Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws - there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story - “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles - “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World - “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

If Namine is Kairi’s Nobody then how was she made from Sora’s body and soul. Im suggesting that Namine was created when Kairi’s heart was in Sora’s.

Tazimus: Good theory. Some interviewers should get our theories, choose the best ones and ask Nomura about them. Also, if Namine formed from Sora’s soul why would she fade into Kairi like Roxas fades into Sora after you beat Xemnas the first time? I thought that Namine was Kairi’s Nobody and that’s why she had control over Sora’s memories. Because both Kairi and Sora lost their hearts in KH1. So I assumed that in KH2 that Roxas and Namine were knd of like flowing back into Sora and Kairi towards the end. Besides I think Namine and Roxas have got a love rerlationship like Kairi and Sora. That was another reason for my thinking. Anyway, that’s all.

KHfan: Well it started out when I was thinking on theory about a theory involving Xehanort. Then I started to think about Xemnas and how he really didn’t change when he turned to a Nobody. Then I started to work from there.
shadow15: Well to answer your first question I believe that Ven his going to sacrifice himself and give up his body so Sora can have it. However that is merely speculation, but I do think Sora will end up with Ven’s body. As for your second question it has to do with the hearts influence on the body. According to my theory the heart influences how the body looks. Since it would be Sora’s heart in the body the body would look like Sora. Now I believe your third question is about Namine and not Kairi. Anyways because Namine was created from from Sora as well naturally she would take on the form of a girl, but she would have physical traits on Ven. As I said in my theory she looks like Roxas’ twin sister. As for your fourth question the reason he remembered Kairi’s past was because her heart was in him. That was a major plot point of KH1 and KH2. As for who sent Kairi to Destiny Island it was Xehanort. He put it in one his Ansem reports. Also if you read the Secret Ansem reports you find out that Namine only has power over Sora’s memories and those he has come in contact with, and even then she can only effect those peoples memories of Sora. Also there is no evidence that shows Xehanort begins to look like the Dark Knight when he becomes a Heartless and Nobody. Also why would the other apprentices have a secret past? As for the rest of what you said you need to be more clear on because I’m not really getting what your saying.

Tazimus Prime has a good theory, although I think he left some parts out.
Okay, So if Soras body and soul belongs to Ven, how so?
Cause I mean how on earth is Soras hair supposed to go from brown to blonde?
How is Kairis hair supposed to go from red to blonde?
How is Sora supposed to remember of Kairis past from Radiant Garden if she forgot all about the place?
Unless that last question I asked had been in connection with Namine, meaning Namine or Aqua or something had something to do with her past and how she got to Destiny Islands.
Xehanort was found without any memory, and who has power over memory,Namine, but Namine was never around at that time was she so it had to have been someonelse possibly.
Xehanort became a heartless at the same time his nobody was made we see many changes in Xehanort and he begins to look like the DS of Master Xehanort.
So Xehanort had once seemed good until curiosity killed the cat as a metaphor but his studies and curiosities had led him there with the others and their secret past.
So Xehanort who was found by Ansem the Wise lost his memory and only remembered Xehanorts name and in the end of the secret ending we see Terras eyes go yellow and we are talking some time between ten years before, He seemed pretty young for white,grayish hair if not exactly natural so I believe it is possible that he was taken over like Riku sort of but i’m not really sure from here i’ll study more on it and continue later.

this is an unbelievably stupid comment, but its kinda bugging me. anyone been on the official kh2 website lately? if so, you know the little tabs that spin around on the bottom that say like characters, story, etc.? ok, the one thats an orange ball, it says “coming soon” whenever you put the mouse over it, and when you take the mouse away, it says battle system. why does it still say coming soon? kh2 came out like a year and a half ago! i guess someone forgot to update it. sorry for the random and stupid comment. thats just been bugging me.

Its possible I suppose that someone in development could get an idea or two from here. Its improbable, but not impossible.
The PS3 IS a great system, they just really need to come out with some awesome games for it. The best they have is Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction.
I would say the no memory cards thing is a MAJOR plus, because you don’t have to keep track of your cards.
I can remember losing my cards back when I had the PS1 and the PS2, and it was annoying.
This way I don’t have to bother with it.
Those wireless controllers are a major plus as well. Like I say, the only negative thingt so far is they have yet to truly make a game that uses the system to its full power.
On a different subject, my Wii is possessed. It turns on all by itself, with no one around. Anyone else have that problem?

( reference to underdog 10’s last comment)by the way big I’m not sure if anyone told you but the ps3 has a built in memory card, it has 4 controller ports that play wireless controllers,and you don’t need a special tv to play it provided it does make more awesome effects.

Still I have to wonder and it may have been discussed before but just how does kairi use a keyblade I think we all remember in kh2 how she used a keyblade no style.besides she’s already one of the princesses of heart…OH!!!maybe that can play a role in kh3 like all the pricesses of heart come together to form this great new power or a new keyblade! Hey wait tazimus prime I just read your comment! are you suggesting since roxas was a part of orginization 13 in a timeline before sora turned into a heartless and ven looks more similiar to him that roxas may not be sora’s nobody at all?!!and before anyone says it I know it was implied in kh2 plenty of times that roxas was but this theory may hold some significance.and it could also introduce a new keyblade wielder.of course this is all in theory.

Big:The PS3 is a great system and you are wrong on several points.
1) You don’t need a HDTV. You do if you want to get the best quality from the system, but you don’t need it. You can play it on a normal TV.
2) The PS3 works on a hard drive. Depending on which one you buy depends on the disk space. Now there is however a cord you can buy separately that allows you to import your saved PS1 and PS2 games to the hard drive of the PS3.
3) The Controllers are wireless and only need to be in the USB ports if they need to be charged. The PS3 however can take up to seven controllers. If you need more USB ports get a multi-USB port device, it only cost $3.00-$5.00.
The PS3 is a great system.

1) It cost $400
2) You need a HDTV or some bluray stuff whatever
3) no memory card stuff
4) 2 USB ports
5) the 40GB one doesn’t play PS2 games
