Rumours
Kingdom Hearts 3 rumours (that is just rumors for you American readers) and speculation are found here. Please note this is not factual information, but purely guess-work. We have no way of knowing whether or not this is true yet.

WHAT WE KNOW
The three armored characters that are shown in the “Sunset Horizons/The Gathering” and “Birth by Sleep” secret trailers ARE NOT Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Similarly, the bald man is not Ansem/Xehanort or his Nobody/Heartless.
The names of the armoured characters are: Ven, the Roxas-like character who is frozen; Aqua, the knight with blue hair; and Terra, the largest of the knights and the one who’s face is revealed at the very end.
The Enigmatic Solider is, in fact, Terra, and is hinted to have some connection with Xehanort, though what that connection is, is current unknown. An interesting trend between them now is that they both look similar, and are ‘Enigmatic’ secret bosses.
There are a lot of keyblades, a war is coming or has passed.
The Crossroads are important.
Has something to do with the Keyblade bringing chaos.
DENIED RUMORS
As hinted by Nomura, the story WILL NOT revolve around Sora, as he wants to leave Sora ‘on a break’ for now.
THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED BOX ART. The box art you see online bearing the name “Kingdom Hearts III” is not the real box art, as there are several flaws - there is no subtitle for Kingdom Hearts III and the side of the box actually has “Kingdom Hearts II” as it’s logo.
The next game will not be titled Kingdom Hearts 3.
The next game will not be on the Playstation 2, as Nomura has stated his last game for the PS2 was Final Mix +.
WHAT WE DON’T KNOW
Who the distant outlined figure is.
The place in the Kingdom Hearts timeline this trailer takes place in.
What the text means by “birth by sleep”.
These worlds are based on my own assumptions and predictions, they are to be considered rumors.
Kingdom Hearts III will continue to feature Disney related worlds since that is the main aspect of the game. Due to some new ownership and popular previous worlds, many new and old worlds will likely make a return.
Pixar Worlds
Pixar worlds are an absolute in Kingdom Hearts III. Previously, modern-classics like “Finding Nemo” and “Toy Story” were not featured in Kingdom Hearts because, despite the Disney name, were registered with Pixar, a seperate company. But since the development of Kingdom Hearts II, Disney finally bought Pixar. As a result, all Pixar characters and movies are under the Disney Empire and due to their critical and commercial success, it would be a missed opportunity not to have these characters featured in the next game.
Toy Story - “Andy and/or Sid’s Room”
With new ownership over Pixar, we may see a new level where Sora and Co. are the size of toys, much like when you shrink in Wonderland in the first game.
The Incredibles - “Nomanisan Island”
Everyone remembers the secretly evil island from the Incredibles where the super-family spring back into action to take down the nasty Syndrome. It wouldn’t be a long shot to say that Sora, Donald and Goofy might don some tights and help the family out in the next game.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
A world and characters that were heavily requested in Kingdom Hearts II but never made the cut. We may expect some appearances in the next game.
“100 Acre Wood”
The one world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II where no Heartless roam. In this world the player simply plays through simple mini-games. This has proved to be popular, especially since it is completely optional and provides a good game for younger players. Since it came back in KH2, it’s likely it will come back once again.
“Olympus Colisseum”
The tournaments on the Olympus world have been favorites of fans since the first KH game. Being one of the most visited world in any of the games, it would be unheard of to exclude it from the next game.
New World - “Sand World”
The world visible in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II may be a world in the next title, considering the World That Never Was from Kingdom Hearts II was featured in the Secret Trailer from the first Kingdom Hearts.
“Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden”
Being the very most important world in both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, being the root of all evil and good, it’s quite likely that it will play another large part in the next game. Probably being the world that is safe to return to at any time full of shops like Traverse Town or Twilight Town.
“Destiny Islands”
Since this is where the characters were last left off, it’s almost impossible for the game to not begin here. And with the game likely being on Playstation 3, it’s an excellent place to present the amazing new graphics. A world full of palm trees, sand, water, a nice sunset/rise and a quite little village.

well, Roxas is Sora’s Nobody who was created when Sora became a Heartless to save Kairi.
Roxas joined Organization XIII when he was found by Xemnas in Twilight Town, but Unlike the other Organization members, he doesnt remember his previous life. while he was in the Organization, he and Axel were like best friends, but Roxas leaves to find answers as to why he possesses the Keyblade.

Yes, thats right about Maleficent.
It would explain everything if you watched “Sleeping Beauty”
Basically, there is no way to destroy her forever.
All it takes is someone remembering her, even accidently, and she comes back.
What if a few of Ansem’s apprentices locked their Heartless up in a dungeon underneith Radiant Garden? It would seem like a shame to pass up that kind of an oppurtunity for boss battles.
Most of the Org just had regular Heartless, but I think it would be cool if one or two of them were powerful bosses.

shadow15- i don’t know if you’ve herd already but the oranizations heartless were just normal heartless, they just had powerful nobodys, its been cleared up in an interview. and when pete was at yensid’s castle he was going to turn him into a heartless. i think malifacent came back because the tree fairys remembered her, i don’t know how it works.

