Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws - there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story - “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles - “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World - “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

My theory on why Ven and Roxas look alike:
The reason why Roxas and Ven look like because, in a purely physical sense, Sora’s body (and therefore Roxas’) is Ven’s body as well. Now just wait and hear me out. I believe at some point in Ven’s scenario in Birth by Sleep he is going to choose to sacrifice his body and give it Sora in order to save him from dieing. Now my reason for believing this is because of the following reasons:
1) Roxas looks just like Ven (which is the whole point of this theory). Now the reason I bring this up is because out of all the nobodies their are (at least that this can actually apply to which isn’t but two) comparatively Roxas is a drastic change in looks compared to Sora. Now the only other nobody that we know of that this happening to is Namine who was also made from Sora’s body and soul. So because the fact that she was born from Sora’s body and soul (this would explain why she looks like Roxas’ twin sister) means she can’t be used as an example because of that fact. Now we move to the only other Nobody that we can actually compare to and that is Xemnas and Xehanort. Now comparatively Xemnas and Xehanort look basically just like each other. There isn’t much change at all, if any. Which begs the question, why such a change for Sora?
2) Now Nomura said in regards to the connection between Sora and Ven think of how Sora and Roxas are connected. Well Roxas is Sora’s nobody and therefore Sora’s body and soul. That is their connection. So is Nomura saying that Sora’s body and soul belonged to Ven? Now of course this wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened in the Kingdom Hearts series before. By this I mean another persons heart inhabiting another’s body. In fact two incidents happened in the same game. The game I’m talking about of course is Kingdom Hearts 1, and of course the two incidents are the times when Kairi’s heart went into Sora and when Xehanort’s Heartless took over Riku. Now when Kairi’s heart went into Sora there really wasn’t much of a change in Sora. Granted he started to question his sanity and was able to see flashbacks from her past, but not much of change. Now the Riku/Ansem incident is a different story. Now when Riku opened his heart to darkness Xehanort’s Heartless was able to enter his body and as we all know took over his body and used it as his own. Now when Riku’s will and Ansem will coincided in accomplishing the same goal Riku’s body remained unchanged*. However when Riku and Ansem were no longer of like minds Ansem exerted his will over Riku’s body and took complete control. This is when Riku’s body started to look like Xehanort. Now this shows that the body takes on the form of whoever’s will is stronger when two hearts inhabit the same body (For what is a Heartless other then a heart consumed by darkness). Now to support this part of theory when Riku exerted his will over Xehanort’s Heartless his body started to gain it’s form as Riku and Riku was able to hold Xehanort’s Heartless back and allow Kairi, Donald, and Goofy time to escape. When Xehanort realized that Riku’s will was stronger then his he banished Riku’s heart to the other side of the door to darkness while he was still in control. Thus Riku’s body took on the form of Xehanort permanently until Riku’s heart returned. So if Ven were to give up his body to Sora the body would naturally take the form of Sora because Ven’s heart would be absent from the body and wouldn’t have to contend for control over it.
Now when Sora gave up his heart to release Kairi’s he loses his body and soul which of course became Namine and Roxas. Without the presence Sora’s heart (and most of his memories) the body reverted back to its original form which is that of Ven, but with the little fragments of Sora’s memory that remained with the body they shaped Roxas’ personality thus making him different characteristically from Ven.

GK: Well I get my info from a number of sites, like khinsider.com and kh2.co.uk plus other sites. It’s really all about doing the research and looking up stuff. Even stuff not found on KH sites. I’ve also played all the games and use the information from them too. Yes the Ansem reports hold a multitude of information. You’d actually be surprised at how many questions about the game are found with in the Ansem reports. I think Riku and Kairi will play a support role in KH3, but as actually being part of the team is a different story. However they may end up having their own scenario in the game. Much like what is going to happen with Birth by Sleep. That in my opinion is what is most likely going to happen. Also it should be noted that KH3 will not be about the Keyblade War. That is what Birth by Sleep is about.

And also to the newcomers, the amoured figures are Terra, Aqua, and Ven. They are NOT (as far as we know) in KH3. KH3 will have Sora, Riku, and Kairi. It’s been confirmed by the Kingdom Hearts director and developer, Tetsuya Nomura. We have no idea what KH3 will be about: Nomura and his staff haven’t even begun development on it. Terra, Aqua, and Ven are in KH Birth by Sleep. Its a game coming out for the PSP this summer, along with two other KH games.

Frollo is the villain in Hunchback of Notre Dame.
He is a judge who in the beginning of the movie kills a gypsy woman on the steps of the cathedral. To make up for his sin, he takes it upon himself to raise her baby. This is Quasimodo.
He raises him to think he is ugly, and that the entire world, besides his belltower, is evil.
A very prideful man, he lusts after the gypsy Esmeralda, and decides if he can’t have her then she must die.
In the original book, she does die by the way.

Firstly Taizmus Prime I don’t know who you are cause I’m still a nooby but word I’ve been reading is you are a legend around here!Tell me where you get your info,also I haven’t read any of the ansem reports in kh2 but do they hold anything significant? Also what are your thoughts on what role riku and kairi should play in kh3? I mean their role has always been to be the lost friends Sora needs to find but that hardly seems plausable to make as a role in kh3 with the whole keyblade war going on. (groundpounder: does kh birth by sleep explain what birth by sleep means? also I’ve never seen the hunchback off notredam so enlighten me who is frollo? and hopefully as an end all statement…..FOR THE LAST TIME SORA WILL BE IN KH3 FOR ANY NOOB WHO COMES ASKING THAT QUESTION!!!

Me too, i’d love to put the hurt on Frollo. He’s one of the most unlikable villains in Disney history. He’s got one of the best villain songs though.

Actually, I think that the characters will not be on the destiny islands, only because after you beat the game, Sora, Riku, and Kairi get a letter from mickey, and they look like they were rushing off somewhere after they finished reading it. From what i hear, the trio won’t start the game at all, but instead it will be Terra, Aqua, and Ven. They’re the armored guys at the end of kh2. and they’re supposed to be at the crossroads where they were last seen.
