   I think that would be a chalange to pwn him on 1lvl character (beat game with EXP 0 enabled) I saw a video that guy was on 1 lvl and he without geting a scratch pwnd Enigmatic Soldier. It looked pretty easy. Search youtube for that.

   oh and btw, yes he can be killed at level 70, but its a LOT harder