Yeah something was going on between that year and the happenings of Kingdom Hearts 2.
Maybe Maleficent couldn’t control heartless during Kingdom Hearts 2 and I think these things will be explained this Summer.
I agree with Underdog10 about the suspense thing and making a fortune but the thing is they are releasing three soon and another one a bit later.
As well as Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIII coming out and the Final Mix thing.
What i’m saying is that after Kingdom Hearts 3 they should cut us some slack and try releasing the Kingdom Hearts after that a little bit sooner and then do what they want and wait as long as they want, It’s only fair they will be ringing in the dough like crazy when these games come out, For me just imagining how many people will be going after the game sort of scares me.
Their consoles will be getting sold more too.
Their also ringing in on cell phones and it’s likely they will get more merchandise out.
What I want to know is how Maleficent just appeared at Yensids tower and how Pete ever got there considering him being so fat and all where would he have left a ship, or how would he even fit through the train for that matter?
Twilight Town probably has some history in the past of the games story considering there’s a train that goes to his tower and such.
Also, Yensid wasn’t really there or he just left when he had the chance because he was expecting Maleficent for some reason.
Maybe if we look into history of Maleficent maybe we can learn something of her that they would put in the game or something.
Yensids whereabouts are a mystery as of now, maybe he got word from King Mickey in some way and Yensid is out somewhere on a mission. If ATW made a duplicate world of Twilight Town and a machine that could take the hearts back from Kingdom Hearts where did he get the time and equipment as him and Rikus story also needs to be told.
I think that half of the org. heartless would have to be at Radiant Garden somewhere and that the rest are just somewhere and that the org. is hiding out in safety of these castles now.
Well anyways, I don’t want to keep wondering and theorizing about it so much anymore as I could continue I won’t and just talk and wait.

Actually, what their doing is brilliant.

One thing about Maleficent sending Pete after Yensid,
She died a YEAR before it happened. Was Pete just procrastinating about his mission or what?
And that is a good question, by the way. What exactly did Pete want with Yensid? There must have been a reason for his going there.
I don’t see why she would have wanted his tower. She still had a perfectly good castle at the time that she sent Pete out.

Underdog10:To be honest with you me or anyoneelse probably has no idea why, but I believe it is more like a matter of how.
I’m pretty sure we already know why she was using them.
Seeing from Maleficent she being of darkness, And another mystery about her is why and how did she send Pete after Yensid?
Yensid is probably doing something important right now considering it may have not been the real him during that lesson he gave Sora.
Maleficent was defeated but something brought her back to life.
The last we see of her she was in twtnw and from that point it’s sort of a mystery.
Maybe you can look up info. on her and make a guess if you want but I don’t think that it is that important right now.

i agree with shadow on the saix thing, like when terra looked at the heart in the sky, it could’ve been the moon and terra could have gone bezerk like saix did when you fought him.
but i don’t think family relations will come in at BBs, just because their has been no family relations in the last 2 games, besides kairi and her grandma and soras parents, but nothing along the storyline.

No they would seek Soras heart because of his power and the fact that he is the keyblade bearer and is not a heartless nor nobody.
Pretty much what the heartless are doing is going after people for their own ranks to become stronger which is needed by them regularly, So if they took Soras heart and defeated him the darkness would take over him and that heartless would become very strong because of the fact that it would then be able to have a heart as strong as Soras but it would be covered in darkness.
I don’t think the heartless have a true leader though because they just go after whoever I thought, So like if they had defeated a nobody that nobody would be like the ds depending on it’s ranks.
These things could be duplicated and be used to create life except have it in darkness unless they got Kairi to hug everyone and enter their hearts and whatnot,lol.
It’s like how Ansem Seeker of Darkness kept his body, except I think the dark ansem in kh1 was a duplicate of the darkness making it so we havent really seen the ds or anyone but a whole new being of it’s own created by them.
I think that Master Xehanort had became a nobody and his heartless had gotten much stronger and defeated someone with a keyblade somehow which may have been his apprentice or his apprentice volunteered for an experiment and they combined so when the ds is in MX I think he can weild two keyblades.
I’m thinking that Saix has something to do with the dark soldier because of his powers it shows quite the connection especially since he’s treated like second in command and has such unique abilities that do seem superhuman and similar to that of some characters in the game.
Saix has blue hair and blue eyes but can make them go yellow, You would think all these guys were trained.
We will see how it all happened in Birth By Sleep.

