S-E Party 2007 & Disney Adventure Scan
Well, the long and awaited Square Enix Party 2007 has began, and won’t plan on stopping until the very end (May 13th). For those lucky visitors who waited excitedly and anxiously for the party to start, at 3pm they were able to get an autographed CD from Yoko Shimomura!
When things started to look at their best, Square-Enix released a list of certain trailers that were to be seen behind closed doors (sadly Kingdom Hearts wasn’t on it, but anything’s possible). Interestingly enough, there was a new item seen on the list that is titled “The Third Birthday” - Could it have any connection to the “New Project”? (Riku Edit: Apparently “The Third Birthday” is a sequel to Parasite Eve. Never mind about that lol.)

In other news, a June/July issue of Disney Adventures has surfaced with information concerning the next Kingdom Hearts game. Credit goes to Tomogirl from KHN for the scan, which shows a small interview with Nomura discussing the idea of there being a “Kingdom Hearts III”. (Riku: As said, it was scanned by Tomogirl. Answer: We received a stack of letters just like yours, Christopher, with gamers everywhere wanting to know about Kingdom Hearts III. To get the inside scoop, we went straight to the games’ director Tetsuya Nomura! “Creating the Kingdom Hearts series has been such a joy for me - especially because fans like you enjoy the experience so much. We have made no announcements regarding any sequels. However, I can tell you that a new project related to Kingdom Hearts is in the works.” Be patient, Sora fans. It sounds like there will be a new game announced soon!

So, the new game won’t be called Kingdom Hearts? That sucks. So does this mean that all of our theories are worthless?

Vinan 123, I doubt it. The next game won’t be called Kingdom Hearts 3, but sorta like Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories, but instead it’ll be called Kingdom Hearts:Birth by Sleep, or Kingdom Hearts:The Keyblade Wars, or something. It’ll be pretty much like Chain of Memories. You know, how Chain of Memories introduced Organization XIII, and all those extra scenes from Sora’s Adventure. Like an advanced version of Kingdom Hearts, kinda like how the first Kingdom Hearts Final Mix went. I’m guessing Kingdom Hearts 3 would’ve been too long of a game if it explained The Secret Ending, tied Sora in, along with Disney Worlds, The Coliseum Tournanments, the background of the Keyblade, Xehanort’s memories, and such. This new game will just be a prelude to Kingdom Hearts 3. It’ll explain the origin of the Keyblade, The whole story that surrounds Ven, Aqua, The Enigmatic Soldier, The Old Man, & The Dark Soldier pretty much the whole backstory of the secret ending, and how it connects with Sora, Riku, Kairi, Xehanort, and what King Mickey was doing there. After all that is out of the way, Nomura will get ready for Kingdom Hearts 3. Since the story was already explained, fans will know what to expect in the 3rd Game. I’m sure if you don’t get that game, there’ll be a full synopsis of it in Kingdom Hearts 3. I hope that cheers you up a bit Vinan.

Yeah, The PS3 that costs around $600. I just hope the price gets knocked down a couple when Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out.

Well, the series is moving over to the PS3 because the Blu-Ray Disc allows for a lot more to be put on…FFXIII was originally slated for a PS2 release, but the game was too long to fit on a DVD-ROM. So we can look forward to even longer stories and better graphics.
Also, KH3 won’t be the last. Nomura is leaving his position of direction Final Fantasy games so he can focus on Kingdom Hearts. He wouldn’t stop directing Square’s flagship series (or at least what was Square’s flagship series before they merged with Enix and got Dragon Quest) to direct ONE GAME. We’re gonna have a pretty epic series on our hands, people…and I won’t be the least bit embarrassed to play it in college and beyond. ^^

I have an incredible memory when it comes to stuff like this. (Words? No sweat. I can have a movie memorized after watching it two or three times; I memorize songs almost as fast tune-wise, I can recall passages from Harry Potter very clearly…but I can’t remember how the heck I’m supposed to do my Advanced Algebra homework that was assigned earlier that day.)
I also spend a lot of time roaming around Wikipedia and seeing where the reference links take me, reading articles whenever something on the cover of Playstation Magazine catches my eye, checking out interviews with Nomura and such, hanging out on IMDb and reading the trivia sections and the message boards there…
I was also on the Forensics team at my school for 2 years, so I got to be pretty good at forming arguments (especially off-the-cuff…go Extempers!)…

I am 1 of the creators of KH3 I am telling you there is going to be a KH4 for wii,psp,ps2,ps3,DS,sp,xbox,xbox360,& pc thats all the info I can give you but KH4 kicks major BUTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Riku, i do not believe you one bit, you are definitely not one of the “creators”. If you are, then your probably not any more, leaking information like that has to be an infringement.
And that whole 2 hour thing is a lie. What a liar.
