts of disk space, and only Blu-Ray has the capacity for that

I know the complete truth a bout the KH3 storyline. Here is how it goes(THIS IS ALL THEORY BASED ON THE FIRST TWO GAMES THE REMIXS AND CHAIN OF MEMORIES)
1. Those three characters are not at all Sora, RIku, or Kairi.
2. If you haven’t seen the Kingdom hearts 2Final Mix Secret ending head to youtube.com right now.
3. Mickey is a faggot. Don’t pay any attention to him being at the end of the clip. He was just added on for Disney advertising purposes. By the way he is carrying the second keyblade that you get from Kingdom hearts 2.
4. The Original and true statement about chasers is that their are FOUR of them. Each went down a different road. (HENCE THE CROSSROAD IN SECRET MOVIE of KH2). Two went to light , One went to twilight, one went to complete darkness.
I KNOW NOW COMPLETELY WHAT BIRHT BY SLEEP MEANS. PAY ATTENTION
XEHANORT IS THE PERSON THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN THE SAY “BIRTH BY SLEEP”. THINK ABOUT IT. HE WAS DEFEATED IN THE WAR BEFORE KINGDOM HEARTS. DUDE!!!! I can’t wait till the next installment of KH comes out, but the trailer was pretty confusing. The one thing I noticed was that one of the four figuers, which I am guessing that they are the Chasers, was Roxas. So here is my guess. I think that the red and black person is Riku’s Nobody, cause Riku was once controlled by Ansem and he was a Heartless at that time. So he had to become a Nobody. The Old man is either Ansem or Xehananort. I also think that what they are fighting for is power of all the keyblades. Now listen to me, if someone had the power of all the keyblades then they unlock anything, even Kingdom Hearts. So I think that the chasers and the other 2 dudes have to be fighting over the deepest depths of kingdom Hearts, which has to grant the greatest power over all hearts! That’s is just my idea.

In the clip one of the “evil guys ” was wearing riku’s heartless clothing in KH1 (just pointing that out!) I hope that sora ,donald,goofy,kiri,riku and king Mickey is still in KH3 =]

you no whats weird the trailers are really high graphics but in the game they are not even close in the trailers its kinda stupid but ps3 is going to change that so i think kh3 is going to be on kh3 not wii