We can expect it around July 15, about the time of E3 for it to at least come out in Japan.
I hear FFXIII characters will be in the third.
I’ve just been wondering what would happen to Sora if Roxas was killed, same with Namine?
But anyways Sora had gotten a nobody and then Kairi had brought Sora back to original form leaving an extra soul of Sora in Roxas as well as a body so when Sora awakened Roxas went to sleep and now that the Roxas soul went back to Sora that leaves Soras body that came in the image or Vens body because of the heart and souls connection I suppose.
Now that Roxases body is left I believe if memories of Ven were restored you could bring back Ven.
Then whatever happened to Namine after she was taken by Ansem the Wise must have been similar to Roxas going back to sleep because that’s probably just how he would put it.
I’m not really sure.I Think that we should get to battle the fat lady who trys to murder alice in Alice in Wonderland.
We should also get to battle Riku and Sora, and we should get to play as the fourteenth a little bit or somethin.
I can’t wait to pull out them light sabers of Xemnas so that I can fry someone.
I hope we can fight Sephiroth as the organization and fight many others from FF as well as Disney.
Well we can expect some commercials hopefully or at least a trailer for the three of these games and their release dates within the next two months as one releases.

yeah, im kinda wondering what 358/2 days is gonna be like. i heard that the organization base thing will be like, what you go back to every mission. so, that kinda leads to it being kinda like a mission to mission game. i also heard that roxas’s personality kinda “secludes him from others”. i dont really get that though. i guess he has a different personality then he does in kh2. well, diz does say “he’ll need a new personality to throw them off” in kh2, so i guess that kinda hints something there. but yeah, shadow, i wonder what the bosses and worlds will be. wonderland is a definate. i saw a picture of roxas in wonderland. other then that, twilight towns the only one theyve shown. and i htought they were releasing it this summer! its already may, and still nothing!

Neptune:I was wondering about that too, It seems Ansem Seeker of Darkness may have been a part of the organization in a way,Because Xemnas is him and Ansem kept a heart and a body but I think it was someoneelses soul and darkness who in which had connection to his heart and could keep body form in some manner.So for example it could take over Xehanort or perhaps Master Xehanort or something and then if he possessed Riku they wouldn’t look totally the same.Anyways, I think that when it came to Ansem Seeker of Darkness he could be the leader of the heartless and the nobodies considering Xemnas the leader is the same person as Ansem who specifically has the title seeker of darkness,so I suppose he’s seeking darkness for a reason.I don’t think that Ansem Seeker of darkness was exactly the Xehanort but a resurrection of them I think that Xehanort was a resurrection of Master Xehanort and Terra combined.
Or it’s someone perhaps a brother or another that looks similar as to Terra that was resurrected but anyways, The fact that Master Xehanort is partially the younger Xehanort it shows that the DS is now a part of him as well.
But he is actually a new being in a way.
And the fact that at the beginning of the kh1 game we see Xehanort in an org. coat.
Also, I think the role of Saix is going to surprise us all.
KHFan:I think that the three witness Riku,Kairi and Sora when they were younger and pass the keyblade onto them by sealing their spirits away, if Sora was Vens nobody we wouldn’t have seen Ven looking at a younger Sora.I also think that Riku is related to Xehanort or something like that.I think that Ven was another created through Sora resurrecting Ven and that Sora kept the heart concluding that the Xehanort creation was slightly different.Ven’s soul belongs to Sora now that he has the keyblade of light but who’s to say Sora can not weild darkness as well.Now Kairi on the other hand was in a different situation she is the princess of Radiant Garden making it highly possible that ATW is her grandfather or is in close relation.But I don’t see what makes her be made up of pure light cause otherwise you would think that she would be weilding Soras keyblade?
Just to sum all that up for you guys, we havent the slightest idea of concluding anything other than what we already know and that there isn’t really anymore theorizing to do and that we should just wait and talk about other kh things cause it’s only less than two months.

anyway i was thinking, heartless obey only the strongest right? either a really strong heartless or a really strong nobody (as said by saix in Hollow Bastion) but someone with a heart can’t control heartless because they just take their heart(as seen in the amsem reports). so do the nobodys have the same rule as the heartless or do they only obey the strongest nobody?

hey, im usually pretty bad at making theories, but im just gonna give this one a shot. its more of a thought than a theory though.
ok, so, we’re all wondering why ven and roxas look alike, and obviously sora is thrown in there too. in the bbs trailer, ven gets frozen and then xehanort like, does something with the sky. ok, i heard, i forget if it was here, but i heard that it was possible that xehanort took something from ven like, say his heart, and from that made kingdom hearts. ok, well, if xehanort took his heart, that means ven would become a heartless. and since he’s really important, hence being a keyblade weilder, he would have a nobody. i was thinking sora could be his nobody and by some way which i have no idea if it could happen, maybe ven’s heart passed to sora or something like that. so sora has a heart, and then he gets turned into a heartless. HIS nobody, takes the form of the heart’s original self, ven. thus, roxas comes into the picture.
i dont know, i just got bored in study hall today so i started thinking about that. its just a thought. i guess you could call it a theory. im just tossing around suggestions.

Neptune:Okay, I was basically analyzing over that part where I said they are from the realm of light more than any other parts.
Like, When I said that I was thinking of when in the story they would say in darkness there is light and in light there is darkness.
So, yeah it just goes along but it is easily mistaken that I just thought they came straight from the realm of light, Although Namine did in a way.
Which makes me wonder about Ven as well, but for the most of that part has already been explained before.
