   The way Vexen talks is REALLY freaking me out. The guy’s eyebrows are always moving when he talks and he always looks as if he’s on the verge of having a mental breakdown. He always streches his words when he’s about to finish a sentence. It’s just plain creepy!

    His voice kind of reminds me of Mayuri Kurotsuchi’s from Bleach. I guess that’s the popular “mad scientist” voice in japan.
